Hello !! I'm reposting this message of the bug which dates from December... and which has still not been corrected since!!

Quest: Stitch Hobby
Issue: again and again the same problem.. the quest for the stitch tv still does not work.. you would have to put the already repaired tv in the inventory if you can do it.. for the quest to work. because the quest I have, asks to bring back the already repaired TV to sttitch, except that the TV in my inventory is not! and as the game thinks that I have already repaired the tv.. it is impossible to craft it again.. given the quest that offers me to go and see sttitch with the repaired tv!

Issue: I didn't follow Buzz right away to talk to Ursula and now I can't see the conversation it just skipped to the next step. I am pretty certain in other such quests the conversation doesn't happen until I'm there regardless of how much time passes. I wanted to see the conversation, I just couldn't at the time he asked me to follow so now I missed it completely.

Platform: Nintendo Switch Quest: Stitch’s Hobby. I STILL STILL after this update can not give Stitch the television. I sent a ticket to gameloft with last update and when I finally got a response all it said was to make sure I had updated version of game (Even though I stated in my email that I downloaded update and patch and neither one fixed the issue) so that was annoying. So here it is again first time I tried to craft the tv I was able to craft then my game crashed and quest said to give to Stitch but he won’t take the tv that I have in my inventory. There is no way to craft again, and my crafting menu says it was never crafted. It would be nice when the patch comes through if there was some way to force stitch to take a tv. I have no problem waiting for a fix but this was already supposed to be fixed more than once, so it’s very aggravating. With all the questing issues that come up it would be awesome if there was a way to completely restart a quest, so we could cancel what ever went wrong and glitched the first time.

issue: || Placing the Relaxing Oasis in the meadow in Simba's quest makes the game unplayable, and has to be shut down manually. I've tried four times now, and cannot seem to actually register the objective finished. For some reason, it's like the Oasis doesn't register as being placed properly, and it just causes the entire UI to freeze up, and not be able to exit out of the furniture menu, leaving the only option to forcequit the game on the console.||

Quest says to use watering can on sparkling water near pillar, however there is no sparkling water near the pillar.
Tried relogging game few times. Even tried watering the ground around it and nothing.

The issue I posted several times since half a year and it is still not fixed. It's annoying to not have access to ice.
Plattform: Ps5, game set to german, quest: The unknown Flavor (Remy)
Issue: Game crashed, when Wall-E turned my putrified night shards into a powder. I did NOT receive the putrified night shard powder, but the quest still moved on to the next step. I am now stuck on finishing the recipe, owning the snow balls but having no way on creating a putrified night shard powder.

Issue: Alien dolls are deleting landscaping items in order to spawn

I work really hard on designing my valley just how i like it, so when i find that a tree has been removed for an alien toy, its kinda upsetting because i cant always remember exactly how it was before 😭 i know its a small thing but i'd really appreciate if the alien toys could prioritize spawning on the ground in places where there arent any items first, before deleting any landscape items 😔

this happened me too, just be patient, i carried on with my daily run around doing other quests checking the map occasionally. eventually they will get together and you can go listen to them.

Issue: I’m on the quest with the curse and the orb of trust. I have reached the other realm “here and there” but the orb of trust isn’t on the floating island in the glade of trust. There is no lit beacon like I see in videos. My player is currently stuck in the here and there realm and I can’t progress or go back. I’m super upset and I don’t know what to do. I sent a troubleshooting message through the GAMELOFT site. I have not time traveled or anything like that.

Issue: I am trying to repair the Sound System at a Crafting Station, but every time I got to a crafting station it tells me I have to craft Iron Ingots. I have 100 Iron Ingots in my inventory, and loads of Hardwood and Softwood. It should let me repair the sound system, but instead it only shows that I need to craft iron ingots. The crafting station does not even show the sound system at all. I cannot move on with the quest.

I had the same issue! I cleaned up the Sunlit Plateau by removing trees, sticks, a sign post even the fish in the pond & moving the large items on that side of the creek to a different realm. Then I put my back to the pond & was able to dig a hole & plant right here at the arrow. Then I moved the large items back.

Edit - after 48 hours I could water it and I had the growth potion on my watering can and it worked

I’ve dismantled builds and moved houses, to look in all spots and yet I have not found it. I think my quest is bugged and not spawning the last alien.

I've been stuck with 24/25 for the last few days , collecting 8 around every 32 hrs or so. Last one is no where in sight, I have searched thoroughly and for hours on end 😔
NVM I found him! He didn't pop up until I removed a lion king waterfall. (just by random redecorating) a minute later, there he was in that spot. Note: by coincidence I could not purchase that same waterfall object in scrooges shop today. (Select and it just backs out)

Issue: When we're supposed to overhear Ursula and Gothel in the Glade of Trust, you can accidentally trigger it while you're on the edge of Dazzle Beach.

I was doing some stuff on the beach right as I got on, and was then going to pursue the quest...

Instead, while I was doing stuff on the beach, the quest goes "Huzzah, you did it"

And it turns out I triggered it and missed the ENTIRE THING.

I can complete the quest, but the trigger to that conversation needs to have a smaller radius or work differently, because I had NO idea it was happening AT ALL, and there's no way for me to get that back.

PS5 - Buzz collect them all aliens part 2. 14/15 aliens collected from inside the houses. First day I only found 7, most people were reporting 8. Waited and the next time they spawed only got 7 again. So it appears 1 didn't spawn or is stuck where I can't see it.

Quest: "Important Night at the Restaurant"
Issue: On the step where you add herbs to the basic pizza recipe. The game doesn't recognize that I made the margherita pizza. I have attempted to make it with basil, and oregano in several combinations. I have logged out and in, cloud saved and swapped machines. I have verified Steam files and rebooted the device. I did some research and thought the Maui 5 star meal quest could be interfering, but the issue persists. This is a core Quest and progress is blocked in other areas until it can be completed. (Perhaps we could have a "Quest reset" option in the future?)

Right when I caught the 3 ugly fish and the rifts were sealed, my switch crashed and when I restarted my fish were gone. I can’t finish the quest without the fish??????

Had the same thing with the previous quest. Last alien showed up a day later in a Biome that already had 2x alien toys.

Edit: Alien toy seems to be stuck in Buzz' RV (which is strange since I found an Alien there in the 2nd round of the 2nd Quest)

Issue: I planted my dreamlight tree seed about 5 days ago and watered it with a miracle growth elixir, the tree instantly appeared and I tried to move the Tree. I managed to move it once and then I went to Scrooge's shop, purchased items and on exiting the shop the game crashed. On reentry I found my save was corrupted and so I restored a previous save. I lost a few hours of play and had to re acquire the seed. Once I planted the new seed I also tried to grow it with the miracle growth elixir, which did nothing. I haven't been able to water it again and can't seem to progress...

UPDATE: There is none. I can’t progress, paid $70 on Switch and the statue is still stuck, try as I might it can’t be moved. I don’t play anymore bc I fear I may have to restart the game, with 5 million in coin, 200,000 in Dreamlight, and over 500 hours.

Quest, “Here and There and Back Again”. CAN’T SELECT AND REMOVE LIONESS STATUE THAT’S IN THE WRONG PLACE!!! 😭😭😭 Can’t get the Here and There fish!!

I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the game (from SD card to Switch).
I want to log out and log back in to my last cloud save, but it won’t let me.
Ongoing for a week! 495 hours in (yes I love this game)!!!

Anyone else have this problem??? Any suggestions??!!!

Finished quest and received flower from Ursula then game crashed. When restarting both sushi rolls and lobster roll were back in my inventory, flower was gone, and quest progress said I’ve given 1 of each to mother gothel. MG then didn’t have the option to accept them again for the quest, (I gave her an extra I made and it was like giving her a normal flower), I tried to reset quest, remade all items, and asked Ursula what to do and MG doesn’t have the option to accept the rolls or anything regarding the quest at all.
I’ve been reporting this since December and I am getting very discouraged 😦

This isn't a known issue that I can find and I sent ddv the following message about a week ago and all I received was an automated response 😔 I'm so sad. Simba is stuck doing the Seed of Memory quest.... I don't even want to play. I tried pushing him many times around to the right place but it never works. Can anyone help?
Here is the message:
Doing the Seed of Memory Quest - I was following Simba to the Sunlit Plateau to plant the seeds - he is stuck in the Glade of Trust as he was trying to get there by taking a path there that led him to stone. He will not go away from it. I rebooted and tried to get him to hang out with me - that isn't an option as I was following him. I followed someones youtube and planted the seeds (which have not grown and it has been over a week - yes I water them - I did this hoping the tree would grow and Simba and Scar would meet me at the tree.) where they are meant to go but he is still stuck and the quest still says follow Simba. If I try to find him from the sunlit plateau - I am led to the wall.

Issue: I can't progress past Merlin's A New Enchantment. The watering can didn't work on the mushrooms, and now it's not enchanted anymore. So I am locked out of the second half of Glade of Trust and I can't progress with that quest. He keeps telling me "Hurry! Use the enchanted watering can on the mushrooms!" etc. but nothing happens and I can't proceed.

Elsa wasn't following me into the Ice Cavern. Ended up having to raise her level to above level 1 and ask her to hangout in order to enter the cavern with her.
Quest: What Home Feels Like (Else questline
Quest is requesting ingredients for Dandelion Syrup. All items collected. Quest is not acknowledging that I have Lemons in inventory. Whole questline now halted.

I have deleted all my outside furniture in my whole village. Every rock tree & bush. 😳. I only have the houses and have moved them ALL. My 24/25 alien is guaranteed not to be in my valley. It has to be hidden in a perimeter rock that you cannot walk into. It is not behind the pumpkin house. It is not in the fog by any pillars. It is not in any unremovable bushes. It is unavailable!

Issue: Kristoff’s final quest (a broken sled) is completed, but when I get to the last bit of dialogue, it will not progress. I have to force quit the game. I’ve tried multiple times. Gets stuck in the same place. Camera still moves. World around is still active. But Kristoff and I are just staring at each other. His stall also vanished. Maybe it’s connected idk.

I can't craft the navy blue dye. I have everything I need in my inventory. I have the quest selected. I have looked through every tab in me crafting station. I have rebooted the game and my ps5. Issue: Maui and Moana will not talk to one another. I have tried every Homebrew fix on the internet. Also Maui and Moana will not follow me, and he pops up in my house sometimes so the game clearly has him listed as still following me from before when I let him go. I've tried restarting the game multiple times and they just stand next to each other for a while then walk away with no conversation taking place. The quest is bugged and so are Moana and Maui

Issue: I have crafted all four signs and placed them around the valley. It is only showing 2 out of 4. It will not allow me to craft 2 more nor can I find the "missing " 2. I have submitted a ticket (2 weeks ago). Still no luck or resolution. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Issue: For Olaf's quest Olaf Presents "Dreamlight Valley", the confirmation box won't go away after I gave Anna the items. I saw the animation and images of me giving her the items and the dialogue box changed, but the confirmation box is stuck. The buttons don't work, and I had to restart the game to continue.

Issue: Missing Map Piece for Scrooge’s The Treasure Hunt. I’ve been stuck on 2/3 for months with no luck recovering the 3rd piece. I’m hoping to have it added to my inventory. Without it, I can’t complete Scrooge’s Friendship Quests and I can’t work on the Orange Potato. I’ve dug everywhere at this point. I’ve removed all extra objects. I’ve relocated all the houses and looked underneath.

Issue: I'm locked out of the orange potato stuff because you still haven't fixed Scrooge's Treasure Hunt Part II or even acknowledged it on Trello. I can't focus on the item in my inventory because I already used it and unlocked the memory before talking to Merlin. Because of that, I can't get the lenses of shadow, which are needed for the Orange Potato. I'm really disappointed you are making bugged quests required, and I also feel completely ignored because there is no acknowledgement or commitment to even try to fix it. I just wonder how much more I'm going to eventually be locked out of and if it's even worth it to keep playing.

Try going in and out of the realm. I had a similar issue and i couldnt fish the last bug. I left the realm completely and re-entered and the fishing spot had appeared but it was too close to the edge to fish. I left and re-entered a few more times...each time the spot moved slightly until it was out in the water far enough for me to fish it! hope this helps

Issue : Quest "Seed of Memories" - I planted the tree and went to see it. I stopped to take a picture of the tree (my bad.) and stopped a crucial conversation with Scar and Simba. One which they're never going to have because no matter what they will not speak to each other and I'm stuck in this quest.

This for some reason also makes my restaurant and shop empty sometimes?? They also try to inhabit the same "tile" which is creepy. I don't know what to do. Restarted, waited a day, talked to Simba about the quest - nothing. They also won't return to the quest spot at all. Mainly just hang outside Remy's...?

Edit: Actually i think this upset more than one quest, because another i had "Secrets and Schemes" won't continue because the characters won't talk..

Issue: Goofy is level 10 and I completed this quest awhile ago but I never got the yellow sunglasses.

Quest: Seed of Memories

Issue: I planted the seed, and real life called me away. When I came back, the rain had watered it. It remains forever 'watered' and I can't use my watering can on it, cause apparently rain doesn't count. I can't progress the quest and I'm eternally stuck.

It's been a while since i've started this quest (more than a month) but at least i can"t find the last one even if i look at character's houses. Don't know how to do

Issue: completing quests
For the singing ice quest Elsa won't go into the cave or let me hang out with her she is stuck in the same spot/won't move
For the friends aren't food quest scar and Remy won't talk to eachother while next to each other and when I ask Remy to hang out he won't let me they are stuck in the same spot/won't move

Issue:I've found 24/25 of the alien plushies, but I cannot find the last one for the life of me. I've checked inside Buzz's RV, and I've moved all of my furniture in all of my different biomes, but I cannot find the last one.

Issue: (Stage two of "Collect 'Em All: Strangers from the outside!" - Keep an eye out for Alien Toys in Villagers' Houses. 14/15)

The last Quest item, "Alien Toys", is behind Buzz's bed, near the wall of the RV. I have no way of reaching the last Quest item, "Alien Toys".

Issue: Not really an issue but I'm doing the Photo Fervor quest and I have to take a photo of the pillars and I noticed two things:
1 the pillar in the Frosted Heights region isn't included. 2 When I photographed the Forest of Valor Pillar, the quest checked the Pillar on Dazzle Beach instead.

The last quest item, "Alien Toys", is inside the cabinets near Buzz's bed, on the floor. I am not able to reach/collect the last quest item.

Issue: During the quest "The Ice Cavern Mystery," the quest text says you need to get Passion White Lily. The actual name of the flower is White Passion Lily. This does **not **affect quest completion.

Issue: Unable to collect sheet of paper from Merlin's house. No option to interact with the trash that blocks it.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game but no change.

Edit: The trash was part of a different quest that I had active! Leaving this here in case anyone else has a similar blunder.

I am unable to pick up the last pipe cleaner in "you're my favourite deputy" Woody's quest, which prevents me from unlocking his character. Have tried rebooting, uninstalling/reinstalling and still unable to do so.

Issue: I planted the seed before Simba reached the pond and so it's planted but my quest is still telling me to plant the seed, which obviously I can't do again. It's been a couple days and I haven't had to water it either, which is odd.
