I have the same issue on my Nintendo switch
Same on my switch. Still haven’t received my drops.
Tried logging in from another device to fix the Initialization Error #5 problem, didn't do anything and it didn't allow for the new device to actually load the cloud save. Just kept going like it was a new game even when it said "keep cloud save"

Im having the same problem im also on switch
Tried everything I possibly could to fix this. I can’t even log out as seen in the screenshot cause it seems as if this update has entirely corrupted my saves lol

Issue: I can't play on pc and the xbox when connecting to the cloud sets me back to 114 days ago like I haven't played it that long and when I try to save it on xbox one it won't and it fails.

Issue: When I choose continue it asked if I want to keep a new local save or my original cloud save. No matter which I choose it always loads the new save. Anyway I can get the old save to load up?

Issue: So I can play on my own account fine, however when my daughter goes on to her account it is now asking her to buy the game. Her account is on my ps5 and linked under family. She has previous save data from playing the game. Only seems to be an issue since the update. Surely don’t have to pay for each of my kids to play it on my ps5?

Issue: the cloud save hasn't been working for 39 days. I'm scared to log out of my account and back in because I could lose all my progress. Wanted to buy the steam version too but can't until cloud saving is resolved.

Issue: did not receive my rewards for viewing twitch videos. My ID # is 9822. Sent an email on April 6th and still have not had issue resolved
so today i tried a bit different even tried to make a new save so that i could save over it from my xbox but it would never even let me upload my new save its like the whole cloud is broken and it makes the game unplayable and this is what happens after paying $90 for ultimate and about 90hrs into the game.

Issue: Reset Account mostly successful -- moonstones, star path items, and twitch drop items appear to be intact. However, still cannot recover other items claimed in the mail, e.g., golden potato. Some users on Steam report that once the Castle is unlocked, they were able to get their items in the mail, but this has not occurred for me.

Initilazation error 5, unable to log into my further progressed save. I have found that it appears that there are two cloud saves conflicting and that may be the cause, is there anything that can be done about this? I don't seem able to delete the smaller of the two saves from my end.
Platform: Xbox. Issue: The item shop and buying moonstones store will not load.
I had the same issue, it was a error on my part, after you link the accounts individually, you still need to presse the yellow "Link Accounts" button at the bottom.
Platform: Xbox-Console: Xbox One/Xbox Game Pass
Issue: I had issues a few days into the new update & it seemed to not back my save up for about two weeks. Then some how it was fine, I could normally back my save up. Now after a week of me not playing for fear of the game crashing on me & it gives me the wrong save file. I have been playing for the past two days after purchasing the Ultimate Edition & yet again it won’t actually back my save up despite saying it did. In example, I can play a previous day, save & back that save up. Play again the day after & save but notice that before you back the save up it’ll say “Hasn’t been backed up in over a week”.

I also cannot cloud save my progress, every attempt to cloud save since the content update has failed

Issue: ‘failed to recover last saved game’
I am trying to log into my account on another Xbox but won’t let me log in unless I log out on the other account, it won’t let me log out because it ‘failed to recover last saved game’ and gives me the options to ‘new game’ ‘cancel’ or ‘retry’

Following up that 11 days later the same problem persists. Haven't seen the cloud save issue added to the trello board.

My issue eventually got manually fixed by customer service. They mailed me another Golden Potato. Claiming that from the mail made the others appear, e.g., Red Potato in Remy's place.

Issue: Restarted my game and didn’t get any of my mystery potatoes back. The gold one is in my mailbox but it already says claimed and it’s nowhere in my inventory.
I contacted them by submitting a ticket saying that the golden potato doesn’t work but they never send me another golden potato so I don’t know if I will ever get another one so I’m going to keeping trying

Nope. I emailed them like 2-3 weeks ago about it and all I got was “ok give us these files” “ok thanks now just keep an eye on our news” lol . News hasn’t had any insight at all into it these past weeks.

Cloud saves are not loading the most recent saves to my Mac from my Switch. The save is a couple of months out of date, meaning I am unable to play on my second device, despite paying for access.

Platform:PS5 Issue: Half of my items of clothes and furniture are gone and my game keeps crashing and I would like to know if there is any update on Belle’s realm going to be available and my moonstones are gone too and I still need a new golden potato too. And the characters other outfits like Merlin, Mickey and Minnie, Donald, and Goofy’s and my lion king back bags are gone and my face paint like the one that goes across the face are gone too. And my companions are gone too.

Issue: I’m trying to transfer my cloud save to a different Xbox and it won’t let me log out even after cloud saving in game.

Issue: Unable to enter codes. The field does not exist where guides say it should exist. I'm unable to get anything from the festival of foolishness or the golden potato because the field isn't there. Checked on reddit and it seems to not be isolated to myself.
