Hello - I am unable to connect to the internet with my game. The PS5 has internet connectivity and don't have the issue other other games. Dreamlight game has the latest update as well. Any recommendations?

Issue: Game randomly crashes when entering the game map screen
MOR: In game > press start > R1 or L1 of map screen (if already on) > then R1 or L1 back to mal screen.
Result: crashes ( randomly 3/4 times within an hour)

Everytime I try to use my map to fast travel the game freezes on the map and stays frozen until i close it myself.
It also crashes when i leave my house sometimes.

NINTENDO: The last update seemed to fix my issue with crashing but this update has the crashing happening every half hour. It's like being back to when the game first released.

Crashing a lot when switching through the menus between map. Also crashes the map when selecting fast travel/characters etc. causes the screen to become unresponsive and resulting in needing to close the game down completely

I’m having issues with twitch drop my twitch account is linked I’ve claimed the times on switch but when I try to login to DDLV it’s saying my credentials are wrong I’ve renewed my password and it’s telling me that I’ve tried too many times

I been having issues where I play & when I got to the map it won’t let me travel somewhere I go to close it & the map is gone with a few icons there with makes the game unresponsive & have to close out of the game

PS5- I crafted the egg chair it completely looks like it bricked my system. I've been trying to close the game for like 2 minutes now, it's stuck.
I can't take a screenshot because I can't turn off my system.

A bug i thought was fixed has popped back up. The game will freeze sometimes on the map or on the crafting screens requiring me to restart my console and game all over.

Hi, I have problems to init the game on my Ps5 and Ps4 console. I can get into the main menu to continue the game. But after that, I am stuck at a white screen telling me to contact support. It is the #5 initialisation error. I am locked out from playing for a week and more now. It happened after the April update.

PS4 - Buzz quest || buzz quest got buzz's collect them all part 3 and had collected 8/15 and believed that was all for today. So moved on to todays easter duties and crafted wall e's flower basket, but as i handed it to him my game crashed - as happens a whole lot now since the update - and its showing me at 0/15 aliens collected but they are not where they where. So the game thinks im at 8/15 & 0/15 somehow. Have tried reloading in twice ||

Map screen issue.
The game becomes unresponsive and freezes and needs to be shut down completely when opening the map screen, happened 3 times today. If I R1 and L1 through the menu and avoid the map it's fine, but if I land on map, it disappears and freezes and I'm stuck on this screen until I shut down and restart.

Issue: Major playability issue!
After a crash two days ago, it’s like my game has been stuck in nighttime mode, so I haven’t been able to progress at all.
Perhaps a separate issue, but I also can’t click on goofy stalls or enter buildings.
And my house that I upgraded looks now boarded up on the outside?
It’s like the crash corrupted my save file, and also thinks it’s nighttime. Forever. Hahah
I read about the time travel bug, which sounds maybe similar… but I didn’t change the time at all because I wanted to progress slowly.

Whenever I use the Touch of Magic Designer it randomly closes out of the game in the middle of me designing something. For example, I tried to changed the color of a shirt I had designed and after I chose the new color the entire game just randomly closed and did not save what i had just done. This has happened multiple times today.

PS4, Second day in a row I’ve crashed while cooking. Yesterday because it started raining while autofilling a recipe. Today, no reason.

My game just crashed after collecting a companion 😑 the other crashes I'm used to are the gardening and map ones. There's another one while exiting your home if you walk out with a character you're hanging out with, it'll crash to prevent this I save beforehand just in case and then only use my x button to exit my home. There's still so many issues here that need to be resolved.

My game just randomly crashes & it doesn't seem to matter what I'm doing at the time. I play for a bit in the morning, for a couple hrs in the afternoon & a few hrs at night & it crashes atleast once each time I play.

PS5. I restarted my game from the beginning and now my items and the characters outfits and my moonstones are gone and my other clothes and furniture are gone as well and I don’t know how to get those stuff back

Issue: I have the same map issue that others have pointed out where sometimes if I open it, it freezes and the game becomes unresponsive and I have to force close the game.
My other issue is that ever since the update with Olaf and Mirabel, the game is laggy to the point where I can barely walk. This made me not want to play. Everyone said it would stop after clearing the blizzard, it did not. Then they said turn off camera shakes, nothing changed. I think this is actually caused by having all the crops and spices bounce all the time. I used to be able to enter and exit a building to get the crops to stay stationary and stop the lag. Now ever since the Olaf update, the game insists on having crops bounce constantly, which is causing the lag. Compared to others, I don’t have that many crops. Please let us turn off bouncing crops/spices.
