Issue: When I go to select a wallpaper for sale at Scrooge's, it seems to half select it? The chair behind it is displayed on the upper half, but Scrooge says that I'm looking at the wallpaper in the text below. Purchasing seems to remove the wallpaper from the store, but I am unable to tell which item I actually got.

Blank interface options
This was today (Forgetting Update, 10:00am ET), but it has repeatedly happened on the map tab as well. Game locks up and I have to force close and reboot

Issue: When I open the menu to switch between tools I can't select or switch between any of them, using the number keys on the keyboard still works fine but it won't let me click on any of them with my mouse

Issue: I still have to close down my game from time to time because nothing happens when I press continue and its still the same with memories. And I know more people have said this before, even me.

Issue: gardenplots missing textures.
Description: Hello im not sure if this falls under this category. Id like to point out that the garden Plots are missing textures around them. For comparison see pics below. Night time before Update - day time after update. They looked more natural and aesthetically pleasing prior.

Issue: screen overlay or pop up memory stays on screen, only option is to force close the game. Games playing in background with animations, character talking and sounds so it's just this that's getting stuck. Issue happens nearly every time I try to play this game, in addition to other issues I am now facing with this new update, I was hoping that this ui issue would be fixed. Edit photo added.

Issue: Tool wheel does not work using the mouse. It occassionaly works by typing the number, but atm even that isnt working. Impossible to progress on the quest line without the usage of my tools.

Platform: PC (steam) Issue: a couple of overlay issues in scrooge's shop, item previews not displaying and the little descriptor for where the item is from is not displaying correctly (the little picture and words are on top of each other) did not cause any issues actually buying items just seems to be a graphical issue

Issue: the red dot notification for menus/items you haven’t looked at or new achievements will not go away for the new WallE bundle. I read it, hovered over it, and don’t intend to buy it but the red alert circle is still there. It makes it hard to know if I have completed event duties,Dreamlight duties, or gotten new items when it’s constantly there. In the open menu and during gameplay.

Issue: At random (but frequently) I will have pop up windows become stuck and unable to close. The dialogue with the character or menu will continue behind it but the pop up causes me to have to restart my game to fix it.

Issue: I had the give items pop up windows become stuck and unable to close for merlin twice and the fairy godmother once. Never had that problem before. The dialogue with the character or menu will continued behind it but the window caused me to have to force restart my game to continue. I sadly was not smart enough to take a screenshot

Playing on PC using an Xbox controller and I can’t seem to pull up the tool wheel when using my controller. It worked fine yesterday. I thought maybe it could be the controller but I tested it in another game and it’s functioning fine.

Issue: This has been happening for quite some time now every time I play the game. At times the game gets stuck in either memory previews or other menus including the map and it won't back out no matter what. I have to forcefully close the game every time.

Issue: this has happened a few times before this update, but the menu will get stuck on an option, not closing the yes/no menu. you can move the cursor, but as the game no longer is looking for a input, the game gets stuck and you have to restart. I think it happens most often when selecting the "give" option quickly, so the game doesn't have a chance to fully load the menu before it needs to be removed

When cooking, the “cursor” or selection always resets to the top of the side menu (the quest tab) rather than remaining on the most recently chosen item in a category, making cooking very tedious and time consuming

Issue: the music from Woody's carousel and the various instruments the villagers play (Prince Eric, Stitch, Kristoff) are all too loud now. I can hear them halfway across a biome, and the only way to address this is to turn the master volume down. Woody's carousel & Eric's flute are especially annoying. Please go back to how it was before the update!

This has happened less so far than before the update (though i can't be sure) but I unlock a memory and when i try to exit out, it's jut stuck on my screen. I can't move, the menu is still closed, I can't see anything going on and the only way to fix it is to shut down and start up the game again. It's becoming bad enough i can't just ignore the issue and keep playing, and is effecting my experience with the game itself.

Issue: When collecting orbs, the overlay gets stuck over the game, rendering the game completely unplayable. The only way to get rid of this is to stop the game via steam, and reload into it. This issue has been reported many times since launch.

issue: im pretty sure this is where im supposed to put this? 😅 but ever since the update came out, the majority of the time i serve customers in remy's restaurant, im unable to close the conformation menu after selecting which option i want. it registers that i clicked an option and plays the dialogue its supposed to after giving food (as you can see with elsa) but i cant close out of it, or the popup. it puts the game in a softlocked state and i have to restart / force close the game each time it happens

The UI freezing when opening rewards from the star path, and the biome selection UI freezing when fast traveling are both ridiculous. Fix it.

Issue: When teleporting, the UI stays on screen, and you lose control of the game. You have to restart your game to make it go away.

Issue: I moved time zones (+16 hrs) from where I originally started my DDLV game. I’ve updated all the time zones on my devices, but my Valley is still on PST. It wouldn’t be an issue except that a lot of the characters are sleeping during the middle of the day for me so I can’t interact with them.

Issue: Using Tab to switch between tools via the wheel doesn’t always work. Sometimes, I have to use the numbers to switch because the Tab wheel gets stuck, or the switch with Tab seems super delayed.

Issue: Keep running into problems where I pickup memory pieces, then it gets stuck on the screen. I cannot back out of it, the only way to fix it is to completely close out of the game and restart it. It's making things a bit difficult to play through because it has been happening continously. 😥 I haven't played the game actively in several months until recently, so I am unsure how common of a problem this is for others or if it's just me. I haven't seen it on the trello at least.

So this isn't specific to memories it seems, various menus are having a chance to stay on screen and be unable to close out of them.

Issue: Cannot Sell Items From Inventory Using the Controller's Menu button.
Notes: Since the latest update, if you go to sell items to Goofy's stall and use the menu button (button near the X Button) it will exit back to the Buy/Sell/Nevermind menu. If you arrow over to the sell option/button on screen and hit A it works fine and you can sell but you cannot use the Menu button (the three lines one) to sell or it will exit back a menu. Mouse and Keyboard work fine.
