Issue : Quick question, I purchased the Star Path last night not knowing it was almost over, found out I couldn't do any duties for it, as it was ending in 11 hours. Do you think they would refund me the moonstones?

Issue: Task unable to register
The “Taking a Photo with Mirabel” task does not register as completed even though I’ve taken pictures with her multiple times.

Update: Can confirm the task registers if you take the picture outside with her. (Someone above found this out too, so I just confirmed it.) I guess if she is inside, just make her hangout with you to get her outside quickly.

I have this same issue on PC. The notification appeared on my screen upon completion however it is not coming up as completed. Update: I was able to complete it upon hanging out with her and going outside.

French Star Path has translation error/wrong task listed. Icon shows as fishing but text says to mine aquamarines. Confirmation from another user that fishing is the correct task and checks off

PC-Steam Not a bug issue, but something that I think should be altered for future star paths. I already crafted a fountain before the event. I don't want to craft another one because I don't need a second one. It's huge, why would I want two. I have no where to place the second one if I do craft it. It's just going to be cluttering up my furniture screen. It's a pointless thing to craft and then be forced to have permanently for no purpose.

Problem: "mine emeralds" is only counting one per mining spot, not bonuses granted by pickaxe polish/companions. I've got 9 emeralds in my inventory and it's only showing as 2 on the duty screen. EDIT: also not registering when the mining spot naturally gives more than one gem.

So I found out why I wasn't "collecting" my star path items. I was hitting the wrong button!!!!!!! I was buying tokens over and over and over trying to buy the star path items. I'm SO TICKED OFF.😭 😡 🤬 🤯 😵 ☠️ 💩 😵‍💫 NoDDV

I’m sorry this isn’t the correct format but for everyone experiencing issues with Mirabel. I found that once I completed and didn’t have an active quest with her my star path finally recognized taking a picture with her. Could totally be a coincidence but I was having the same issue.

Same issue on switch. Crafted balloon arch but it doesn’t count and still shows as incomplete. Took a lot of resources to craft and I have no use for the arch other than completing the star path!

Issue 1: Giant Willow Tree phot is not registering despite taking a dozen photos in different formats.
Issue 2: Picking up Garlic does not register consistently. I've picked up 37, but only have credit for 10.
Issue 3: Placing furniture quest does not consistently register. I had to place 6 pieces before getting credit for 4.

Issue: One of the objectives is to talk to Goofy 3 or 4 times, but every time over the past few days since the new path dropped, I've tried to talk to him and none count. There's no way to start a discussion with him (like how you can ask them trivial questions and the like, I.E: "you look happy!" or "what's up?" type of prompt discussion questions), therefore making the objective unable to be completed.
Issue 2: Another objective says 'give Merlin his favourite gifts' and while I've given him ***all ***of his favourite gifts since the path began, so 4 days now, I have credit for 1/4 still.

These are unable to be completed, therefore I can't advance in the path. 😦

Issue: Whenever trying to put Donald in his new Dream Style I recieved from the Star Path Event (Collection > Donald Duck > Ranger Donald > Select), it won't go through the animation of Donald in front of the well with his new outfit on. It won't let him equip his Ranger outfit.

I have mined 8 shiny garnets out of rocks (and a whole bunch of normal) over the last hour, some with pickaxe potion, some without. The counter hasn’t changed or budged to recognise I completed the task, so I cannot claim the reward and I’ve just wasted a bunch of time trying to do it. 😥

I ended up having to remove so many of my rocks and bushes but they finally showed up. However, I also realised that if you have them in your inventory, you can drop them and pick them up and that at least satisfies that task.

Issue: For the Star Path Rewards I’ve tried twice to collect the Waffle Bag Reward and it won’t register nor show up in my inventory but it takes my tokens each time I have tried (twice).

Platform: Nintendo switch
Issue: I crafted the white, yellow, and black arch. It did not complete the star path duty. I reached out to customer service. They told me to craft yellow, green, and white cluster. Also, to craft the white, yellow, and black cluster.

Gathering the yellow flowers is a pain. That is 40 flowers gone and time wasted. Just to be told oops go craft these conflicting clusters to complete the star path.

How is that customer service?

Issue: Go Mining with Scar quest doesn't complete/update even if I do mine with him ? ( I did unlock this quest before having Scar unlocked tho, is that the problem ? Now, I have Scar as a digger... But the quest doesnt progress)

Same issue! It happened a few times with other items, garlic, gems but the black passion lily takes so long to collect 20 😭

unreal moth Any update on this by chance? I'd really like to complete the star path.

It's been a month of no yellow nasturtium spawning and there's only 12 days left, so am I just not going to be able to complete the star path? Frustrating that I used moonstones to unlock the premium star path and I can't finish it.

Update: Customer Service asked me to craft the green, yellow and white cluster. Someone else said to craft the black, yellow, and white cluster. I crafted those as well and my star path is not complete.

i crafted all kind of balloon arches and my star path still cant be completetd? why did i pay for the premium with moonstones? this has been an issue since the starpath started and so far no updates or any news. great. will remember to not buy things ig again

I also thought I had this issue, but I had crafted the balloon arch not the cluster! I read it wrong so I made the wrong thing. Maybe that happened for you as well? (some people have it saying cluster, some have it saying arch)

I have crafted the Yellow, white and black balloon cluster twice and it won't register. It is my last star path quest and the flowers are hard enough to get to do a third time.

Platform switch n Xbox Issue I bought the magical recyclers twice now so I lost 30 tickets then I been completed the event n tried using my extra tickets to get moonstones n it took 10 moonstones
