Was giving goofy his order (my hero cookie) at Remy's when the dialogue box merged with the give/cancel interface. Now the game is stuck. I can't escape out. The give/cancel button does nothing when pressed. clicking outside the area to try and finish dialogue does nothing. I am to force quite and idk what if anything was saved since logging in this morning.

Experienced this issue for the first time after the update. Olaf levelled up and my game froze while focused on him. Tried going into various menus, which would open, but couldn't return to normal gameplay.
Had to save and quit to fix it.

In Disney Dreamlight Valley on the pc in teh Great Blizzard quest whenever i try to enter the secret in the wall of the cliffs in Frosted Heights the image in the attached photo appears and the game crashes and closes out completely. I've tried three times the second time saving after opening the door before trying to enter and the same thing happens.
Also when i saw Minnie and Goofy the didn't look right. Enclosed pics as well. Everyone else looks okay

I Play on Steam with an X-Box Controller. I feel like I get a lot more crashes since the 3rd update. these 3 are the reoccurring crashes: 1: if you accidentally press the "b" button on the controller instead of "a" to get out of the picture share screen it doesn't go away and I can't do anything until I force a shutdown in steam and reload it. 2: sometimes when I open the map something similar happens. I can't do anything, not even closing the menu and have to restart. 3: I think it's the same as in the photo mode, but exchanged, so if you press "a" after seeing a memory instead of "b" the same happens as in Nr. 1 and i have to force a shutdown

Issue (Include Error Codes): This is more of a performance issue but I didn't see a post for PC performance. As of today my game has been stuck on the load screen for nearly an hour, with load time seemingly exponentially slower the more the progress bar fills. I normally have load times of maybe 5 minutes or less so I'm not sure what the issue is. I haven't made any major changes to my valley as far as decorating. I tried quitting/restarting and lowering graphics settings but it doesn't seem to improve anything.

Issue. Petted turtle and got an orb. Opening the orb and trying to get out of the screen caused this. I watched my pet move so the game isnt broke but my screen is. B for back is my controller, yet a mouse cursor can show up without changing it.

i uninstalled and reinstalled and now i can go through the door. i have to check to see that minie and goofy are fixed but that first is a relief. Minnie still asleep but goofy looked normal as well

I was also just playing in game right now and also had a crash. I will try and catch a ss if I can next time. But time seems to happen very quickly and it exits me completely out of the game. Issue: randomly my map has stopped working so I can't fast travel through the wells. When this happens, I also can't move between tabs in the menu or exit at all. i have this happen all the time - it's also freezing on the option when giving an NPC an item, on the "give" or "cancel" screen it'll freeze, a LOT of times it happens when getting memories, it also happens on the fast travel menu in the map menu..... usually happens 2 maybe 3 times in one sitting, have to quit the game in steam or task manager....
i submitted a ticket months ago for it and they said they escalated it to their tech team and closed the ticket and haven't heard anything for it or in update details since.

My friend reports on steam, that multiple times when she’s playing since the latest Mirabel update, (3 out of 4 times in scrooges shop) the game will freeze then the entire screen will go green, and then the ENTIRE COMPUTER SHUTS DOWN. This has happened about 5 times now.

After little while the computer shuts down completelly. I need to wait a bit, then I can boot up the computer and the came is running in the background. After this the game runs fine.

Computer-steam error code (program not responding) Still having game stability issues. I can run the game anywhere from 1-15minutes without it crashing. Moving will crash it, and gardening crashes the game the fastest. I have turned down all graphics settings to medium (about to swtich it to low). And that really hasn't helped in the least. The music keeps going but the screen freezes until my computer days the program isn't responding and then I have to exist out and reset.
