Update 3 - Account Issues

I'm not sure if this is the right spot? Before the update I had placed one vintage chest in every biom and 3 in my house but when I logged on all my biom vintage chest were gone? But not my house vintage chests. That was kinda pricey to buy all the chest to begin with is there a reason why it's no longer there?

My game it’s not working in my Xbox s after updating

Platform : PC using Epic games
Issue : My game is stuck at the main menu after the update, I already re-instaled and re-started my pc and still stuck in the same loading screen for hours

I just get an endless load screen on Nintendo switch, the white star icon never goes away and stops you doing anything, tried installing the game, deleting cache, deleting save data on the switch and re acquiring it all, tried a new net connection, nothing works, have tried leaving it for hours and nothing.

However if you make a new account with a new Nintendo account it loads through but that would mean restarting which is pointless.

And this is just after purchasing it on switch, so I can't play it or claim any edition bonuses because it won't load, which is stupid, you pay and can't play, there should be warnings on the store page for these severe issues "Btw you might not be ab le to play after spending your £50"

Issue:my chest appear empty but they are not since update 3.
When I cook/build my stuff is still there but when I open the chests the stuff was in, empty.
No one else seems to have this issue so this is why I'm posting it in account issue.

I sent a support ticket about some missing items after a restart four days ago. How long does it usually take to get a response?

Response time can be up to 5 weeks last I was told, going have be patient they well get to our support tickets, and yes we are going to miss out probably on this starpath and yea it bites we can't play, but it outta of our control, and in the hands of support

Gotta admit. I'm having an overall issue. I can't interact with anything for some reason, not even to save to cloud.

I started playing from day 1 and this whole time i thought my cloud save was working. now i lost everything and have to start from scratch. I wish there was a way to merge all my progress to the cloud from local save. It was so frustrating to redo everything and i can never get the star path items i received from day 1

Since update the sync with cloud doesn't happen without me doing it daily Xbox One S no photo to show because of course I fix it each time but don't appreciate it doesn't do it on its own anymore if I didn't already know this is at the root of most quest glitches I'd be thinking I need to restart like everyone else

Issue: Trying to log into gameloft to connect to my twitch but I keep getting a something went wrong. I tried to reset password but everytine I type in the code it sends to my email it says incorrect code even when it is not.

Issue: After changing my password on my switch gameloft login and then realizing I didn't have a PC account I used the exact same login to create one and can finally log in but now its giving me an error about not finding an account and I've been using this same email on my switch since playing. I'm in a bit of a panic now. this whole twitch linking thing has become a giant mess and unnecessary stress

Issue: I have no clue if this is the right topic to put this on. Everytime I try to start the game my cursor disappears as soon as I'm in the menu. I don't have this issue with other games, it's just DDLV. I've already tried some troubleshooting and changing compatibility, but nothing has worked yet.

Can someone help me out?

Issue: I had been playing ddv on my boyfriends account but had used my email to log in to cloud save. I’ve recently bought my own PC and Xbox account, I tried to log in with cloud save but it says it’s linked to another account (boyfriends). Is there any way to transfer it from my boyfriends to mine?
