Edit: It started to work the next day after reopening the game.

Download wasn’t showing in the store. I restarted my console and it appeared. Installed the update and now my game freezes on the loading screen. I hard rest and even deleted and reinstalled the entire game. Still freezes in the same spot.

Mine is doing the same thing. I think we just have to maybe wait a bit longer?

I had to uninstall and reinstall my game.
Then just let it sit on the loading screen and eventually it loaded

Game is freezing for a few seconds every few minutes; it occurs when I'm just walking around but the FPS drops when I do certain actions (mining, opening the menu, switching menus are some ive noticed)

Still not next gen optimized. 60fps is not enabled natively but the 'default sound settings' trick still works.

I am having a problem that my game gets very laggy when I go into build mode only outside though, so laggy that I can't do anything like trying to free a stuck potato in the Forgotten Forest.

Also i'm not able to turn on the Extra object limit Xbox One

I’ve been trying to get the game to load on my Xbox one for over an hour. I’ve force quit the game, restarted the console, and have decided to just wait it out. Currently 3/4 loaded with zero movement. It’s been 30 minutes on this screen. Please tell me someone is working on this

The CONSTANT red dot on where I purchased the wall.e package. So I’m constantly seeing a red dot. I also am not having completed daily tasks automatically accepted unless I manually do it. Also the paths borders aren’t working ( cant rotate) should have just made it so you can do a whole path that has a border in one.

It started with the furniture tab taking so long to load and being laggy the whole time in the mode but also anything loading took forever or would lag. My game did crash tonight for the first time in months and I can’t do anything in furniture mode.

I'm playing on Xbox game pass on PC and having the same issues. Furniture mode is useless unless inside the house. I can't move or change anything and can't progress in quests because I can't put things out. Additionally, the red dot on the Wall-E package remains for me as well despite my having purchased it already.

My game lags inside my home, particularly in my storage rooms, I'll update if it gets better as I only noticed it after the cracks opened up in the sky during the Fairy Godmother's quest. But it's still a problem weather the cracks are causing it or not.

Issue: UI is not fitting screen since update. Doesn't seem like an adjustable feature integrated into the game before logging in or even being in the game. The UI was fine before the update.

Hi, so it is not official and it might not work for you, but I think I found a workaround. In your settings click default settings and then fully close and reopen the game. It helped for me twice to set it that way.

Wasn't sure where to put all of this. So far I only played for a day. It is just all wonky. The more I played the worst it was getting.. I do have videos but they are too long I need to shorten them. Eric. I have been on here before explaining how Eric is broken. He is still broken. He walks a little then gets shot backwards then he walks again. It takes him a little longer to get places and Moana when she dances she just looks like she is possessed. She jerks all over sometimes looks like there is 2 or 3 of her.

The game overall is laggy as heck. Hard to play. Still NO 60 fps still on 30 not sure if that is the problem or not...

Also the music is now broken. It plays more than one song all together so it doesn't sound too good....

My menu is broken when I go to cook. It will not scroll up to the top or to the bottom only can use whatever is in the middle. So I have to look up the recipe I need on my phone. And the menu restarting itself every single time you make something is NOT helping.

Sometimes the game won't load it can take a few tries to finally log in. And it sometimes still has the old loading screen with Belle and sometimes during game play Belle will still be in the background. If anything else happens I'll post it to this.

Issue: sometimes when there is a pop up (a memory, serving food in remys, giving quest items to an NPC) the pop up will remain up on screen and there’s no way to navigate out of the screen - can only be fixed by restarting the game entirely

Yes!! Mine is also lagging when I open furniture mode, I’m having such a hard time trying to do the quests that required placing stuff took me hours just to place 3 items (I also play on an Xbox one)

When hanging out with a buddy, often times the buddy becomes immovable. Blocking my character in, etc. This also causes my character to "walk" in place without being able to actually move or open any menus.

For everyone asking about this: the extra object limit is ONLY available on PS5, Series X/S, and PC. It is exclusive to next gen which is why you can't toggle it on Xbox One sadly

Xbox One, game would lag severely when placing furniture. I figured out that if I put away all the critters I had in my little petting zoo, the problem was much improved. It's still a little laggy, but you can work Around it now. Hope that helps someone, since the devs completely ignored my ticket and requests for help.

Issue: when placing furniture in house and decorating have to restart the game every so often because furniture will poof and not place (I've tried other fixes only thing that works is restarting the game)

Console is the Xbox One X. The issue is that I have to close and attempt to reopen the game sometimes 3-4 times before it actually loads in. It will load about 75% of the way, and then just sit there. It has never crashed at this point, but it just gets stalled and won't load any further either.

But on the Xbox one S, when the blizzard first starts the entire outdoor map fps becomes quite terrible, fps goes back up when walking inside or by finishing the blizzard quest

Xbox series s. Yesterday I was unable to place objects on tables. It was random what couldn’t be placed. Today my storage room items have moved to random tables not where they were when I placed them. Fulfilling Mirabel favorite times did not work on Saturday.

Issue(s):

• My daughter’s game keeps going blurry in the distance. Things are only clear up close. This is often reset by closing the game and restarting it.
• Pumpkins that are ready to harvest keep flashing in weird waves.
• My son also reported that there’s a weird glitch with Remy’s cheese animation during cooking in which the cheese goes out of the back of Remy’s head.
• Landscaping items say ‘indoor only’ and won’t let you place them outside.

I just came back because I really want to get Buzz's suit. I am on Xbox Series X. Right away LAG galore. Like worse than it's ever been. 60 fps still not working I guess? Eric is still broken. Kristoff is still broken. And OMG is there any way to make him never play that stupid tune on that lute ever again? He is sooo broken. Once he plays it once just once! It never stops! No matter where you go, your house, Remy's restaurant, Scrooge's store. It keeps playing! It is so annoying! Also on the map if it shows any character in their home and you go to them they are never inside. Never. I have no idea where they are since they aren't home apparently, also the game isn't saving right. When you talk to characters this keeps happening. (picture) Can't do anything when you talk to them. You have to close the game and remember when I said it isn't saving right? I am tired of doing everything over and over again so I save constantly and when this happens it's like it didn't save so I have to go do everything all over again. I don't even want to talk to my characters anymore... I'm just so tired of repeating... I'm probably going to need another break from this game.

Not sure if this is the right place, but I noticed that the speed the cursor moves when you are manually moving objects in your inventory/storage is abysmally slow compared to the speed on the Xbox One

Performance has been terrible lately. Frame rate is worse that the One (my wife plays on our One X), when I access collections, I can't select anything but the game isn't frozen because I can back out, and a plethora of other performance issues.

This is so disappointing. I've been a huge champion of this game since day 1 but every update has made the performance terrible. People are constantly talking about the poor performance & bugs here but it never gets addressed. Meanwhile, we see non stop posts about stuff available in the premium shop, new updates, etc while we are getting left in the dust.

It's especially painful to see because Gamelofts other Disney game, Speedstorm, has been doing great in addressing player issues, feedback, etc so much so that they come out of early access in a few months.

I don't understand how we are just straight up being ignored. It makes me not want to recommend this to anyone playing on Xbox
