Issue: Not all Steam achievements appear to be implemented correctly. Angler, Chef Cook, Generous, Miner, Thorn Cleaner, Chit Chatter, and Duty Bound are all stuck at 0 and not logging progress against the achievements (e.g. the counter for Thorn Cleaner remains at 0 even after removing several patches of night thorns in the game). I'm online throughout and have no internet issues.

This is inconvenient when I’m trying to cook multiple veggies (or whatever) into one meal. It’s fine to reset to the sign when a new meal is started, but during the cooking of a meal (or trying to go to the next veggie/item) is a little frustrating…

Issue: I know a lot of people are having issues with some of the paths, and so was I. I wanted to place the sinister path with border in the Forgotten Lands (as you do) and I noticed that it wasn't placing as intended...it's almost as if it's completely backwards. But I did a little testing and it seems like it only happens if you try starting the path right at the entrance to the area. If you move it even one row in and not on the edge, it works just fine. Also, I just tried it the opposite way and started like 7 rows into the Forgotten Lands and dragged the path toward the ramp that goes down to the elephant graveyard and it worked just fine that way. So for anyone having issues, just don't start it right at the edge. If you want to use the bordered path and get it as close to the edges as possible, start away from it and drag to the edge.

Once again got soft locked when giving purified shards to Fairy Godmother. It gave it to her & continued part of the dialog but the menu window just stays stuck on screen, have to reboot the game.
Edit: Upon restart it did take the purified shards from my inventory but the quest still says I have to give her the shards

When placing another one of your houses, you cannot put things in it. You can change flooring and wallpaper but no furniture at all.
It will allow you to place it but as soon as you're done it puts the items back in your inventory.

The lights on the player-placed Christmas Tree are no longer toggleable either on when they are off or off when they are on.

I like keeping my Christmas Tree up, but after the 7 June update, I can no longer toggle the lights on the tree, as seen in these videos. The problem happens during the day when the lights are off and during the night when the lights are already on.

The characters instruments (ie Eric's flute, Stitch guitar etc) are much louder than before and cannot be turned off at all. This is especially problematic for people like me who record & edit game content for YouTube. It was already frustrating before that their volume was tied to the music volume setting as opposed to sound effect, and now we can't turn them off at all.

EDIT TO ADD - Ok, so it’s not just the writing desk! It’s any item you can place things on… and it’s only happening in the new dark castle. It must be something with the additional houses. So we cannot decorate on top of tables/desks/etc. in the new houses. I’m pretty sure I narrowed it down to that. Might just be the dark castle but it might be all…. The castle is the only house skin I bought so far.

Updating this: Hesitant is a male form mannequin. If you switch your character to male form, then put the mannequin down and apply an outfit to it, it works as intended.

Okay, so I just decorated my Plaza, and the paths worked just fine.
Later I decided to work on my Meadow with the new paths, and then this happened? After resetting my game giving it a refresh, the paths only glitch NEAR the stairs, the open space away from the stairs are fine. I've noticed that they tend to glitch near the boarders of the walls of the biomes too. Please fix this soon! Its getting hard to decorate with the new paths.

Mannequins + custom Designs
on Switch
If you create multiple custom designs of the sametype - example 3 t-shirt dresses, you are able to display them on different mannequins correctly. However, when attempting to wear one from the mannequin, you will end up wearing the last version of that custom design type that you wore last instead of the one on the mannequin. So If I make a red, a green, and a blue t-shirt dress. I put each one on the mannequin. I put on the green dress from the wardrobe menu. Then I click wear on the blue mannequin, all accessories will change, but I will keep wearing my green dress. If I change into other clothes (non tshirt dress) and then I click the red mannequin, all accessories will change but I will again be wearing the green t-shirt dress as it was the last custom design of that type that I wore. Tested this a few ways and this seems pretty consistent. Have video if needed/helpful.

Issue: When outside and using Furniture mode, you are able to view flowers and resources. However, while previously I was able to move these resources in Furniture mode, after moving several flowers I noticed the resources disppear. For example, where boulders (for stone) stood there were now brown patches of dirt. When I attempt to exit Furniture mode the game stalls and I am forced to exit the game using Task Manager. On restart the game recorded all my action prior to moving the flowers.

Issue:
Started yesterday with havy frame drops and laggs. Usually only happens when I'm in my house and no where else.
The room that is worst and what looks to be the trigger is my crafting room:
It contains only boxes with resources (around 11 small boxes, 1 large box and 1 scrooges last quest item, the safe). and my crafting table, the basic first one.
It gets so bad that I freeze at place and then slowly make the moment. When I leave the room it gets a bit better until I go in again or the kitchen.
Seem to be rooms with more storage that creats it. Kitchen gets alt of lag aswell.
After I leave my house I get some drops but it stopps after around 15-30 minutes and that is if I dont go back into. If I go back into the house I'll get massive drops and same times it plays sounds that shuoldnt be there (got mining sounds in the house).
I have 140 hours of game time and have had solid 60 during this time so nothing wrong with PC but started now that I started to craft after this last update

I can see the item slots that allow me to place them & they'll allow me to place them in there during edit mode, but as soon as I exit edit mode, the item I placed in/on said items either gets put back into my item collection, or into a previous spot on the map prior to placing it.

Issue: Sometimes I can't directly switch Hang Out partner to Fairy Godmother while still Hanging Out with another villager.
If I ask Fairy Godmother to Hang Out in this condition, the Godmother will say farewell (even though she isn't who I'm Hanging Out with), and I'll still be Hanging Out with the previous villager.

I logged on several times that day to see if the chest had moved outside, but it hadn't. The next day it was outside her house! Yay! However, I've tried every day to collect that second blue chest. It states that " rewards have been collected already today". We used to be able to collect more than one blue chest if you couldn't find it or access it the day before, when did it change or is it something that needs a bug fix? Moonstones are too valuable to let any of them not go collected.

Unfortunately i have not, and I’ve tried everything so my only option is that hopefully it’ll be fixed in a hotfix or update. If I find any workarounds I’ll be updating the post.

Issue: every time I go to decorate a room in my house, when I exit furniture mode, everything but the things on the walls disappear (wallpaper, mirrors, art, etc). I’ve shut down the game and my console multiple times and have had this issue since the latest update. I have been using the Disney castle as my house since it’s release, it is in the same spot our original home was in, and I have no other homes placed.

Issue: I finished the dark castle quest and went into the black void thing and finished that part but when I was exiting to the portal my game crashed. I opened it up again and it said talk to the forgotten but the forgotten is no where to be seen or found and the black water void room is empty. I didn’t get the cutscenes and they’re not in their castle, black water void realm, or my valley and I just really wanna finish the quest

when this happened to me I had to wander all around the black void room and eventually one of the light spots showed up and the Forgotten was there. It was not at all visible when first entering so it was a good bit of wandering in the dark, finding the edges moving the camera but I was eventually able to find them. I talked to a few other people who had the same thing, so maybe looking a bit more in the black water void area? like longer and further than seems logical

Issue: Many items are unable to be placed on rugs despite other items of its exact type are able too be placed on the rugs. Unlike all the other pillars I’ve obtained in the game, the Founders Pack item called “Marble Column” can’t be placed on any rugs for some reason. The same problem is true for the craftable arch entitled “Wrought Iron Arch”, where the 2 poles touch the ground can’t be placed on a rug, but rugs work under it if not under the poles. Lastly these lampposts and all their colorations, “Round Lamppost”, “Round Three Pronged Lamppost” “Wrought Iron Streetlamp”, they also cannot be placed on rugs. It looks like a bug since other items that are almost identical, like the “Festive Pennants” and “Lampost” can be placed on rugs. Sorry for the long post, but Thanks!

Blue marsh milk weeds are not respawning within 15 minutes or close to that even when they are the only flowers that are being picked in game. The last three days I’ve been attempting to only collect blue marsh, milkweed’s, and it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 45 minutes for one to respawn.

attempting to cloud, save, save the game, and then exit the game, and then close out the game on the system only to log back in does not do anything for the refresh rate as well.

Area for spawning does not allow for any hiding spacing, cleared 90% of trees and rocks in order to provide maximum viability of the flower since starting a self imposed quest to make 10 of the blue and silver balloon arches.

Issue: The items called “Wrought Iron Streetlamps” don’t have a consistent placement square. The yellow coloration we start the game off with (and all crafted yellow ones after that) are a single square to place, but the blue, purple, and green coloration need 9 squares to place. Last update the placement squares for blue, purple, and green was 5 spots in the shape of a plus sign. I don’t have a picture of that shape, but I remember trying to swap out yellow lamps for blue and due to that difference they were not interchangeable.

Issue: Woody's Quest: A Bit of a Fixer Upper after giving Woody the repair kit and repairing the carousel the completed quest icon did not dissapear so I spoke to him again. Platform: PC on Steam. When in build mode, I try to place objects on to table surfaces, but when I close out of the build mode, it removes the item and doesn’t save. I try doing it again and it does the same thing. It will work if I save to cloud, close entire game down, reopen the game, and re-add the items back to the table surface. It’s quite annoying to go through all of that and it not take a save.

Issue: When gathering or harvesting while hanging out with a character, sometimes they will stop moving/get stuck and not provide the bonus drops as you go. If left too long the bonus crops will appear on the ground, but have to be picked up one by one (not glowing). The workaround I've found is to interact with them and then exit the dialogue. Then they will run to the latest pickup spot and throw all of the queued bonus drops at once.

Issue: Similar issues as everyone else:

• When harvesting, the character just stands there contemplating life for a few seconds every other crop.
• Sometimes when choosing to sit on a bench, the character also zones out for a few seconds before finally sitting down
• When buying from Scrooge's store, the previously bought item is shown when selecting a new item.
• Sometimes when placing items inside the house, the house doesn't like the item, and decides it goes back into the inventory. Only after shutting down the game and turning it back on, will it accept to place the item inside the house again.

I unfortunately don't have images or videos, but these are the exact same issues as others have experienced.

The game then freezes anywhere between 45 seconds and permanently so I have to restart the game. Doing digging is also not working, with same issues as gardening. Issue One: Cannot save to the cloud. Nothing to do with internet and it is "connected" to the server as I can easily view the Starlight Path, get moonstones from chests, etc. It will take several minutes and then give the error "Failed to upload Cloud Save to server".

Issue Two?: Not sure if it's an issue or not... but even with purchasing the second row of duties in the Starlight Path, it did not give enough tokens for the final reward of x90 moonlight stones. In previous Starlight Paths, as long as the second row was purchased, I always had enough.

On PC and using Steam. While holding the shovel or the water can tool, I cannot harvest herbs or fruits. Other tools still allow me to hold the tool and harvest at the same time. Unsure of why the shovel and water can won’t let me do it anymore. I did purchase and activate the Nefarious Tool Skin Set. Not sure if that makes a difference.

then can not hang out with no one till de select with current one... but took 6 game restarts to do this.........

Issue: When opening furniture pouches, it displays the “New” green label even when you already have the item unlocked. I already had 2 of the “ Red L Kitchen Counters” yet it said it was new. It didn’t feel great finally getting a furniture pouch for the first time in forever and being excited for a second when seeing the word “New”, just to then realize/remember you were being lied to, because you already had multiple of that item 😪

Hello. I am on an Xbox Series X. When I started playing the game I was living in Guam, but have since moved to California. Despite my Xbox time/date being correct, I still seem to have in game issues. I played yesterday and gifted Mirabel and Donald for the star path. I played no later than 11pm PST, though I believe I gifted them hours earlier. It is now after 9am PST and they still have not had their favorite gifts refreshed. Also, the lighting of the sky seems to be more like sunrise/early early morning than 9am. I am playing the gamepass version of the game and have the most recent update.

Edited to add: daily discussions have also not updated, but Scrooge’s shop has.

Issue: unruly camera- The camera view during regular game play keeps swinging up to top down without my asking it to. Is there a specific way to have the settings so it stops doing this? I know I had adjusted the camera to smooth it out for some viewers at some point so not sure if that later contributed to this (didn't happen after that adjustment which may have even been before update 5 . camera issue more recent and post update 5). I thought it might be joycons but they aren't doing this in any other game and I've swapped joycons and had the issue persist. Will try to grab a clip later

Almost every day I play that mail notification says I have new mail but it’s actually just this letter needing to be opened again. Issue: During Nala's questline I managed to catch four Weird Fish, three were given to Nala as part of the quest, the last one is still in my inventory. I completed the whole questline to the very end however the spare Weird Fish is still in my inventory with a quest marker, I'm unable to sell it to Goofy and now that Here and There Fish are unlocked there's no need for the Weird Fish at all anymore.

Issue: I believe my game is skipping over cutscenes? Several times I have been speaking to an NPC and the screen will stutter as if it was about to go to a cutscene but then the conversation will continue. At first I was not sure if there were supposed to be cutscenes or if it was just stuttering, but this last stutter was followed by dialogue (show in screenshot) which seems to indicate that I should have seen something happen with Donald's sock.

Issue: This happened several updates ago, but has not been fixed. The Chest in the Frozen Realm that gives you the “Miniature Snow Castle” spawned the furniture bag in the rock and is unobtainable. I just checked today and the bag is still nowhere to be found. It must still be in the rock. I really would like to have that item.
