Issue: i lost the moonstones i had on my laptop. they got replaced with the ones on my switch. i purchased some for my laptop like 2 days ago.

I bought the $9.99 pack of 2500 moonstones along with the $19.99 pack of 5500 moonstones and only received the 5500 moonstones. I restarted and still nothing.

Issue: I bought the $4.99 and $9.99 packs of moonstone and neither of them have been given to me and I have the receipt showing I did buy them . Restarted game and nothing

Issue: Purchased x2 $9.99 Moonstone Packs and did not receive them in game. Purchase shows up in bank account, and the PS Store is functioning normally, as a friend sent me a gift card and I upgraded a different game using it.

Issue: I used my moonstones from my Mac to purchase items. When I logged onto my PC to play, the moonstones I had in that game were replaced with the same amount I had on my Mac. I lost thousands of moonstones! It has been over a week since I submitted this issue via the gameloft website and I have had no communication back or resolution.

Issue: I keep trying to purchase $50 of moonstone and it says it will redirect me to the store but nothing happens. I've restarted the game, I've restarted STEAM, I've checked to see if there is an active parental control (there is none) but it's not working.

Issue: i spent moonstones last night on PC and when i loaded from my cloud save on my switch in the morning the moonstones i'd spent on PC were taken out of the total i have on Switch despite moonstones being locked to the device you're playing on. it's only going from Game Pass to Switch and i have no increase or decrease of moonstones when loading the cloud save from Switch to Game Pass

Issue: Purchased the Big Moonstone Pack for $19.99 and didn't receive it. The transaction was completed. I've tried restarting my game multiple times and even completely turning off and back on my console and nothing worked.

I currenly play on Switch and had purchased the founders pack last September. Two days ago I purchased via Epic the Ultimate pack for PC and when I logged in I only got 8k moonstones and in game email congratulating me on buying the founders pack. I have not received my ultimate items nor the 20k moonstones as of yet. My email from Epic confirmed my ultimate package purchase. I did send a report on Epic but as of yet have not heard back

Issue: This also happened to me. I used some moonstones I had in my switch, and it also subtracted them from my moonstone total on PC. Therefore I was charged twice for the same purchases.

Issue: I purchased the Dapper Wall-E Dream Bundle. It deducted the 4k but it has been 3 days and has not given back the moonstones, given me the cosmetic/character, and the button is deactivated as if I have already purchased.

Blue chests are few. They aren't spawning every day, and I'm not getting the ones that have gone missing on the days a chest does show up.

Issue: I'm missing moonstones. I bought the 14500 package at the start of the new path. I only bought the path, Dapper Wall-bundle, and the items in the shop at the time. I currently have 720.
I haven't played in a few days, so I just noticed this. I do not know how many I had left either.

Issue: When purchasing something on my switch from the premium shop it also takes the moonstones from my pc. From what I understand moonstones are supposed to stay on the platform they were purchased on so I shouldn't have lost them on pc. It's only happened since the new update. Before I was able to purchase and not lose from the other platform. It only seems to happen when I purchase from the switch.

I’m having this same issue. I’ve only sporadically gotten blue chests since the update. I play every day, but there have been several days I haven’t found a blue chest in my valley (and it’s barely decorated so it’s not hiding somewhere). I’m also playing on switch.

I am having the same issue. Moonstone amounts are linked on both devices and I am pretty sure I lost a couple thousand moonstones on one of my devices as it set them both to the device with the lower amount.

Issue: Moonstones chest not spawning everyday in game and I play everyday.

On Nintendo switch. Never had this happen before, but I didn’t collect moonstone chest yesterday. When I went to open it today after collecting todays chest it said, “You have collected all your rewards for today. Come back tomorrow.” Normally if I missed a chest while playing I can still open the next day. It’s going to be really annoying if I have an extra chest everyday that I can’t open or move.

Issue: When I opened my blue chest today instead of 50 moonstones i just got a piece of dry wood??
EDIT: OK so I checked my moonstone balance and it looks like the 50 from today has been added, but when I opened the chest it didn't show the 50 moonstones being added like usual and a piece of dry wood popped out with the blue "halo" that lets you pick it up. So weird!
