That’s what I’m worried about. They said the Shop refreshes occasionally, and the castle skin is a limited time thing. If it goes away before they let us access the Shop I’m going to be so annoyed

In Furniture mode, click on your house, there should be an option that says Replace. That's how you change your house appearance

Looks like the art deco posters for Elsa and Woody are misclassified as Moana items.
What do I do if I bought all four items this morning that was incorrect and I don't feel like I got my moonstones back from the items that was wrong, that I purchased?

Have you tried going into furniture mode, selecting your house and clicking "replace" ? All the new house skins / recolours should be there.

@calm basin same problem. Got home yesterday at 12 from work, the castle and 3 bundles were. gone. Hope it all comes back around.

They said it was a rotating shop. I can't believe that it's one and done, so everything will cycle back through.

Not really sure what that means. I was able to buy the cottage a couple days ago but seems anything else is a no go.
It seems like this might have happened after we were given the items from the bundles that wernt supposed to be in the premium shop. Idk if it's correlated but it implied my cloud save wasn't connected when trying to collect the items; which might have to do with this issue aswell (even though it is in fact connected and havnt had issues saving and staying logged in and such). But just something I noticed to maybe keep in mind.
Like a few others in here the issue occurred to me also, when attempting to get the villians bundle from the premium shop.

Issue: The premium shop is not working right. It says that I have purchased items but they do not show up in my inventory and items I purchased before the update such as the castle are no longer accessible.

Issue: I have not been able to access the premium shop since it has launched.
When I navigate to the Shop tab with the red indicator dot, I see:
"Item Shop">"Something went wrong... The store is currently unavailable. Please come back later."

Occasionally the Game Upgrades page will appear, but it immediately disappears as an option.
I would have liked to buy the cottage skin and the art deco set as well as a game upgrade, but since I have never been able to load the shop page, I guess I can't spend more money supporting the developers.
Since this seems to be a common problem, can the developers please consider removing the red -new info- indicator dot from the Shop tab. It is always present since the page will not load and everything is new... and this is very annoying because I like to see the red dot indicator when I purchase new items from Scrooge so I know to check what new item has been added to my collection menu or I like to see the red indicator dot when I have finished a quest I didn't know I was working towards so I can collect the dreamlight and refresh a new quest.
However, I am not getting new red dot notifications because the red dot is ALWAYS there in the upper right corner of the switch screen next to the +

After buying the Art Deco Poster pack, they show up in the Moana category on the Collection tab despite being Elsa and Woody.

the store works on my PC version which I mainly use. Unfortunately my moonstones are tied to my switch version so the only reason I even log into the switch version is to spend the moonstones, somewhat disheartening to come here and see so many others with the same issue and it's not mentioned on the 'known issues' trello. Has any work around or solution been posted somewhere?

I ended up going in and manually saving my game, then complete shutdown out of game, so it would reset to the network…it’s now back working for me, maybe give it a try too

I bought the game on several platforms (PC, Xbox & Switch) so I had multiple moonstones amounts (which is logical as I paid for the game 3 times), and usually when I spent some on 1 of them, they did not count on the other platforms, but today I bought 2 items from Premium Shop on Switch and the moonstones where taken off my Switch + PC... 😦

I had this same issue but in reverse. I bought items on my PC (purchased the PC version of the game via Steam) and had the moonstones deducted from my Switch as well. It actually happened twice now, but the first time I thought I'd just misremembered how many moonstones I had on my Switch.

I bought this set because of the black/green fireplace but unfortunately it's the same color as the oven in the kitchen set and I do not like it and would not have spent moonstones on it if the color would have been displayed correctly. Is this a bug?

Issue: I purchased the Touch of Arendelle Kitchen and Pantry item sets but nothing appears in the furniture inventory and when I go back into the Premium Shop it doesn't say that they are Owned. When I try to purchase again, I receive a message titled "Purchase Error #19"

This problem is so frustrating, I have the same problem with the sweaters, only they discounted the moonstones. I sent them a ticket because in a Facebook group they told me that the same thing happened to someone, they entered with the player's ID and verified that it was so, they reset and it was solved. Another user commented that I sent them a ticket from the first time the same thing happened to them, there was no response until today, there is no solution, they did not refund the moonstones and the object did not appear in the inventory (the cabin). In my case I did the same, I sent a ticket but there wasn't the same response (maybe it's luck that you get a solution or not). The truth is that it anguishes me because they solve it for some and not for others, my only hope is that they are seriously working on a solution because there are many of us with these problems, I understand that the game is in early access but there are bugs after bugs.

Issue: Went on to the premium shop and bought the "touch of Arendelle pantry" the game crashed and closed down, when I went back on no moonstones had been used and the pantry set didnt say it was "owned" when I went to buy it again it said "cannot purchase because you already own at least one item" but the pantry items arent showing up in my furniture section

Just a bit of an update - I was having Purchase Error #7 and I was able to get around it by playing on a different Platform. I normally play on xbox one or xbox game pass PC but I bought the game on steam and steam had the correct pricing and let me purchase the items.
I know this isn't a super feasible workaround for a lot of users since you have to purchase the game again but it is an option to try if you want and don't mind spending the money. I looked at it as a moonstone purchase since the pricing was close but I totally understand that it's not an option for a lot of users and for those who it's not; I'm sorry and I really hope support or the devs can patch it out soon.

Issue: Receiving error message when trying to buy from shop - get "transaction failed due to unknown error" or it tells me that I already have one item from the bundle (which I don't).
EDIT (15:49) I have just tried again to purchase a bundle and received the same error message, however it has now taken the 1,200 moonstones away.
This only seems to affect the beach vibes bundle and the space-time set, as I had no problems purchasing the other two bundles.

Issue: Second report (from me) of Purchase Error #7. Inability to purchase certain things from the premium shop. I was able to purchase the backpack set but the other 3 sets give me the purchase error #7.
I also want to mention that something is off with the pricing. For example, the backpack set is normal price (the set I mentioned I was able to purchase) but for the other 3 for this week; the prices are hundreds less compared to everyone else. I am wondering if this is correlated with the purchase error #7 because it is specifically these 3 sets it wont let me purchase.
- Though still unsure because I have seen others have the same error even with standard prices. And just as a notation the pricing seems to be off the most when I load my cloud save on a different device. Even if its the same PC platform but just a different pc all together (like for example when I switch between my laptop and tower; same platform but dif device).

Issue: Yesterday I tried to purchase the items from the shop, I received the error message "transaction failed due to unknown error". I did try on three of the items to see if it was just that on item and logged out and back in and tried again. Today that error is obviously fixed however I tried again and I got the Error #19. I was able to by the Space Timer set but not the other three, however the moonstones have been deducted for the other three. The space time set was the only one I didn't try yesterday when the initial error was occurring so obviously attempting to purchase them yesterday during the first error is why the other three are experiencing issues now.

Issue: Have attempted to no success over the last 3 days to buy the picture collection only to be given the purchase Error #7 window, I see several others with the same issue and am certain this is being worked to fix and very much appreciate all the hard work put into not just fixing the bugs but crafting the content and the game as a whole. Issue: This one is partially my fault since I forgot to save on the cloud on the Switch before updating my game on the PC. When I'm trying to either the set with the skirt, backpack or the art deco frame (which I all bought before updating my game on PC) it gives me the "Error 19 - Cannot purchase because you already own at least one item. I did go look in my inventory to see if any of the item were there, but I didn't find any.
All this kind of errors directly related to the Premium Shop (7, 19, etc) there is no way to solve them manually, the player cannot, there is no such possibility. It only remains to wait for them to update, and in the meantime we will lose the opportunity to acquire (until they return to the premium shop, if they return) the objects, until they release a patch. This was told to me by a team advisor in response to my ticket. So yes, there is no way to solve it, it only remains to wait.

Mine actually does this ALL the time. If you go into the settings and change the display to "Full Screen" ... Esc back to game .... Go back to settings> display (and put it on whichever display settings you want it on) it should "fix" it

Issue: I still can’t purchase anything through the premium store. My prices are higher on Xbox then other consoles. So whenever I try to purchase stuff I get code error seven. Ive reported this and hope for a fix soon.
Platform xbox. I purchased the cheapest pack so I could get the 2 backpacks . I placed the purchase on my pc & I claimed them, saved game & played a few hours. Hours later, I login at the xbox & it showed the 2 backpacks as not being purchased & all the moonstones still there. I tried purchasing again but I get the message that I do not have enough currency. This is frustrating since I paid real money to get these items. I hope this is fixed before the shop resets with new items. I will not be purchasing anything else until this is resolved. I also submitted a ticket providing my game id & screenshot 2 days ago.

I went to buy the counters and I thought i did . Then i go log back in after a while and it still shows I didn't hbuy it and the Moonstones are still there. I go to buy it again and it tells me I already own a piece of it already. I am wondering if the game is confusing the coner pieces (which i have ) with the regular counters.
You might be experiencing what I did on Steam (PC). My account said I had ~14k moonstones, but I couldn't purchase anything with the premium shop saying I don't have enough. gameloft cs confirmed that I only had 870 moonstones. When I bought more, the number fixed itself to the right amount after buying what I wanted. Not sure if that works for you're case, but thought I'd share. I'm also seeing others getting an error that local and server shop don't match.

This issue hasn't been addressed, nobody got back to me when I submitted it on the site either. If not resolved then I wasted $$ which I will do a charge back.

This is the second time I’ve tried to get this group of paintings and it hasn’t worked. First time it took moonstones, and then the game crashed and I never received the items. Ever since it shows I can buy it because I don’t own them and then gives that error. Help!
I get the same message Error #7, I really wanted that Beach Vibes set, now it seems I will miss it due to being on a timer, & We have to wait (1 hr) in order to be able to re-add a message here Wow! , makes me dislike Slow/mode even more then I already do. 😦
