My parents have a ps5 and I have my own personal ps5, I originally bought the deluxe edition pack some months ago and in December I tried reaching out to gameloft to upgrade my edition. They both told me I couldn’t and that was fine but on 12-11-22 I received mail in game with the ultimate founders edition. Now I have cross save enabled on my account and everything had worked fine. Until recently, I do not have the pack on my personal ps5. For some reason, it claims I have the add on license on my parents ps5 but not my own. I’m really trying to figure out how to get it on my own and why it’s now not working?

Still haven’t received my deluxe pack items since the very first release of this game. Every time I have waited for the updates and still nothing and this has been ongoing for months now.

I play on switch primarily and on PC as well. I saved all my back up data and everything before the update, but my switch doesn’t have the right amount of moonstones. I have 16,290 moonstones and it’s only showing 5,090 moonstones on my switch. It all matched before the update but now it’s showing less on my switch. Please help. Thank you.

I’m sorry but I need to say this: I’m a little disappointed that this issue is something that has been ongoing since release. I have spent 80 bucks on the ultimate pack in order to be able to use my moonstones for event star paths. Now with the new release out if I want to participate in the star path or buy any of the items from the shop I have to spend even MORE money in order to do so. And run the risk that those moonstones will not show up either. This is not right and should have been the FIRST thing that was fixed. Very disappointed. Do better.

Platform switch - pack deluxe - still not received items or moonstones since release. All the updates still haven’t fixed these issues and is very frustrating. If you can give codes to get items and unlock avatars … can we not get a code to unlock the founders pack?

Issue: Upon resetting my game for the new patch that came out on the 16th this month, I have discovered that I have lost my pack items. They are not there, they do not exist, they have vanished into thin air.

Only things I have related to the pack items, is them sitting in my mailbox saying they have already been claimed. But my inventory doesn't lie, because they are in fact not there, including the furniture pieces that come with the packs. They are not in my build mode anywhere to be seen.

Platform switch - i tried contact with gameloft by their suport two times ( 1724112, 1776396) ultimate pack bought since september - still not received items or moonstones since release, not even a refound or a contact . Sent the my code, printscreens everything. Very sad how a companie deals with their clients. Hope i can get an answer here at discord.

I’ve tried a few times and I just get the same generic answer. We are working on this and will update you when we know more. I know one guy on here said it took them 3 or 4 months to get his stuff. This has been an issue since release and all they can do is put out updates to make us spend more money instead of fixing actual problems. Just keep trying and reaching out to them. I know I am.

Issue: I bought the Ultimate founders edition and didn't receive any of my items or moonstones. I've tried getting in contact with gameloft support and haven't heard back from anyone. I'll have to dispute the charge with my bank if I can't get an answer. I don't have a lot of spare money to spend on things like video games and I've basically wasted 50 dollars for content that I don't have access to.

I purchased the ultimate edition on xbox it says I've claimed the founders pack but nothing has actually come through none of the items or moonstones, I have emailed support but I'm yet to hear back from them

I restarted my game on switch and lost all my founders pack items and anything else sent to my mailbox even though they say claimed same with the current star path along with the previous ones. I submitted a ticket on 2.24.23 but haven't heard anything back

@torpid nexus @earnest plaza Reply time can be 5+ weeks. Rest assured that if you sent a ticket, they will get back to you 🙂

Issue: All of my moonstones disappeared around the Halloween event and I still haven't gotten them back despite 3 different support tickets. (I purchased the founders edition)

Platform: Nintendo switch. Issue: I purchased the ultimate edition and didn’t receive a founder’s pack at all. No moonstones, odds and ends, or companions. It is not in the mailbox. I really want the outfit that is going to be gone from the moonstone shop tomorrow.
