I cannot access the internet, I'm certain the internet on my computer is working, but the game still says it's unable to connect

Mac update has been delayed. No word yet on when it will be released. For now, if you want to play the new update, you have to play on a different platform.

@limber lava Not going to lie. It’s really disappointing. Hopefully they give us a timeframe soon.

At least they haven’t given up on macOS support. I saw DV in the Apple keynote on Monday 😅 so I’m happy knowing there’s still active development happening, instead of them just dropping macOS support completly.

Hopefully we'll get some moonstones to compensate for it. We already missed out on the Pixar/Villains Star Paths, must pay 30% more for in-game transactions due to Apple's App Store fee, have no redemption codes and now our update is delayed. Also, we aren't listed yet for the Increased Item Limit when a Mac's M1/M2 chip is perfectly capable of handling it-- I hope they let the users decide for themselves in the future. Still, the game is excellent.

Issue: In windowed mode, a lot of resolution/screen sizes seem to disappear (for lack of a better term) at random when going into the graphics settings, leaving 1344x756 as the largest of 4 sizes. This has happened to me numerous times before this recent update, but it recently happened the first time I opened it after the recent update and hasn't resolved itself yet
UPDATE: After playing with it in full screen mode for a bit (which was a bit grainy), the game finally gave me the option to change the resolution.

Out of curiosity...What screen resolution you guys running on? I think I found the smoothest (and most HQ) gameplay at 2880 x 1620

Any idea when we’ll be able to enter codes like everyone else? I submitted a ticket on the 8th, got the confirmation email and haven’t heard back. Submitted a different ticket with the new Pride codes and they closed it, saying I already had one open (different code, no response no resolution).

My sister’s dream light valley does not recognize that her Mac is connected to the internet. Her internet connection is fine and other programs on her computer can access the internet just fine while dreamlight valley is running. She does have parental controls on her computer. Does anyone have ideas for fixing this issue? I’m not sure if it’s something with the game or something in her settings. Thanks!

is one having issues with storage? all storage i have bought (a wardrobe) or crafted will not accept items. super annoying. i can at elast still store items bought and crafted before this new update. but thats it.
