Issue: I'm on the quest Forgotten Memories: Trust and need to fish the jewel encrusted mirror out of the water in the Glade of Trust, I've fished two spots that didn't have the quest item, no more spots are coming up in the water and I can't fish anywhere else in the glade during this part of the quest

Issue: Forgotten Memories: Trust quest has no fishing spots after the first initial two to get the jewel encrusted mirror. If I try to fish in any spot of water it just bounces the line back at me. I have exited and re-entered the dreamscape and still nothing. I also tried exiting the game and logging back in.

Also I’m not sing the red dot or owned indicator in Scrooge’s shop. And another the notification about wall-e ‘s bundle won’t clear even after looking at it.

Edit to add: I realized you can grab more seeds to plant in correct places. Gameloft thought of everything haha.

Issue: Not registering all of the night thorn seeds that I planted. It is only registering 4/5 for the ones by the mine and registers the rest.

Platform PC: No Path Border, no red dot on owned items in Scrooges store, no Minnie on the map, cannot place second home. Have restarted. Same issue. Character gets stuck to the left of the Dreamlight tree during planting night thorns. Same store issue with items showing other items.

I have the same issue on PS5, Wall-E is stuck in a corner in Glade of Trust and the quest says to follow him. Nothing else happens.

Same happened to me after waiting months for them to fix, I was only able to get the one alien that was stuck under bunk beds. No aliens anywhere else, so once again can’t finish this quest. So frustrated.

Issue: forgotten lands memory missing. I dug it up and it landed outside of the map. I tried exiting and re-entering the game the dig spot was still gone and so was the memory. I've had this issue since the start of early access. If we had the ability to abandon a bugged quest and re pick it up I think that would help.
this issue has still been ongoing and has been since realease. Are we just ignoring these issues or are they actually being worked on? It's not like I have the option to restart the game from scratch and not loose all of my items.

I was able to fix this issue by making sure all the items Fairy Godmother wanted were actually IN my inventory.

After making sure I was holding all the necessary items, the Quest Progession icon appeared over her head!

Issue: To echo Laurasaurus98, I also have a similar issue with the "Follow Wall-E" step during his Your Sunday Best questline. In my case, he stayed stuck in a corner of the Glade after two attempts of shutting the game off and opening it back up. I completely finished his storybook questline and got him to move during that, but after that was done, he still didn't lead me anywhere to progress the Your Sunday Best quests, and now he's just moving around like a regular NPC character in the valley, even if I talk to him and ask "What do I do" for that quest. I've also tried unpinning and pinning the quest again, and am stuck for now. I also don't have the option to hang out with him because of this

Did you check the houses? The pages spawn in the houses too. The houses in the biomes it tells you to check. I found a page in Merlin’s house when checking Peaceful Meadow.

Issue: Once again, the Scrooge Treasure Hunt Part 2 quest was not fixed. In addition to blocking me from his level 10 reward (which I found out is being used as a delivery method with the golden potato) and the associated lenses of shadow, I am blocked from getting the orange potato and the ultimate prize for the potato quests due to this Scrooge bug. I am really upset that you keep requiring finishing the Scrooge quest line instead of fixing it. It feels like you just ignore the bug reports and have no intention of ever fixing it.

The details are that I am told to focus on the map in my inventory. Merlin told me to do that. But I also used the item before that exact step, and the quest doesn't recognize that I already completed the step. There is no way for me to get the item again.

I was able to find the forgetting again after this happened to me. I went into the all blacked out portal space and walked straight till i couldn't anymore then I turned right and walked further where they were waiting by the last memory for me. Idk if that will be the case for everyone but I managed to finish my quest this way, get through everything, and quick save to backup the progress before another crash

for the bed issue try walking around very close to the bed and pressing your interact button/key(what you use to talk, open doors etc) i had to be right next to it and never got the focus magic notification but on the side of the bed near the forgotten i got it, you may need to try a few times in different spots the window for it is tiny

Update: I moved everything over to as best I could remember Merlin and Mother Gothel talking from earlier in the quest and that seemed to work. So it possibly could be a specific location is needed and it's not clearly specified.

I had this issue with Wall-E as well. I discovered that he was going to that corner in the Glade because he is trying to go to Mirabel's house and I have Casita in the back corner of the Plateau right near where Wall E is stuck. I ended up moving his house to the Sunlit Plateau, walking inside his house then back outside to force him to spawn in front of me, and then he went to Mini Casita like he is supposed to and I was able to continue the quest.

Edit: The pool reset after I exited Lion King realm and went back in, for anyone running into the same issue. Still, might be nice to have more than 3 pools to catch 3 bugs to help ensure that at least 3 are accessible right away.

I have the same issue with the "Follow Wall-E" step during "Your Sunday Best" questline on Switch that many others do. He stays stuck in a corner of the Glade after several attempts restarting. I could even completely finished his Sprout A Story questline, but after that was done, he returned to his corner in the Glade of Trust waiting for me to follow him to nowhere. Now he's moving around like a regular NPC in the valley. I also don't have the option to hang out with him because of this (which means I can't progress in 2 of the star path duties).

Considering this is relatively pricy paid content, I certainly hope we aren't expected to wait for an update or three before we can advance...

This quest was also stuck for me. I decided to decorate and did some crafting and accidentally used the diamonds and glass i had in my bag and storage. I crafted glass and then went to mine (actually while hanging our with TFG) and when my second diamond was mined her quest marker showed up.

I ended up solving the issue on the third attempt by removing some furniture that was in the middle of the path he took to the glade, and after restarting he followed the correct route. Not sure if the furniture had anything to do with it or not though

PROBLEM SOLVED FOR QUEST for The Forgetting! For those whose Switch crashed at the end of the Forgetting Quest and is unable to locate the forgotten, but you have the orb. I have a solution and it WORKED for me! Go back in into the Dark Castle and run until you can't anymore then turn around and you'll see the light with the Forgotten and the bookshelf. Go speak to them and do over that part. You'll be able to end it. I did it 3 times before being able to complete the quest because of crashing, but it's DOABLE! Good luck!

Issue: The game wouldn't register any of the torches,table,chairs, or boot for the quest. I cleared them from the beach and tried again but it didn't work. Saved and restarted and now the boot doesn't even exist in my inventory and the other items still do not get credit when placed.

Fixed: Boot became craftable and the items must be placed relatively near where Merlin and Gothel spoke.

Hi all. My game crashed when I was trying to get to the floating island to get the orb of trust. I was all glowy in the here and there from Ursula's spell. I was in the glade when my game crashed.

When I got back in the game, my whole valley is still dark and messed up, but I am no longer in the here and there and no ability to get it back.

EDIT: Turns out my exit option was not popping up. Thought I couldn’t exit dreamscape as I attempted the gate several times, but I loaded into the portal and back out again and my option to exit returned.

The fuse box shorts out and creates the mess inside like expected, but the exterior carousel lights and music stay on like the carousel is totally fixed when that is supposed to be from Woody's Level 10 quest when the enchantment is restored and it brings the lights and music back on.

I even loaded a backup save I had from before the quest and played through it again twice and got the same result.

If the quest doesn’t tell you to get the Herring from the Glade of a Trust specifically (bc Idk what quest you’re on) then go to Dazzle Beach. It’s very easy to get Herring there. Also you have to use the circles with the bubbles in them. You shouldn’t be getting seaweed if you are fishing inside them.

My Quest now told me i should follow Remy to meet Scar to give him the Sushi, but Remi is stuck in the Restaurant and it doesnt do anything

EDIT: Okey seems like found the issue myself - Remy was unable to leave, because of his own quest Lvl 10. Now it worked.

Issue: I have gathered all of the materials for the Bibbidi-bobbodi-oops quest and when I tried to go and give them to her.. she still just has the quest and I am unable to give them to her. Ive also tried relogging... tracking .. untracking. Any help woujld be appreciated..

Issue: Cannot place the enchanted flower near the entrance to the mystical cave. No item in my inventory or when I place F to look in the furniture. Ursulas face shows up with the quest icon in the furniture section yet it says there is no items when i click on it.

Issue: Cannot progress in Lair Sweet Lair quest, as two of the papers will not show up. I had collected two of the papers one night but could not collect the third as Mickey was asleep in his house. The next day I collected the paper from Mickey's house but realized the two papers I had collected previously were no longer in my inventory or storage. I went back to the houses but the papers will not respawn. It has been days and I am still unable to progress.

Issue: can't complete mickeys level 10 quest (the Secret Door) a bug won't let me interact or open the door but I have inserted all the right gems. When I have gems in my backpack, it still shows the quest icon.. even though the gems are showing in the door. It does not come up with a command to take the gems out and try again.. and it doesn't let me open the door. Because of the gems having the quest icon in my backpack, i'm thinking the game is stuck between thinking ive not inserted anything.. but also that I have already inserted them.. It is preventing me from completing the main questline in update 5 😦 it has been this way since september 2022..

Issue: Simba's Lv 7 quest, Seed of Memories", growing the dreamlight seed seems like its taking longer than anticipated. I'm not able to actually "tend " to the seed as it's been raining consecutively 4 days in a row since starting the quest and there's no visible indication im making progress. I believe that an initial quest in the Sunlit Valley also required consecutive watering but would bug out if the plant was watered by in game rain. It really should be changed to be a flat time based thing and not rely on the player considering we can't change the weather pattern in game.

EDIT: i resolved it! turns out it was in a dark wood vintage chest of mine. the chest let me put it away even though it had stuff in it :|

Issue: A Deal With Ursula missing crystal. I’ve gathered 3 of the 4 remaining crystals and cannot locate the last one. I’ve checked all over the village, cleared out biomes entirely to search more thoroughly, spoken with Ursula, tracked and untracked the quest, and I’ve checked my storages to no avail.

Issue: I was going to fix Woody's Carousel and made the kit. Gave it to him, and had to follow him. I follow him and I get the cutscene of him fixing the carousel. He wanted to turn the lights on too. Then, I went to talk with WALL-E. Woody wasn't following me anymore, so I thought I'd just ask him to hang out with me again. Instead, he fixed the carousel, again, and this time it started spinning whilst playing music, with lights. There's literally nothing else to fix...? So then I could not talk to him again. I restarted the game, and the quest was back at 'follow Woody'. I follow Woody, and this time the cutscene does not even play, just the dialogue. The carousel is still spinning, playing music and the lights are on. There's literally nothing else to fix.

Issue: Poor Unfortunate Prince, Ariel does not take the flute. The dialog appears to give the item, but it stays in inventory and the conversation does not start.

** Tried a second time. I had saved the game after picking it up, but after reloading, the quest had reverted back to before it was picked up so I we had to pick it up a second time, and now it worked.

Issue: Cannot complete Buzz's alien quest "Little Green Men-Collect 'em All". I have 24 of the 25 aliens. I have removed all of my placed items and scanned the entire valley in furniture mode. I cannot seem to get the last little alien to spawn so I can progress in the game. I have been at this for months now with no sign of the little bugger.

The platform is switch. The quest is here and there and back again with Nala. It says decorate and plays lion statue in the correct places. I've placed them in the grade of trust and the beach I go to try in the frosted Heights but I can't find them when I go to look at the furniture they just disappeared. How do I get them back? I need to do my last one. What do I do? I try to closing and opening nothing
