I used most of my switch moonstones to buy some premium items yesterday. While on the Xbox I made sure I had enough moonstones to do the new premium star path today. And now both platforms have the same moonstone amount. It took my xbox moonstones to match my switch amount so I cant do the premium star path now and from what I can tell this is not a change that was made.

Issue: I purchased store items and the star path today using my switch moonstones and it’s also deducted them from my pc/steam moonstones. I emailed them about it and the response I got was that the free moonstones we get from the chests are shared cross platform so it’s normal that I got those free moonstones deducted from both platforms. I’m sorry but there’s no way 7750 moonstones were all free chest ones, I had thousands already just from purchasing the deluxe addition on switch and regular addition on pc. It straight up took 7750 moonstones from both platforms and this has never happened before. I have sent another ticket in them hoping they will understand better this time. Has anyone else had this happen to them since the update?

Edit: I figured out that I could just buy the moonstones through Steam instead of the game and it worked! I now have the moonstones I needed ^^

Issue : Buying stuff on my switch with my switch moonstones spends my steam moonstones too. So I've lost over 4k moonstones on my steam while buying stuff on my switch.

Issue: Moonstone daily chest have spawned in. Unfortunately I didn’t know one had spawned the day before I didn’t grab so now I constantly have two and I can’t open one due to rewards being met. So now I constantly have a blue chest just sitting around and they pile up. It’s a never ending loop and I can’t get rid of them anymore like I used to.

Issue: It is possible to use all available moonstones to buy more tokens on the star path. The path requires 1000 tokens to complete, but I was able to purchase over 3000 star path tokens. Unintentional scam alert, please patch this as soon as possible. (I’m aware that there is the token / moonstone return page. But you are only getting a benefit when you buy 100 tokens for 800 (1000) moonstones.
This is obviously my mistake for toggling left on the analog stick to max the purchase, but it should not even be possible to do.

Issue: Had 4800 moonstones. Purchased “cozy wanderer bundle” for 1500, it said there was an error. Tried again, it said it purchased. Bought the “whimsical blue companion pack 2” for 2000. It now shows a balance of 1300 moonstones but says I haven’t purchased the wanderer bundle.

I have lost 800 Moonstones cause of a bug (I could pay the Starpath TWO times). I wrote a mail to the support now two weeks ago. I got a confirmation mail from the support 12 days ago ... but ... till them I'm waiting. 🥺
