#(Archived) Update 4 - Founders Pack Issues

Platform: switch. Issue: did not receive founder pack for ultimate edition purchase. Did not receive ANY founder pack. Filed a help ticket or whatever, sent four screenshots, have not had any reply since April 5th and zero resolution of the problem. Oleksandra is the person I sent the screenshots to. Please help to resolve this or I will need to seek a refund.
I hope this is the right chat. I've been playing for free on my Xbox Pass but I'm unsure if I want to keep the pass as I only play two games on it, one being Dreamlight Valley. I decided to buy myself the ultimate edition on my Switch to see how I like the gameplay on there instead. Now my switch game won't upload to the cloud so none of my data will save, and I can't access the moonstones or content on my PC to just continue on PC either.
I purchased the game on Nintendo Switch back in December. I have not received I have not received my ultimate or deluxe edition rewards. I purchased all of these packs when I started. I double checked and had only received Founder's pack. My switch shows that all editions have been purchased. I want the items that I paid for.
platform: switch I purchase the day it came out and still have not received my ultimate founders pack. I have clicked the link to contact them and I type everything out and the send button never works. Has anyone has success getting in contact with them? I'm super frustrated.
