Issue: I was mining in on the left side of Glade of Trust and the rocks went flying across the map ie where I can't get to them. Mother Gothel was my companion and she got stuck on the rock until I teleported and she dropped the extra material there.

My inventory is completely broken. Anything I pick up doesn't register on my pocket inventory (coins and resources) as a result, I think Olaf's parts are now in the void because I can't give them to him. Reloading the game doesn't resolve these issues even after hard restarting my PC.

Issue: After installing the update, I'm having trouble hanging out with certain characters, I haven't tested them all but clicking 'Hang Out' with ||Eric|| doesn't do anything, additionally, if I press 'Hang Out' with Mickey, sometimes he will freeze in front of entrances and narrow pathways, making it impossible to move past him, this happened when I was in a villager's house and I had to restart the game because my character was glitching and unable to exit the house when I pressed the 'exit' command.

-Place Mini-Casita in the Village

I can't communicate with her and Merlin still states the house needs to be placed. I have moved the house in multiple spots to see if it just wasn't triggering the response but nothing has changed.

Issue: Cannot leave restaurant. Came looking for Mickey with Merlin in tow (if that matters) and now I cannot leave the restaurant. It clicks as though the door opens, but it puts me back inside. I tried different angles and stepping on different spots with no luck. Oh I changed Mickey and Merlin's winter clothing while in restaurant if that makes a difference.

The game feels like everything is moving through molasses; just slow & laggy, lots of jerks in movements, & numerous quick pauses walking from place to place. Watched someone else play on Xbox & game play was a lot smoother. Bottom line: it’s just hard to play but!, I still like the game. 🙂

Don't know where to post this but I'm on Mac and ALL of my settings have been reset upon updating. Sounds, graphics, I had to disable screen shaking and sparkling again (I turned screen shake/sparkles off for a better play experience and I play with the sound off). Just a PSA especially in case anyone else needs the graphic issues turned off.

just patched to latest; pc. went in house to refresh energy that good, walked to go out and stuck in autowalk going nowhere. had Elsa with me but having buddy with me never was a problem before leaving house even if they were a bit in the way. couldn't open anything because game was expecting me to zone out of house any moment then.

I've been having the same issue with characters getting stuck on rocks after mining when they want to pick stuff up, it's that rock in your video, one on the very corner near Merlin's home, and one in the Forest of Valor close to the pilar. Same w/ PC platform

Issue: I had multiple separate stacks of large seafood platters in my inventory. Some of them were worth 5000 energy and others less than that. I think I had five or six separate stacks? (Due to using different ingredients) I used the auto sort on my inventory and selected by energy and it stacked all of them together into one stack worth 3570 energy. I lost my higher energy items and regardless of the ingredients used they are now all stacked together.

I'd say this isn't working as intended. I was able to give her a photoshoot because Mickey locked her in an action of trying to go outside. Never got out the door, waited a good amount of time before closing out the game. Please eventually fix this. Just let the villagers be pushoverable.

So I was so excited to get this update thinking I would finally be able to complete the stitch quest line. I was able to finally complete the TV quest, but upon completing it I’m stuck again. I was unable to feed the crocodiles or squirrels. Clicking on the food in inventory did nothing. I reloaded the game with no change. I was able to feed all other critters before these. I tried later after working on other thing then it worked.

Issue 1: the main chest that shares inventory is now only "indoor use only" which is extremely upsetting as I had bought 17 to put them all over the biomes. Its a pain and time consuming every time my bag is full to go back to the house to unload. Out of all the updates and changes, this is one I'm extremely frustrated with. It wasn't giving an unfair advantage other than saving time, and this ruined a huge way I was playing.

Issue 2: I'm stuck on a Stitch quest. I need Stitch to be at level ten, but he's been at level ten since a few days after getting him. Nothing's triggering it to unlock.

Issue 3: "Enter mini-Casita". I enter the mini-Casita to find Mirabel waiting there. But, the quest doesn't update. Talking to Mirabel only gives me the "what do I have to do again" option to the quest.

*** I've reported one bug since I started playing on the second day of early access, but all the other changes/updates made some sense. I am, however, extremely frustrated with the chest issue.

Memories are not working, I have not gotten a single memory for dried flowers since you updated for the glitch. We are lucky to find maybe 2 dried flowers every few days and hunt and watering them forever and NOTHING. Digging doesn't drop hardly any and it always gives coin. For those of us that want to complete things, it feels like climbing an ice hill in plastic shoes. no way to get ahead.

I have sent support a email with images attached. I can't change Mickeys outfit that is in the new star path, even though I've already claimed said item.

Everything is gone, I would like a fix, so I can have my first ever star path items back, my halloween star path items, my Christmas star path items and the new star path items.

I've also spent real life money on moonstone and brought a pack from the premium store which guess what? I dont have the pack items!

I do not have anything.

Since the. Update, Prince Eric won’t hang out. It appears they attempted to fix the problem that his dialogues were reversed (He used to say goodbye when he joined you and hello when he left). They did switch the timing of those dialogues, but not the attached actuons. So now he greets you and then just walks away playing his flute.

Mirabel face icon doesn't show up on the map. I've leveled her up to 3 and she's my mining companion, I cannot choose an option to hang out with her. I started the Healing House quest and gathered all of the items for it and when I try to talk to her in her house I cannot talk to her. My character turns away when I click E to chat with her. Mirabel BUGS!!!

Shortly after starting to play the game I made / purchased duplicates of the original chest in my house and placed one in each biome so I could easily store or retrieve certain items. With the new update those chests are gone. Ideally I would like those chests reinstated because I liked being able to access my home storage from anywhere. If the developers have decided that easy access to home storage from anywhere in the valley is something they no longer want in the game I will adapt but compensation for the cost of the chests that were taken away would be nice.

The sink I placed next to the stove is see through when cooking.
Remy's fridge I can walk through. (I like the added decorations in the kitchen now though).
Buzz quest didn't have ingredients listed to find when it said complete. Couldn't craft because I had to find more items to complete.
Stitch Quest it said to find "5 people" for musicians but it completed after 3.
Characters get stuck/glitch on the spot when mining with and my character has to push them out of the way to be able to move again.
Buzz quest - Ursula doesn't show up.
I've had this happen with another quest too where two characters meet and you have to listen to their conversations but they don't turn up. Changing quests and then changing back to it worked or had to quit and load game again.

EDIT: After submitting. I tried removing the bush but it would only select the path underneath. After leaving the entire build mode. The game froze on the loading screen to which I had to close the app entirely. Upon re entry I found the bush had moved to another spot to where I was then able to remove it.

Issue: Weird shadow going over crops when playing on the Series X, I've checked it on my laptop and it doesn't do it, it's only been since the update. They used to bounce but the shadow that changes that causes them to flicker is definitely new. I have reported it on the form but wouldn't allow me to attach a video as the video is too large as it's from a 4k resolution console.

Hidden UI in photo mode appears again while taking screenshots.
I press "Win"+"Druck S-Abf" (in german) to direct safe the screenshots on my PC and it screens it with the UI which I deactivated before. (Screenshots have better quality then the photos from the game itself. That's why I want to do screenshots.) This issue wasn't there before and I know they changed something, because the option to hide UI was before on the keybind R and now it's on H.
The hidden UI is also appearing every time again while moving the camera.

Before, when I asked him to hang out, he would tell me "So long...." and would say "Sounds like fun..." when I stopped hanging out with him (ie: his lines were backwards.) The other day when I asked him to hang out, I thought his lines had been fixed since he said "Sounds like fun...." when I asked to hang out. Went to harvest pumpkins with him, only for him to not follow, not give any bonuses and be standing in the Plaza where I'd left him instead of following me. Talked to him again, only to discover we weren't hanging out. Doesn't seem to matter how many times I ask him to hang out, he won't. 🤷‍♀️ (Sorry I put this in the wrong place. I had no idea what NPC stood for.)

On Nintendo Switch, my girlfriend cant hang out with Prince Eric, Mirabel and a few other characters. They will say "Yeah lets hang out" but they wont actually hang out. She can infinitely ask them to hang out and they will say Yes. And if she does what their role is, like fishing, they will teleport to her but no exp is gained with them nor will they give her extra fish.
Edit : She got Mirabel to actually hang out with her and giver her exp. But its still Prince Eric she has an issue with. No other characters. I think he is too obsessed with playing his flute to hang out with her. Lmao. (I say that cuz when she fishes, after he cheers, with no exp given, out comes the flute. Every single time. Lmao)

Issue: Still unable to be named anything but "Player Name" regardless of how many times we start a new game, reinstall the game or try any number of combinations of names. We still end up being called "Player name". Eventually, we just gave up and settled as being "Player Name", but playing the game like this feels very fourth-wall-breaking and somewhat ruins the experience. It does sound like a very small thing to add a function to change that ONE value in the game save - presumably, that one value is just getting sprintf'ed into every bit of dialog at run-time, and not hard-burned into every bit of dialog at new game setup? Everyone I know plays this game as "Player Name", so it isn't just me either. It just seems like such a dumb bug to still have, and not give players any way to rectify that one string value after numerous updates? 😄 Come on, Gameloft, you can do better than this.

Issue: I'm hitting a lot of UI freezes since the update. Here's the latest. I just gave Olaf the item for his final quest ("Olaf Presents..."), but the confirmation window did not go away after I hit the "Give" button. Below that the first of Olaf's responses appeared but the UI locked up (I could see another character walking by in the background, so it was just the UI that froze). I tried various keys, clicking both buttons again, backing out, etc, with no results. I had to quit the game.

Teal Dreamlore Poncho (Mirabel Reward) is marked as a Monsters Inc item.
Malevolent Fairy Horns are correctly sleeping beauty, but in the furniture collection.
**Charter Rug **does not appear in the furniture collection at all.
Founder Pack Items are counted as part of the collection if unobtained. Since premium shop items aren't, this probably shouldn't either.

Since the update that isn't happening anymore, at least for me. Does anyone know if this is a bug or intentional? And yes, I do count them so I know I have 10. Issue: I walked into the restaurant today to do some cooking and a memory orb dropped. I picked it up but the humming stayed. I assumed it was another memory orb. I searched high and low, but it was nowhere. It drove me crazy all day. I moved the restaurant, but every time I did, the game froze.
Finally, I was able to move the restaurant and I searched the area. No memory. I moved the restaurant back, entered and the hum was gone. ... So were all the tables.
Screenshots/video's; I have one very bad quality video on my phone of the sound (that is the signature humming of the memory orb but very bad quality) and me looking around and rotating from where it's coming from, but I am on my laptop. I will send it if that is necessary, please let me know.

Issue: The villagers will sometimes become solid (aka: not move when you make your character run into them, they stay rooted to where they were unless they move of their own accord) and they won't revert unless you close the game and reopen. I believe it's only with the ones that you've hung out with in that game session (so if you've hung out with 5 separate ones, there's a chance it could happen with multiple of them) but I could be mistaken there. That has caused me to get stuck in narrow places a few times, mainly behind the counter in Remy's restaurant, and sometimes when I try to leave a villager's house I will get stuck in a walking animation when I've tapped "e" to leave the house because the villager will not move. When that happens you can't open any menu or do anything else, you're stuck in that walking animation. Only way to get out of it is to hard close the game. It can happen with pretty much any doorway.

If I already have an item in a chest, pressing X works, but if an item isn't in a chest, when I drag the item over the space doesn't highlight and allow the item. Issue: logged on for the first time after the newest upgrade, but didn’t have much time. I saw the castle skin for our homes and spent the moonstones and then saved and logged out.

Today is the first time I’ve signed in since and my skin is nowhere to be found, but my moonstones were still taken.

I also can’t feed my animals. I interact and then click on the item and nothing happens. At all.

The first time, I’ll open the map and everything works as it should - except that I can’t close the menu if I’m in the map, I have to change tabs to close the menu. Issue: just now when I opened the map, there was nothing on it but a blue background and the icons for the shop and well that were near me. No buttons responded at all in game. I had to press the xbox button and quit the game and load back in to get the game working again. Edit: it just happened again, this time the map opened like usual, however I couldn't warp, I moved over to save and back to the map and it was empty and nothing responded.

Issue: When I enter a realm, I lose all access to everything in the game. I'm in Monas realm as soon as I enter, I cannot open my backpack, my tools, my inventory or even the main menu. I can pick up stuff and harvest. I leave and go back to the plaza and I still have no access to anything, nothing will open. In order for me to access anything I have to restart the game, and I'll have access but only in the main part. Like the plaza, meadow ect... if I go a realm, I'll loose access again and have to restart the game, this is extremely frustrating as I bought the game yesterday and I can't go to realms or I have to restart the game

PC STEAM so every time I am gardening or mining all the items go to the other side of the biome even with a friend following mind you I restarted my game bc I was bored so I don’t have the pathways cleared out but I do use the wishing wells. But most of the time I can’t get the items unless I travel to the other side. Which I guess is a work around but it’s a little annoying. It mostly happens in the forest and the glade.

2: i went out of the restaurant and came back in; the table was there and they were sitting at it.

Issue: Any NPC that I ask to hang out with me, they will block me in different places. This includes my home, the restaurant (Mirabel kept me from entering the kitchen), I got cornered in by a ore vein up in the Forest of Valor by the river, and I've only been playing for like..30ish minutes today? One temporary fix is to stop hanging out with them, and eventually the person will leave. There have been times where I've been stuck in an endless cycle of trying to get out of a building and the NPC is blocking the door, so we're both endlessly walking and not going anywhere (in these instances, I have to restart the game).

I was in the forest of valor, I didn’t have the tree stumps cleared to go over the bridge, I put my fountain on the side I couldn’t get to, I started clearing it out of thorns and etc. and I wasn’t receiving any rewards… and the thorns I cleared that were near the River, the reward shot across the river… I opened 2 green chests and received nothing. Is there anything I can do to restore it? I don’t want to miss any clothing or special item that was in the green chest. I also thought if I wasn’t allowed to teleport through my fountain over there that the game just simply wouldn’t allow me to move my fountain over there. Please helppp!!!

Issue: Unable to open blue chests. My mom gets a blue chest and it won’t open. When she tries to open it, it says “You have collected all of your rewards for today. Come back tomorrow.” The same chest will behave this way for days, sometimes a week and then eventually she can open it. I helped her submit it to GL. It’s been this way since she started playing in August. I have no idea how many chests she has lost out on. I know this issue is logged on Trello for Switch but she doesn’t play on the switch. Does anyone else have this problem?

It's a glitch. I've had it happened to me on Nintendo Switch once, but it got patched away without me reporting it.
Could be a back-end time synchronization problem between different consoles or online services.
I really don't know, only Game Loft knows for sure.

The green chest still accumulate for 3 days just like it used to, but for the blue chest only one appears regardless of how many days have passed. Issue: About half the time after leveling up (either me or a character), I am stuck here in this pose with no option to get out. Using the wishing wells to transport to another location does not fix the issue, there seems to be no other option than to exit out of the game entirely.

Nintendo Switch- 1) I assigned Prince Eric but when I ask him to hang out he says he will and then does not come with me. 2) can not feed the sunbirds to finish scars quest. It lets me feed the two birds and the birds give a heart but it doesnt registers for the quest that I feed them the flowers. 3). The characters constantly get stuck I should be able to move them out the way to exit houses or pick up materials I just mined. I’m constantly blocked in and then the game glitches to where I have to restart the game.

Issue: harvesting with Remy
I was making my rounds to each biome to harvest. We hit the Forgotten Lands, Sunlit Plateau, The Glades, Dazzle Beach, and then it started raining. I headed up to the forest to harvest canola and Remy didn’t follow me. Nor did Pua, but companions always wonder. I harvested a little more just to check if maybe he was stuck and would just catch up. I stopped and went to my house to see if he would follow me there. He did show up. I went to my storage room to empty my pockets and he only came in as far as the front door of the house. Didn’t follow into any of the rooms. I emptied my pockets. I talked to him. The prompts still indicated we were hanging out. I headed back to the forest and he didn’t follow me. I decided to hang out with a different harvesting buddy, Stitch. Now I’m getting my harvest bonus again.

I'm not sure if this belongs here or in the crashes, but I have an issue that if I look at the different outfit selections for the characters I am unable to click "select" to dismiss the screen. It will back out in the background of the characters screen but I can't move or do anything but hard close the app through end task screen.

For instance if the quest requires you to give an item to a character it freezes on the item screen and then I'm forced to close out of the game completely to get it to work again.

Issue; explained short. The map is glitching sometimes (it happens many time a day and hav even like this for 2-3 days)

The issue have 3 stages, I took pictures that explains it with pictures.
Stage 1; everything is normal, and in the map the white circle is there also when I select a well to teleport to
Stage 2; the map works as normal (I can see the map and the characters), then when I move over to a well the white circle goes away, so I can’t select the well or anything in the map, but I can go out of the menu.
Stage 3; when I try to go to the map or go to a well to se the map right after stage 2 it’s nothing there and then I’m stuck and can’t go out of the menu, I have to quit the game and restart it.

Issue: In decorating mode, removed items and newly placed items disappear or revert back to the way it was before redocrated after a save. This happens outside as in the house. Just now it was the blue L counter being replaced with a white L counter. Upon save it reverted back to the blue. Tried twice before shutting the game down, restarted. Same issue. Happens outside with the bushes, trees etc.

Issue: I unlocked Eric after the update and every time he’s in the restaurant I’m not able to hang out with him. I can do it with any other companion while they are in the restaurant, but it doesn’t work on Eric. (Edit: Didn’t realize until after the post it was a general problem, I just thought it was the restaurant bc that was the time frame I opened my game and tried to hang w/ him was lol) I also have the game on PS4 and I’ve never seen this happen.

Issue: There are certain errors in villager dialogue I've noticed. There are two examples in particular I'll mention; one with a conversation that sometimes happen between Mickey and Minnie where Mickey invites her to go dancing. It all reads as intended, but in the end, Mickey says a line that Minnie is supposed to say. I've noticed this error since the launch of Early Access.

The second example is a possible daily discussion you can have with Olaf. He asks you to tell him a story and there are three different options to choose from, but throughout the entire exchange, and no matter which option you choose, most of the lines meant to be coming from you, are coming from Olaf, making it seem like he's questioning and answering himself.

There might be more than just these two instances, but these are the main ones I've noticed and can remember right now.

Issue: The game became unsresponsive when attempting to gather the gold pieces from a gold chest. A thorn was in the way, and when i gathered the night thorn, further keyboard commands were ignored, forcing me to kill the program from windows. Location: Forgotten Land next to one of the green fires. Note that the final gold piece remained even after the timer expired for gathering gold pieces.

Issue: Wasn't able to log on yesterday to grab the chests. Logged on today, and was expecting to find two of each chest, as that's what has happened in the past when I missed a day.

I only got 1 blue chest, and 2 green chests. I found no yellow chests whatsoever, and I went and cleaned up ALL the stumps, ice spikes, what little thorns I get, bones, etc etc.

Disappointing about the yellow chests, but I've got over 2 million gold in game, so I'm not worried really about them. I'm very upset that I'm missing a blue chest, as that's the only way for me to get moonstones now. I can't purchase them from the shop, I don't make that kind of money to spend it on micro-transactions for games.

Issue: The game keeps becoming completely unresponsive when collecting memories and picking up items. It will freeze on a screen that has popped up and ESC does not work to close the pop up. The menu will close but the pop up will stay on the screen.

The only fix has been to force close the game and restart it. Has happened multiple times today, did not have this issue previously.

Issue: feels like the rocks in the Forgotten lands are bugging out. The rocks by ponds will have flowers spawn inside of them, and I can pick those flowers up. Most notable bug would be that I can enter the map geometry behind the pumpkin house really easily. Stuff spawns there too (I picked up some wood while I was inside the rocks lol). See video attached — I can enter the rocks from both sides, but the video shows only one side

Platform is switch. I’m having issues with fast travel. The fast travel options stayed on my screen even after it already teleported me where I wanted to go. The game isn’t frozen or anything and it still lets me click on other places and teleport to those places but it won’t let me do anything else.

Issue: Trying to leave WALL-E's house. I pressed 'E' and got locked in a walking animation. I couldn't get out of it no matter what buttons I pressed. I couldn't even press escape. I had to force close the game. Logged back in and I didn't lose any progress.

Issue: Timezone syncing not working

I am in EST but location specific timed events (eg rare critter spawns, sleep schedules) occur as if I am PST. Timezone is synced properly to EST on my switch and Nintendo account. My switch has been synced to PST in the past, but not in quite a while.

If needed I can supply a video of the time (proof synced via internet) and an expected event not happening, and then occurring 3 hours later (PST)

Issue: I was removing a night thorn and am stuck, I can't move or open any menus, I can only move the camera with my mouse. Fixed it by waiting out the 5 minute timer on the auto save and then closing it via Steam and then reopened so I could get back to what I was doing. Just rather frustrating I had to do it at all as this has never happened before when removing them.

Issue: When Minnie is wearing her centennial outfit, the character misbehaves. My map doesn't work properly show teleport all over the maps and none of my fast traveling wells will work. The only way to fix this issue is to take her out of the outfit or don't fast travel or use the map while she's outside of her home.

Issue: When either pocket or chest inventory has 2 similar but discrete types of objects, sort by type does not sort as expected. FREX: Yesterday I had a pocket full of pebbles and clay, all jumbled together. Clicking sort by type did not sort the pocket so all clay was next to each other and all pebbles were next to each other. They remained jumbled. Same with my chest that has a mix of dream shards and night shards.

I'm grateful to have a sort feature but it needs some refinement to deal with the above. Some extra tags in the code perhaps. I'm guessing clay and pebbles are both labeled something like "dug forageables" so the system thinks the inventory is all the same type (dream and night shards perhaps both labeled "shards"?) when they are discrete objects.

Upon starting I updated my cloud save and all was fine. After playing for a while, my screen is showing services offline, and I can not open any moon chests, which also continue to make a shaking noise long after walking away. I have restarted and it is still not opening or showing that it is connecting. Switch shows it is online and running fine. I can also access other online features, just not this. So I can not collect my moonstones.

After the last update a couple days ago, you can no longer travel via wishing wells. If you go to the map, and click on the wishing well, nothing happens and you can't close out the menu. I tried toggling using R/L to a different tab, like the quests or collection, but it still doesn't let you close the menu. I have to restart the game.

It’s happening with dried flowers too. Bc you’re supposed to get memory pieces for watering the dried flowers that appear every day as well. Not sure what’s going on there. Sometimes I can’t water them though bc I couldn’t get to them b4 it started raining which shouldn’t be a thing imo.

Issue: My avatar gets stuck trying to leave a room. They are just walking into the door infinitely, on a loop. I think it only happens when I'm hanging out with an NPC and they are also nearby. The only way to fix it is to restart the game. I can't even press esc to get to the game menu, I have to minimize it using ALT + TAB and close it by right clicking on the icon in my task bar. It's especially annoying when it happens multiple times in one gaming session

Issue: The game menu is buggy. When u open the menu and then go to stand by mode and return, the game sometimes is stuck in one position and u cant exit. The issue fixes itself sometimes after a while, but sometimes u have to close and reload the game, another one is that i cant move, after i removed night thornes and the audio is distorted.

Issue: The new "smart transfer" feature introduced is glitching and not properly transferring Purple Impatiens.

I believe the system is not recognizing that item in our inventory, unless we have already taken it out of the chest, in which case it recognizes it in its 'temporary memory for the duration that chest activity.

7 screenshots to show what I mean. Example is depositing 4 types of flowers from the Forgotten Lands:

Just opened chest.
Smart transfer activated. The stack of 4x Purple Impatiens were not transferred to chest.
Showing that I am opening the menu to choose manual transfer of Purple Impatiens.
Manual transfer of Purple Impatiens successful.
Split of chest stack of Purple Impatiens into a similar stack of 4 successful.
Manual transfer of new stack of 4 Purple Imoatiens to main inventory successful.
Sart transfer activated: successful depositi of Purple Imoatiens into chest.

Now, obviously I am providing these steps and screenshots for debugging purposes. However, as long as this glitch exists, players will be required to make that extra Step 4 instead of just stopping at Step 2.
