Couldn't find any forums for Moana's boat/stall, so hopefully I'm in the right place. I'm also not sure if this is part of the update or a bug.
Platform: PS4
Issue: After the update, Moana's stall had a Scrooge construction sign to upgrade. I had 1000% fully upgraded her stall months prior to the update. I spent I think 60k coins on it just now. But it's the same storage I had previously (20 fish). The dialogue with Scrooge promised that this upgrade would add storage, take less energy, and I would see more rare fish. That has not been my experience since shelling out 60k coins on the upgrade. Was this supposed to be part of the update? If so, it definitely seems buggy and not working as it seems to be intended.

Issue: when trying to activate the stall, goofy doesn't always show up, I will always get the starting animation, but about 1 in 4 tries will end up like the action was cancelled, then I have to leave to try a different stall before that stall will work again. Only happens so far with the meadow stall.

Issue: He doesn’t come. (It happens 99% of the time. The very rare moment he comes, it’s when he is very near only).
This issue isn’t related to Update 4. Its happening since about Nov-December

Update: since I wrote this, for the very first time it works for me now since few days ! I can buy without Kristoff. Thank you ! (But it looks like it still doesn’t work for some players) !

Issue: The stall takes 10+ times to offer up the buy / sell menu. Goofy takes a few times to show up and then just stands there and doesn't open the stall. When the stall does open, there is a lag in selling items. It takes a few clicks to sell.

Platform: switch Goofy is not coming at all to his stalls. Any attempts to buy or sell at his stalls. Leaves me just standing there. Then clicks off. Only one that’s semi working is on the meadow and occasionally the beach stall. Happening also with Kristoff stall it’s hit / miss.

Issue: When selling anything that's in a stack, after confirming it doesnt register the first click I do after that. Making me have to click twice to sell the next item or to confirm. This only happens for me with items in stacks where I need to confirm the amount I want to sell, and not when clicking something I only have a single item of.

I would have to reload my games maybe a couple of times before I can do this and this is when I first start my game and later on as well as I play

Issue: I have been trying every stall in the game, it shows goofy, Moana & Kristoff approaching but they don’t go to the stalls. Instead after a few seconds it goes back to the screen. This has been going on for days. I restarted the game and tried hanging out with them to see if that helps. It worked once and now it’s back to the same issue.

I am unable to complete Kristoff’s mission of “a broken sled” to get him to set up the stall. Every time i go to speak to him to complete the quest, the game completely freezes and i am unable to progress to get him to set up the stall. I moved Kristoff's stall from the FoV to FH and when I hit save, the stall disappeared. I cannot complete Kristoff's final quest, as the game completely freezes. @trail sonnet my game does the same thing. I sometimes will try to go to several different stalls but it happens with every stall. And if I try to much to get them to come to the stall by clicking browse continuously my game will end up freezing or crashing.

I have to basically drag them to their stalls by hanging out with them, so I can only buy, sell, and collect fish when the respective character is awake. Been like this since the Update.

I been playing all day (recovering from surgery) Goofy will not come to his stall-any of them. I tried them all multiple times and even moved one of them. I click multiple times but he never appears. One time he was about a foot away from me and he just stood there. I can't buy or sell anything.

Issue: the last few days I have not been able to access any stalls (Kristoff, Goofy, and Moana's boat). I can see the character popped up and is standing behind me (their shadow) but they won't come to the stall. Occasionally I can get the stall to respond, but the character is not there. This has only been about 3 times in 3 days I have been able to access the stalls if I recall correctly.

Issue: Every stall, goofy's Kristoff's and Moana's boat all do the same thing. I click to browse and then my avatar moves like they should to wait for the characters at each stall but then they don't come and after a couple seconds I get bumped out of the stall. First started with Moana's boat immediately after doing the latest upgrade that came with the update. Then Kristoff's stall stopped working and now Goofy is on strike too. Only seems to be affecting my game. My husband and my kiddo both play on the same console and their games are unaffected by this problem. I sometimes play on my phone with the cloud gaming app and the problem is there as well.

Issue: still unable to buy or sell to any stall or get fish from moana. I'm not out of money and can not buy from scrooge because I can not sell my veggies. I also can not harvest or plant anything it freezes up everytime I try and takes about 1 to 2 mins to Un freeze. Then freezes again on the next plant I try to harvest or plant.

Issue: Ever since the Lion King update, whenever I try to sell an item in a stack I have to click twice after selecting the amount. It's like the amount window steals focus and the first click unsticks it. It's pretty annoying and breaks the flow, especially when it didn't used to do it

Issue: When trying to browse either Goofy's or Kristoff's Stalls they appear a few feet behind me but they do not move next to me to activate the Stall. Tried every Stall of Goofy's. Same problem persists. No decoration/furniture in the way.
Been one week with this issue and I am out of coins to purchase anything since I cannot sell my pumpkins.

So I discovered this morning that if you push the NPC into the spot where they stand at their stall and then click browse, the stall will work. It takes a few tries tro get them in the perfect spot but, I thought this might be helpful to those have been struggling like I have with accessing all of the stalls

So it took me 10 attempts at every single stall and finally the very last stall and my very last attempt bc I was legit just about to give up before I took this video for proof. And of course right at the last second he shows up. But all 3 of the npcs has been going on strike like crazy even if you have no followers no companions and nothing around their shop it still acts like this. You can tell in the video on the first attempt that he is there but won't advance forward they all do this. This has been working for me as well, and thank goodness, bc it was driving me crazy beforehand. It’s like you literally have to force them to go up to the stall and sell you something lol

Issue: animation happens but then the character never shows up and can’t enter stall. If I make the hang out I can get it to work.

I have to press browse at least 5-6 times (sometimes 10+ times in a row) in order for the action to actually register to be able to sell or purchase.

All merchant stalls and fish stall
I am having a problem buying or selling any items. When I go to the stall the character ie goofy, moana, Kristof will get close by but not activate the stall. Sometimes if I do it repeatedly moving around each time I will get it to work. What ever is causing this is also causing a slow down for me when harvesting. They came at the same time.

PC: Goofy, Moana and Christoff all have issues showing up at their stalls. You have to click Browse several times, sometimes up to 10, before they will show up.

Issue: No matter how many times I go to any of his stalls in the valley I can’t get him to buy/sell me anything.  I have to hangout with goofy and push him to the stall to get him to buy/sell anything

•Issue:
Cannot buy anything from Kristoff. He won’t even walk up to the stall and then it kicks me out and returns to the game. Same thing with Goofy. He won’t recognize that I’m even at the stall and returns me to the game. I cannot get it to work or buy/sell anything.

My Goofy stall is also glitchys in some biomes hes working on other biomes not at all , i also have a problem with Vaianas boat, sometimes she does not want to appear yet on other times she is ok..
