Platform: PC and Xbox.
Issue: I bought items in the premium shop that was around 8-9k moonstones on my pc. Now when I am trying to play on Xbox if I choose my cloud save I am going to lose another 8-9k moonstones. I don’t want to lose a total of 18k moonstones. I know moonstones are separated based on platform so I do not understand why I have to lose more.

Issue: I bought another 29.99 edition of the game for Steam and was intended to receive 8000 moonstone in addition to my already saved up ~4100. I got maybe 4000 of that original 8000 when I opened my mailbox.

I have been trying to buy this castle for my house and the star path about 5 times which I have the star path for but not the one I wanted. I was the extra 100 thingys but no biggy and no moonstones. Please help. Update I now have 12k and don’t know what’s going on.

Issue: I lost 8,000 moonstones when I did cloudsave between Switch (Standard Edition) and PC (Ultimate Edition). I just went back to my Switch so I could use the 8,000 moonstones stuck on there for the new star path but instead the 8,000 disappeared and all I had was the 21k I had on my PC account. What can I do?

Switch : this occurred before the recent update but I thought it would be corrected; it hasn't been. Daily it seems my moonstone numbers are being taken away. Example, if I had 15,540 the night before, when I open another chest I have a less amount and I haven't spent them once on anything...So. Moonstone numbers being decreased over and over.

GameLoft has yet to show players who cross save how many of their moonstones are shared and how many are tied to the platform.

I have no idea where to post this, but I think using moonstones on one device uses ‘generic’ moonstones first, then uses up ‘platform locked’ moonstones after.

So if you have 10,000 moonstones on Xbox, and 20,000 moonstones on pc, but 5,000 (that shows up on both platforms simultaneously) were actually shared moonstones from chests/emailed rewards, using up 5,000 to buy things in the premium store will make your ‘totals’ go down to 5,000 and 15,000 respectively.

You should tell players how the moonstones are going to be used, or let them choose. You should be transparent in how many moonstones that show up are shared (thus spending on one platform depletes on both).

problem : on my switch it tells me i have 1,580 moonstones. but earlier i had roughly 5.6k moonstones on my xbox. i always save and cloud save many, many times before switching. i dont know if this should go to gameloft. i also did not pay for any moonstone on any platform.

Absolutely completely upset n feel ripped off I started at 19k decided I'd buy the 2500 moonstone pack so I can buy the new furniture it took the money from my account the moonstone says I accepted it in my mailbox but I didn't I went and purchased the new castle furniture etc all the packs IT USED MY ORIGINAL 19K BECAUSE THE NEW MOONSTONE WASENT ADDED so it took me down to 7k so being completely upset as my deluxe starter moonstone are saved for starpath I go n buy another 2500 moonstone it takes me from 7k to 9k I never got my 2 packs of 2500 moonstone because I shouldn't be sitting at 9k after starting with 19k and buying 2 packs and then spending on the new castle and furniture it makes no sense I should at least have 20k 😭

Issue: I have an extra purple/blue chest, it showed up right before the update and I forgot about it. It's been fenced off in my Glade ever since. When I try to open it the noise never stops, I have to restart my game, it tells me I have already claimed my moonstone for the day.

Platform XBox: So no chests again today.. no blue or green. It’s getting increasingly frustrating to only have enough time to only have enough time to log in to do a couple of thing and spend the entire time looking for chests that don’t exist. Getting the moonstone chest is more important now.. not that you can make enough for the special stuff and the star path, but I’d still like to get enough for at last the star paths…

Issue: I bought the Ultimate Edition with 20.000 moonstones and now I only have 1.310 moonstones?
I only spent 2.500 on the Star Path, 1.750 on Icy Wings and 3.000 on the Purple Cottage. That is a total of 7.250 moonstones, so I should still have 12.750 moonstones left, but only have 1.310? Why? And where is my moonstones?

It appears that there may be a graphical error when opening blue chests. The number for your total currency in the upper right corner displays lower than your actual amount when adding the 50 moonstones. I currently have a little over 11,000 moonstones but the number displayed was in the upper 10,000s. I thought that it was reverting the total but upon logging out and back in again my total was the correct amount.

I have noticed that for at least the last 2 days my blue chests have not actually updated my total currency amount. It says plus 50 when I open the chest but it reverts my currency amount back to what it was the day before before "adding" the 50. The total did not actually update. I made sure to double check my total before opening the chest today to double check before reporting. My total before opening remained the same as it was after opening the chest. 😦

Hi all. I can't buy moonstones. I try, get the Redirect to store Confirmation screen, click continue and nothing happens. This occurs at any level of moonstones, occurs after restarting the game, and even after restarting the machine.

Issue: Having the same issues as the others where you cannot open the blue chests because it says 'You have collected all your rewards today. Come back tomorrow!'
So I decided to voice my issue along with them in hopes of an actual fix soon.
I tried the work around where it said to reload the game and try again, and I tried it about 5 times and I am still unable to open the chest. A bit frustrating, kind of wish I could just delete it with furniture mode since there is no actual fix addressed for this yet.
EDIT 3/13 - I was able to open both chests I couldn't before but I didn't do anything special, just kept trying and trying whenever I got on each day. Really hoping there will be a fix for this since now I'm hesitant about opening the blue chests and other people still have this issue.

Hi! Yes please allow for an in game way be able to collect more moonstones. The pricing is pretty outrageous to be honest for a “yet to be completed “ game with many different issues still being discussed. I paid for the Switch version and it’s pretty useless so I use it on the Xbox. I like collecting most of not all items but it’s nearly impossible to do the star path and even completely finish all the duties and have enough moonstones for everything. I should be allowed to pay with in game currency or do additional tasks to help me get there.

Issue: I cannot find my blue chest anywhere. It's been a week and I've not had a single blue chest spawn in my game. And before you come for me I DID NOT TIME SKIP!
I barely play as I got disheartened by the PS but I do log in once a day to collect from scroge and kristoff and collect my chests.

I have removed all but the necessary decorations and been to every area and nope not a single blue chest so now I'm down 250 moonstones through no fault of my own.

Platform: Switch Issue: I did not find any chests yesterday and today I only found a green chest. Both days I didn't have any night thorns, any coral, any big rocks to crack either. I had written in for help and they suggested that I was time skipping, I am not I assure you. I did wonder if it is when I am playing that is causing the issue. Usually I log in after dinner somewhere between 6 and 10pm eastern standard. Then I am doing other things, but before I go to bed I get back on around midnight. Sometimes a few minutes before, sometimes right after. I don't know if that could be causing a problem.

Issue: Some days I can't find the blue chests and the rare time I do (I've found one per week not one per day) it says I've gotten 50 Moonstones but my number of Moonstones isn't increasing. I haven't spent any besides the Star Path and Castle house skin but it just keeps updating to stay the same number when I get more.
