Issue: "What Home Feels Like" Quest is still not resolved. Whereas before I was stuck on the "Catch a Glittering Herring" step, I am now after the update on the "Make the Arendellian Pie" step and have another Glittering Herring in my inventory. However, I had previously already made the Arendellian Pie (which is still in my inventory), so I now have no way of obtaining another Dandelion Syrup.

Issue: "stitches hobby" quest still tells me to follow him to the bottom of the secret cave, and when I get down there, the quest does not continue. This has also been an issue for me since the last update.

Issue: "Stitch's Hobby" (this was actually a problem already in update 2). I got to the point where I should follow Stitch to the bottom of mystical cave and I went into the cave and talked to him but for some reason I had to log off. When I got back to the game he was already at the bottom and now it's bugged. When I talk to Stitch he just says: Go faster! All the way to the bottom! and I can't progress. I have contacted Gameloft already with this issue in december and they got back to me after some weeks that a fix will come soon. Now it's feb and it's still not fixed. Had high hope that it would be with this update but no. Add: I have stitch's tv back in my inventory, but that was never a part of the problem.

Issue: What home feels like quest. I was stuck on catch a glittering herring, now with the update I have one in my inventory. It says now to make an Arendallian pie, which I already have and have it in my inventory. So there is no way to make another pie because the dandelion syrup has already been used.

Issue Back to the problem of update n°2. You have successfully placed the TV in my inventory, but the problem is when I try to go to Stitch's house to give it to him.. he totally ignores, as if I have the wrong item on me, so impossible to continue this quest which has been blocked since December!

For those referencing the Gems issue - make sure you are using the correct gems. You will be able to place them (the Read option will change) once you hold the correct colour in your inventory.

Keep in mind that some gems are similar in colours, so you may need to try a few variants 🙂

Even with the correct gems they will not place onto the pedestal. Having the same issue on the switch.

Issue:Quest “A Restaurant Makeover” is stuck in a endless loop to give Remy the furniture kit. I did that before the update and I was on the ingredients part of the quest, but now it is back to the furniture part and stuck in an endless loop of it saying it is complete and then incomplete and back and forth.

HINT: Amethyst, Emerald and Citrine is you need
The pedestals that u can "read" state that the gems (red, blue and yellow) are already sitting in that same pedestal (hence why you're able to see its colours glowing), while speaking to Olaf I believe he mentions a rainbow, the colours missing are Green, Orange and Blue, therefore those are the gems that you need to find out where to place in the remaining pedestals.

I brought every type of gem and kept trying to transfer till I found the right one. It wouldn’t let me transfer until I picked the one that’s supposed to go there. If that helps

Issue: The Great Blizzard quest, once in the part you use your can on the sparkling water particles in the secret chamber, the particles do not disappear... it simply puts me on other side of the particles.

UPDATE: I solved this problem by switching devices (another PC). I don't know WHY, but it worked when I tried on another device. 🙂

Issue: Mother Gothenburg Restoring the Sunstone
Shown her the meteorites and she gave me a bundle of gleaming fragments. Quest keeps ticking and unticking “show the sun meteorites to Mothet Gothel”.
No recipe to craft the sunstone.
The quest chat option on Mother Gothel is also blank.
This happened before update 3 but was hoping it’d be fixed!!

Issue: In the Elsa's What Feels Like Home quest, when I dug up the ice chest it disappeared (I think because Anna's house was too close) so now I can't pick up the chest to give to Elsa to progress the quest. Been like this since the beginning.

Issue: After completing the quest with the broken tv (because it finally showed up) the next quest shows that I have to have a friendship level 10 with Stitch. I already an level 10 with him. Is there something I am supposed to do before? Or should I contact gameloft ?

Issue: Stitch sock storyline STILL not working. I was stuck with the trash in Goofy’s house not registering as completing the quest. Post-Update 3, was told to go to Goofy’s house and pick up the clue. This I did. Then ordered to talk to Donald, who ran it through his machine. Then told to consult Merlin. However, consulting Merlin is also a task related to the blizzard, so it shut down the Stitch sock story quest completely (no longer an active quest) and moved into resolve the blizzard. Did not come back after blizzard, and there is no trash in Merlin’s house nor does he have option to talk about it.

The ratio is approximately similar framerate of the banned Porygon episode.

The quest was selected still from the last time I loaded the game over a week ago prior to the update. When quests were selected before, the involved characters and their homes would not be affected by them sleeping. They would wait to go to sleep until after the quest was finished.

Hi. So I am still wondering why flowers, stick, shells, holes, herbs, rocks/stones/bones/ice/searock/stomp, why all of this is counted in the item limit. I am far over because of all of this. I can not place Casita or change my house design because I am over the limit. And as I am picking up sticks, flowers etc. they keep spawning faster than I can pick them up. to get under 3000. So I can not proceed with my questline with Mirabel (Casita) or with Oalf (stage.)

For quests that require gathering items to give to an NPC, when giving the items to the NPC the popup doesn't clear despite giving the items to the NPC. This does not prevent quest progression but does require the game to be closed and restarted in order to clear the popup.

Quest: Resturant Makeover Issue: I gave Remy the restaurant kit and he accepted it, then he gave me the ingredients list. I logged out for the night and when I logged in the following day, it went back to the kit quest, but it's checked and unchecked of being done. I can't buy a new restaurant kit, but that's all Remy tells me to do. Platform: PC

So I'm up to the part where you have to wait for Moana, Kristoff, Anna and Elsa to finish doing their thing. So Moana has finished her thing, but despite talking to Anna not that long after Moana (and it was only a couple of minutes) I'm still waiting for the three of them to finish their task. They should have been done pretty much at the same time as Moana.

Issue: I know a lot of people have issues with this quest.. I’m having issues with a different part of it. I can’t find the 4th crystal. I’ve gotten them all from everywhere but the Sunlit Plateau and I can’t find it. Watched YouTube and looked it up online. Not where that it says it is.

Never mind. I found another post on here with the solution. After the update, the 4th crystal location moved. It is now near the bottom of the Sunlit Plateau, a little East from the center

Issue: Remy’s “Restaurant Makeover” cannot progress. The furniture kit was purchased from Scrooge and handed over to Remy. I no longer have the kit in my inventory but when I talk to Remy he tells me to buy the furniture from Scrooge. The quest has all checkmarks but is not completing. I cannot progress with Remy or open the restaurant. I also have the ingredient list for his next quest sitting in my inventory but I can’t do anything with it because Remy thinks he needs the furniture I already gave him. When the quest is highlighted it alerts every 10 seconds to bring him the furniture over and over as if it’s a new task. Because the Remy quest is broken I can’t do much in the game anymore because new quests are locked saying “progress further with Remy.”

Quest: Meddling Mirabel
Issue: after successfully feeding the first raccoon the interface changed and I can no longer complete the quest or feed critters because it doesn't show inventory items. I've shut down the game and gone back and it's the same for all critters not just raccoons

Edit: I fed a bird and it fixed it so that I could feed critters again.
@hollow tusk I just found the key by digging shiny spots. Mine was annoyingly behind a home

Issue: "A restaurant makeover" I can't continue with the quest as Remy won't acknowledge that I have already given him the restaurant furniture kit already in exchange for the list of ingredients he needs, despite the restaurant tables and chairs being ticked off on my quest to-do list. I think he has set up the restaurant kit in his house instead. If I select/track the quest, it pings in the top of my screen over and over saying its complete but I still can't move forward and when I speak to him, he repeatedly asks me for the restaurant kit! I've also tried buying another one from Scrooge McDuck but he doesn't have any in stock....its making me so sad!

I got the quest from scrouge and with 4 different blue, study furniture in hand I went to merlin , when I talked to him, instead of giving me options about what to talk like if I want to hang out or anything else he immediately ask for the blue furniture, then I have an option to pick one of my blue, study furniture but when I try to pick one of them the game locks and not allowing me, to pick an option , so i can never give him any of my furniture

Issue: A very bad bug with the quest “a restaurant makeover” because since it just keeps infinitely repeating it never actually completes which means it’s impossible to complete the quest thus game breaking. As you can see from the video it infinitely spams me going between the quest being completed and not completed it just cycles through this every time I highlight the quest.

"Customer Knows Best" - Bring Merlin Blue Furniture for his Study.

The quest isn't working for me at this step. I cannot talk to, hangout, gift, etc. with Merlin because he immediately asks for the furniture. However when I go to give him the furniture, it doesn't allow me to so. All I can do is close the menu. I'm basically locked out of the quest and any interactions/quests with Merlin.

I've tried closing and reopening the game as well as restarting my console but the issue persists.

Edit: Having the same issue with giving Mickey the required food in "Missing Minnie'

Issue: im a new player and I've unlocked Sunlit Plateu and then went to explore the Vitalys Mines and opened the chest that gives the ingredientes to make the root beer a couple weeks ago. however i've done all this before unlocking scars's house, and getting his quest ''Nature and Nurture'' i got the quest today after the 15 of Feb patch , now im stuck on the step ''search the mining camp in the vitalys mines for the ingredientes'' which requires me to open a chest to progress, but i already opened it weeks ago, which makes me stuck in this step of the quest.

Issue: Poor unfortuante eric, I just fed him and he is supposed to go to talk to ariel and I watch. First he wouldnt leave the beach and her not the glade. I came back today and they are next to each other but will not talk.
Same with Olaf and Gothel, cant watch him give her flowers. and now Scrooges shop is messed up, all the shelves are empty. Help?

I am doing Woody’s final quest, I made the blanket fort like he asked and placed it outside the carousel and it won’t cut to the scene to take the picture. I don’t know if it’s a bug or I am just doing something wrong. I have tried taking many different pictures of me, woody and buzz but it’s still not registering. Supposedly once placing the fort it takes you to a cut scene but nothing is happening so I can’t finish the quest.

Issue: Nature & Nurture
The cave was opened long before my encounter with Scar. I opened the chest prior to the quest, as it was able to be opened. I'm stuck now, and I can't proceed with the quest, because it's stuck on "Search the mining camp in the Vitalys Mines for the Ingredients." Like they did with Elsa, where you enter the Cave, and it's complete, I wish they'd do that for Scar's too. I tried resetting the game, and that was a bad idea as it removed my Founder's Pack items, Star Path items, Item Shop items, and Moonstones count. Doing this has completely not factored in 3 of my completed Star Path events. Lastly, resetting also caused the mailbox to show I had these items, but will not actually load, or display them.
My Moonstone count is now off, and luckily for the sake of most of my items, I have a Steam Deck that has saved a previous cloud save, where I was able to revert, but at a loss to Moonstones, and still stuck on this quest, where I can't progress. I've already opened a ticket for a couple of issues, and I'm posting here too, as a caution to anyone else who thinks resetting is a good idea, since New Game is no loner on the menu.

Issue: It wont let me feed the raccoons. When i go up to them and approach them correctly my inventory shows up but theres nothing in it even though I know it's full. When i exit the approach menu all my items are back but when I go to try and feed them it gives me a blank white rectangle where my inventory should be.

The only known workaround for that right now is to feed a sunbird first. For some reason, the sunbirds haven't been affected by this glitch. After you do so, then the inventory screen for critters should be fixed for all the other critters, including the raccoons, and you should be able to feed them again.

Issue: I gave Remy the restaurant furniture kit and he gave me the ingredient list. but the next day he had set back the quest and it keeps refreshing the quest over and over. But i still have the Ingredient list in my inventory. Taking him these items does not clear the quest, Remy is saying to get tables and chairs from Donald. When I track this quest it loops back to saying to take Remy the furniture set up kit. I was mid-quest when update 3 loaded. Is there a fix for this?

Issue: Popups get stuck on screen. Popups like unlocking a new memory piece, unlocking an item on Star Path, handing in quest items, or handing in the requested food at Chez Remi, get stuck on screen and are impossible to close. Escape doesn't close out the pop up and the game doesn't respond to any key inputs. Only way to bypass it is to close the game and relaunch. Has been happening for months, at least since October. Makes it quite unplayable to have to restart the game 3+ times an hour because of this.

Issue: in the quest “A Taste of Home,” i can craft the buñuelos and they go into my inventory but as soon as I exit the stove area, they’re no longer in my inventory nor are the ingredients if I try to cook them at another stove. I’ve tried restarting the game, cloud saving after I had the meal prepared already and/or the items in my inventory so I could take them to another stove. Nothing has helped so far.

@eager plinth Try repositioning your camera. Make sure it's right beside you in the picture. The first pic I took of it didn't work either. I had the whole pillar in frame but it was off to the side. Once I had it mostly showing beside myself, it excepted it. I also took multiple pictures while moving the camera around lol. Got all three pics for me. That's the only thing I can suggest to try.

Issue: When I track the quest it just continually flashes up the Bring Remy the Restaurant Furniture Kit and then 'completes' it straight away. The quest log shows that this is already complete. But I'm now stuck and can't progress.

Update: I also logged this with Gameloft and got the following response:
"We are aware that a few quests, "A Restaurant Makeover" being one of them, have halted their progression because of items being stuck or not appearing/resolving quest objectives. We will be releasing a fix for these soon."

Issue: Minnie’s rustic clock tower quest. I gathered all the necessary materials to build the clock tower. I spoke to Minnie before trying to build. When I went to build as Minnie told me to do, the clock tower does not appear. I tried closing and reopening the game, nothing. I tried talking to Minnie again and nothing. Also tried using multiple workbenches. The clock tower does not appear when I try to craft nor in my collections under the crafting or furniture tab.

Issue: Remy’s “Restaurant Makeover” can’t complete. After handing Remy the furniture kit I got an ingredient list for his next quest, but when I talk to Remy he is stuck at asking for the furniture kit again. My quest board has all check marks but the game is not completing it. When I highlight the task it constantly loops every 10 secs between new task and completed task. I also have his ingredient list sitting in my inventory but can’t do anything with it because Remy’s dialogue is stuck at asking for furniture. This bug has stopped a lot of progress in the game because I cannot unlock Goofy, Ursula, or Mirabel quests with I “progress further with Remy.” Until this bug is fixed, it’s impossible for me to finish Remy’s quest lines as I can’t purchase the furniture kit from Scrooge twice. I noticed Remy put the restaurant furniture in his house, so since the restaurant is unfurnished the game is stuck. As the player, I have no way to move the furniture out of Remy’s house and into the restaurant.

Platform: Switch .. Minnie’s last quest is still bugged for me. Before I wasn’t able to take a picture for quests without it crashing on me and now I can safely take a picture without it crashing. The only problem is that am still stuck on the quest called, “The club renewal”. The banner is still stuck on my wall without having a way to remove it. I think what it needs is a way to put it back in my “inventory” to be able to place it on the wall and activate the quest again to finish it.

Quest Stitch’s Hobby
I got all the way through the conversation with Ursula, and my game crashed. When I logged back in, stitch essentially reset to the part of the quest where I’m supposed to follow him to the bottom of the mystical cave. But when I enter the cave he’s already at the bottom, and does nothing when I interact with him but say “Go faster! All the way to the bottom!”. It didn’t glitch and put his tv back in my inventory like others have had happen to them, but this seems to be an issue for a lot of folks.

Issue: I apparently went farther than maybe I was supposed to into the mines before actually ever meeting scar. I progressed pretty far everywhere else and just finally met scar. I've already got the super fizzy rootbeer and candy in my inventory but the quest is asking me to find the recipe chest which I found ages ago. So the chest doesn't exist anymore. I did try making other recipes in the mine to hopefully make it trigger to realize I had already made it. I am unable to interact with the red barrel completely. I really hope I'm not having to restart my game to fix it.

Issue: End of the Cheerful Chums quest. I completed it, but the game crashed right as I went to take the picture. When it reloaded, the banner is still on the wall, but I can’t take it off and moving it doesn’t trigger the end of the quest. So that quest is stuck as incomplete.

Issue: I need help! I’m pretty far in the game and haven’t been able to unlock Mickey yet. I think there was a glitch early on with my game and the spot next to chez Remy where you’re supposed to find the fruit salad recipe never glittered. I was then able to get the fruit salad recipes through Remy‘s Realm but things didn’t move forward with Mickey. Anyway, Mickey is still locked at friendship level one. So I can’t advance with him and get minnie. And a lot of quests now are locked because I need minnie for them. Does anyone by chance have the same issue? Anybody have any advice? I don’t wanna start a new game because I have progressed so far. Am I screwed?

Issue: Level 10 Wall-E Hidden Requirement has not spawned even tho I've had my Wall-E at maxed level for months.
I garden, mine, cook, remove night thorns, etc. regularly as I play at least 4x a week and I still have not found the hidden requirement orb.
So now I'm starting to think there might be an issue with this quest for me as I have completed every other Friendship Quest in a relatively short amount of time compared to how long it's taking for this orb to spawn 😭

Asking this on behalf of my sister who uses PlayStation 4 - For some time now she’s not been able to completely the Feels Like Home quest with Elsa as no matter what colour fishing circles she uses when it’s raining there is no Arendelle pickled hearing fish. Issue: Picked up golden doorknob, gave it to Merlin, the Give Item to Merlin? window ui got stuck on the screen even though the giving item animation played and Merlin responded. Could not press any buttons to progress the conversation or exit the menu, game stuck. Restarted the game, now have no Golden Doorknob. Item has not respawned in the overworld.

I completed the morning and afternoon portions of the quest but dont go on much at night so after 4 months I finally decided to do the Forest of Valor fragment. I have looked for two strait days gone on at various times during the night and the fragment wont spawn. I found an area near annas house that lit up but when I dug all I got was a two dark shards.

Before the game updated I had already given the furniture kit to remi and gotten the ingredient list I need for next step. After the update the furniture isn’t in the restaurant and I don’t have the kit anymore. The quest keeps marking as complete and then unmarking as complete that it’s done. Issue: Getting freezes and dialogue freezes when trying to give characters (Olaf, Mirabel, Donald and Stitch so far) items for quests forcing you to manually close the game as it becomes stuck in the "give" or "cancel" mode. Dialogue cannot continue or be closed.

Upon restarting the game the items are sometimes missing from your inventory and chests as if you gave them to the character but the quest is still requesting you give the items, thus, forcing you to manually regather items yet again to complete the quests. (ex: this occurred with the quest items to repair Mirabel's Casita and again giving items to Stitch).

Issue: During the Olaf Presents ... "Dreamlight Valley" quest, after the cutscene immediately before the quest point seen in this picture, my player character spawned under/inside the Valley. The walking animation played when I tried to move, but still seemed to stay in the same spot. I was able to teleport out using the map, and all was back to normal.

Quest: A restaurant makeover
Issue: Before the update, I'd just finished up the restaurant makeover quest and started the next quest to get ingredients for Remy. After the Feb update, it said I no longer completed the "restaurant makeover quest" even though I had the ingredients list for the next quest in my items. I wwent to Remy and he would still ask for the furniture kit for the kitchen, but I'd already given it to him. Also, in the top left corner, the restaurant makeover quest will keep checking off and unchecking while i'm tracking the quest. Video attached.

Issue: Cannot Complete Destruction of Vitalys Mine Jam
before update 3, the extra area of the vitalys mines opened unexpectedly, and i found the special quest root beer and candy, but was unable to use them in the barrel.
now that i have completed quests up to releaseing scar, and that quest is now active, i cannot "find" the ingredients in the camp; they are already in my inventory. i cannot place them in the barrel, and i cannot progress.

there seems to be an issue in several quests, where the game checks for the player to do something, rather than have someting -- or for something to be done, ie...

Wall-E Memory Quest: though i have 12 tinkering parts, i have not MADE 12 tinkering parts since the start of the quest.
Elsa Breaking the Ice Quest: though i broke the 4 ice blocks, Elsa wasn't there to see it, and the quest was unable to progress (this has been fixed for me in update 3)
perhaps the game logic could be tightened up.

Issue: Quest of mother Gotgel: village project, restoring the sunstone.

My current objective is to 'show the sun meteorites to Mother Gothel'. I collected the meteorites and I tried to show them to Mother Gothel, but somehow, the quest does not proceed. The quest is in a loop: the system checks off the 'show the sun meteorites to Mother Gothel' objective, only to renew the same objective again. When I try to talk to Mother Gothel', her text box is empty (see pictures).

On the task where I'm supposed to focus magic on the map on my inventory. I did this step, got the memory, but the task didn't clear. Now I can't progress and finish the quest

Issue: Quest Nature & Nurture

I found the ingredients needed to craft the extra fizzy root beer in the Vitalys Mine and crafted it before starting this quest with Scar. Now that I am on the quest, it will not allow me to progress in this quest because I need to “Search the mining camp in the Vitalys Mines for the Ingredients” but I already have them.

In addition to not finishing the quest and progressing with Scar, I’m pretty sure you get the Miracle Pickaxe Polish from quests after this one, which will prevent me from finishing the Star Path completely. It is the last Duty I need.

Issue: "Watch Olaf give the gift to Mother Gothel" - Olaf got stuck in the Sunlit Plateau trying to go in a straight line to Mother Gothel who was down in the Glades.
Had to enter/exit my house to reset the character locations and then they were able to find each other to complete the quest.

For some reason i can not turn in certain quests gor example. The merlin quest i bought the throne but it won't register when i click it too give it too merlin. And the Maui quest it wont let me give him the food. Im litterally stuck in the game because of this. I have tried restarting the game, uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting my xbox, hard reboot of my xbox. Nothing is working.

Completely unable to give Merlin his BLUE FURNITURE item. Will not accept it at all after multiple attempts of different blue furniture, therefore making the new player discouraged and unable to continue leveling up and completing the quest with Merlin.

I was in the middle of Scrooge's Treasure Hunt quest when I tried to get the new minnie ears. I logged on with the cloud save and when I went back into the game, I was still in the same track when I left, however, I did not get credit for the 2/3 treasure items I had already found. When I went back to the places to dig them up again, the glowing spots were no longer there. Help!

I'm on "The Garden" Wall-E quest, and its bugged. I've collected all the ingredients, but when I talk to Wall-E, the prompt doesn't show up for me to give the items, rather it says I'm still collecting them. I am unable to "untrack" this quest to engage in any of my other quests as well, so this is putting a big dampener on furthering my gameplay.

Issue: my daughter got the restaurant furniture from Scrooge. She went and gave it to Remy. The quest completed. She went to Settings and saved the game. When she came back it is stuck in this loop where it checks off that she completed the task of giving the furniture but then takes it away.

The box comes up for three of them but I cannot place the stones. Restarting does not solve, nor did having only one of each stone in my inventory.

Issue: the wall-E level 8 quest is not starting. I have had it in my quest log for weeks before the new update and decided to figure what I need to do for the hidden requirement. From what I read online a memory should spawn when clearing thorns (or poetneially doing other activities). I've been doing all kinds of things, including clearing thorns, since I finished the previous quest weeks ago but never got a memory. I went through the full map clearing all thorns and looking for a potential memory I would have missed but couldn't find anything.

Issue: again and again the same problem.. the quest for the stitch tv still does not work.. you would have to put the already repaired tv in the inventory if you can do it.. for the quest to work. because the quest I have, asks to bring back the already repaired TV to sttitch, except that the TV in my inventory is not! and as the game thinks that I have already repaired the tv.. it is impossible to craft it again.. given the quest that offers me to go and see sttitch with the repaired tv!

He's still asking for one from Scrooge McDuck but he's out of stock apparently 😂 On a serious note though, it's blocking my progress with other characters and it's quite frustrating. Is it possible to have some kind of further info on the progress of fixing this bug as many people have raised it and are also stuck? I'm hesitant to progress much further in case it will involve resetting my entire game... 😪😊

I’m still having a similar issue! With the tv for stitch’s hobby and was really hoping it would get fixed on todays update. I have the tv in my inventory but it’s not fixed and the quest says to meet stitch at his house, but I can’t give him anything! Nor can I try to fix the tv even though I already crafted the darn thing. Really hope they realize there is still an issue with this part of the quest. I would really like to be able to finish this quest.

Issue: I have made the extra fizzy root beer before speaking to scar. Scar is now saying search the camp for the ingredients, but the extra fizzy root beer is in my inv, I have purchased the game for pc to hopefully sort the issue out, but no it was exactly the same. So money was waisted, not right. and not at all happy.
The game was such a great aid to my wife’s mental health but now just makes it so much worse due to the stress, many support tickets have been raised but no answer or help. I have tried putting the extra fizzy into storage and saving the game then picking it back up, but after trying this it was exactly the same.
I was informed that this would be sorted out when the new update was released, but again after the update it was exactly the same.

Platform: PC/Steam; Issue: Cannot complete the "Meddling Mirabel" Quest because Mirabel is spawning within the entry to the ruins on Dazzel Beach and refuses to come out. Restarting or quitting and re-entering the game does not fix it. She remains in the cave entry where she cannot be reached. Worth noting that Mini Casita is placed in Peaceful Meadow directly above the cave. Perhaps moving her house will fix things. UPDATE: Moving her house and restarting the game fixed the issue.

You are supposed to find a key buried on the "bosque de la valentia", yet there's no buried spots left and the key's not there. I have the casita there, and even moved it in case it spawned under it, but nothing was there either.

Issue: This happened because I went to the Vitalys Mines before starting the Nature & Nurture Quest and opened the chest with the root beer ingredients there. I’ve started that quest now and I’ve reached the point where you’re supposed to open that chest. But since the chest is no longer there the game doesn’t seem to recognise that I’ve already completed that step and now I’m stuck there.

Issue: Remy’s “Restaurant Makeover”
STILL HAVING ISSUE AFTER ALMOST A MONTH!
I already bought the furniture kit from Scrooge and gave it to Remy. The quest was checked off but not marked as complete. Remy is still asking for the furniture and my quest is stuck in a loop of constantly pinging a “new” quest asking for the furniture. All my quest lines with other characters are now locked and I cannot progress at all in the game until this is fixed. I cannot purchase the kit from Scrooge again so it’s impossible to progress with Remy. Mirabel, Elsa, Ursula, Goofy, and Moana are all locked until I can open the restaurant. I maxed out almost all the other characters so I CANNOT PLAY THIS GAME AT ALL because there’s nothing else I can do. Remy also gave me the ingredient list for his next quest which is wasting space in my inventory because I can’t do anything with since Remy is stuck on the furniture that I already gave him.

I'm missing the last sign I created and can't complete Scrooge's quest of placing in my village. The 4th sign is no longer in my inventory and I cannot create more in the crafting station or oder if from Scrooge. I haven't been able to progress in this story quest or upgrade my house (with additional storage). My inventory space is so small! Someone please help. 😞

Issue: Cannot complete "The Club Renewal" Minnie quest. When I placed the banner in my house, all the characters showed up and it went into camera mode. I was then unable to exit camera mode and had to force quit the game. When I reloaded, the banner is still on the wall, but I cannot remove it. Moving it on the wall or talking to Minnie doesn't retrigger the cutscene.

I completed the crafted materials for the final step ie. asphalt and balloon arch and it disappeared after crafting each time. I purchased pebbles from Kristof and because I crafted using them they’re also gone and I don’t have the items. Super discouraging to continue his quest and worried about farming and getting materials for the 3rd time just for it to disappear

The game was stuck after that and it wouldn't let me progress so I closed out of the game. Now the banner is still up in my house, I can't delete it or put it away, and moving it around does nothing.

Issue: A Restaurant Makeover - For the part that says to bring Remy the Restaurant Furniture Kit, I have given it to him and it checkmarks it then moves the task up, but where it would usually show the next task it again shows to bring Remy the kit and then checkmarks that and moves it up over and over again. So it won't allow me to continue the quest.

Issue: "The Ritual" quest. I completed making the enchantment potion and gave it to Ursula. Next step is to plant the enchanted flower next to the mystical cave entrance. I did not get a flower to plant nor is it an option when I dig a hole there. I made sure it is the mystical cave, not the one Ursula was in, but I checked both just to be sure. I have reloaded the game multiple times as well.

Platform: Nintendo Switch I’m posting again about Stitch’s tv 📺 I have 2 profiles the first one I can’t give him the tv even though it’s telling me too it’s not fixed and I can’t craft it. This quest has been messed up for me since the infinite scrolling incident and even though there has been 3 updates to fix this quest it’s still not working. I caved and started second profile just to be able to finish the stitch quest line but when I finally made it through to this point I can’t even craft the tv. It’s extremely frustrating. I sent an issue thing to gameloft on 25th of last month and haven’t heard anything. All I want is to know that gameloft is still aware of this issue. Please put quest issues that you’re aware of on the trello board please and thank you gameloft. I love this game and don’t want to get frustrated every time I login and see that broken tv. 😭

Issue: I can not finish Minnie’s Level 10 Friendship Quest, “The Club Renewal”.
I have done the part of crafting the Cheerful Chums Club Banner.
Gone into my home and hanged it up. This stopped working for me after going into my house, taking a photo like the quest wanted (with the people there), but as soon as I pressed to take the photo, my game crashed. 
And after restarting the game I noticed Minnies tells me to spread the word. Nothing happened when I get Minnie into my house either. I can not for my life activate this quest.
I can’t even take down this banner and I can only move it to the other side of the door.

Issue: Gothel's My Kingdom for a Scroll quest, I crafted and placed the Micberry tree next to the store and then it disappeared and I can't re-craft it. I've submitted a ticket for this multiple times seeing as I never got any real help aside from yea we know about it and then the ticket was closed. It's been stuck in limbo Since October 2022. The quest still says to place the tree which I don't have and isn't hiding anywhere on the map. I don't want to reset my game since I'd loose the potatoes and Christmas/Halloween event items.

Issue: While giving enchantment ingredients to Merlin during Erics level 10 quest you can click "Cancel" or "Give". I had clicked "Give" and now I am stuck in the menu. Clicking "Cancel" or "Give" do not do anything. When I press Esc on my keyboard that doesn't do anything either.

Issue: forgotten lands memory missing. I dug it up and it landed outside of the map. I tried exiting and re-entering the game the dig spot was still gone and so was the memory. I've had this issue since the start of early access. If we had the ability to abandon a bugged quest and re pick it up I think that would help.

Issue: "Nature vs. Nurture" quest. I collected the ingredients for the rootbeer and candy and crafted both of them before officially beginning the quest. Now that I have started the quest, the game is not recognizing that I have those items in my inventory. I am stuck on the step that says, "Search the Vitalys Mines for the ingredients." I have tried moving the items into storage and back to my inventory, crafting rootbeer and candy again, crafting other recipes, talking to Scar, etc. I cannot interact with the barrel in the Vitalys Mines. I saw that this issue is not on the Trello board. There are lots of other users reporting this issue on Reddit. I would appreciate a fix because I can't progress and I don't want to restart my game.

Quest: cheerful chums club renewal with Minnie and her banner
Issue: I commented a month or two ago and reported it and I’m sad to say it’s still an issue and is messed up. When you finish a quest it offers a photo. I took a photo however it glitched closed and now I can’t finish the quest and am stuck with a banner in my home and no one to come and follow or meet at my home to finish it. I even had Minnie follow and it still wouldn’t finish.

It says I have to give Remy the Restaurant furniture kit and I got 2 so I could have one, but after I gave it to him it came back (I will include a video) after this I sent a ticket but nothing came from it as I have been waiting since the middle of January. I'm at a point where I can't even playing because, it won't let me track anything, the map will randomly disappear and freeze and then as I'm walking its all glichily. Now I'm having problems with other missions, it's gotten to the point I feel I have to restart the whole game but then I will lose everything I have paided for that are no longer available (shop stuff) 😢 please someone help

I’m having the exact same issue! I’ve been dealing with it for weeks with no luck. I’ve been debating resetting but I really don’t want to lose all my stuff. I just checked Trello and it looks like their trying to fix it??? The quotes doesn’t match my issue exactly so I’m not too hopeful but maybe they will fix it. I emailed support asking them to send me a restaurant furniture kit (I didn’t have the option to buy it twice) in my mailbox to hopefully progress the quest but no response.

Sent an error message to Gameloft in November, got a reply in December that they were aware of the problem and are working to fix it. Now a couple updates and 2-3 hot fix updates later, it still is not fixed

Issue: I have had this happen twice, but I would be working on a quest and then open the quest log in the menu and not be able to navigate the menu at all or look to see what quests I have, it would just be frozen. The page just freezes and wont let you scroll or track/untrack other quests and look at other quests you have besides the one you are actively tracking. The only fix I've found is you HAVE to complete a questline until it says 'completed' and disappears in the top corner from where you were tracking it to get replaced by a new quest, then I can move through the quest log menu again and scroll through everything and track/untrack certain quests. The quest completion work around wouldn't be terrible but so many quests need specific items I might not have/cannot get until the next day like flowers, etc. I've been lucky that both times I was able to complete a quest and fix the issue but I don't know what causes this issue to happen so I dont know how to avoid it happening again.

Issue: "Important Night at the Restaurant", on the step where you add herbs to the basic pizza recipe. The game doesn't recognize that I'm making the margherita pizza. I have attempted to make it with basil, and oregano in several combinations. I have logged out and in, cloud saved and swapped machines. I have verified Steam files and rebooted the device. I did some research and thought the Maui 5 star meal quest could be interfering, but the issue persists. This is a core Quest and progress is blocked in other areas until it can be completed. (Perhaps we could have a "Quest reset" option in the future?)

Issue: Scrooge's "The Treasure Hunt" quest has been bugged for me since mid October 2022. I have found 2 of the memories but cannot find the 3rd one in the Glade of Trust because it isn't there. There is no sign of the memory, no glowing, no nothing. I really wish there was some way to restart quests so that when they bug out we can at least try to restart them to see if it isn't totally bugged. This is the ONLY thing I have left to do... I have done everything else. I don't even know if there are more quests after this one because I've been stuck on it for so long. Quest: Remy's Restaurant Makeover AND Centennial Star Path

I've had the same glitch with the Remy's restaurant makeover quest for over a month where I have given Remy the Restaurant Furniture Set but he doesn't acknowledge it and I'm unable to buy another one from Scrooge McDuck. The quest objective itself refreshes over and over again when I track it, with this specific step continually cycling between from complete to incomplete. I've tried everything imaginable to resolve the issue but with no success and I've posted about it here on the discord several times as well as submitted a help request through the Dreamlight Gameloft Support over a month ago where I was promised it would be fixed "soon".

It's pretty disappointing having to wait this long and while I love the game soo much, everything else sort of feels like a "filling in" activity while I continue to wait to play the game in the way/order I actually want to. Not only this but it's now preventing me from finishing the Centennial Star Path which ends in 3 days as I cannot complete the "Serve Customers in Chez Remy" duties and receive the 60 mickey coins that I would get for doing it. Seeing as the star path requires using moonstones that cost actual real life money, I feel like I'm not going to be able to access everything I paid for either.

I will submit another support request to Gameloft Support but I've seen a lot of other people posting on the quest thread with the exact same issue. If the developers see this, pretty pleaseeeee could we have some information on whether or not we can expect the quest to be fixed before the end of the Centennial Star Path or if not, how this issue will be fixed/compensated for, for people who can't complete the Star Path as a result of the glitch? Thank you 😊😊

Quest: A Taste of Home (Mirabel's Buñuelos quest)
I just booted up my game and started making more progress for this Quest. I cooked 3 Buñuelos and went to give one to Goofy first, when my game froze on the "Do you want to give these items?"pop-up window. I could still toggle between the "Cancel" and "Give" buttons. But when I selected "Give," it did not proceed. I was unable to cancel or exit out or do any other actions, so I had to close the game. However, when it loaded back up, one of my Buñuelos is missing (I now have a qty. of 2 instead of 3), but it did not register that I had given Goofy the Buñuelos for the Quest. So now I have to make another one and try it over again.

Issue: "A Festival of Friendship" Mirabel level 10 quest. Placed the table by my house instead of Casita, backed out, then went back to place it by casita when I realized my mistake. Backed out, quest stuck on "Celebrate with Mirabel's friends" step, doesn't auto start the photo ending. Saving and quitting, going in and out of buildings and realms, nothing jump starts the ending.

Issue Notes: It shows I only have 2/4 signs placed, but I can't craft or buy new signs. I've picked the 2 signs up and placed them elsewhere to see if the game will catch up, but no luck.

I've also checked to order more signs or make more and nada. I should also note that I completed this part of the quest a while ago, then was rewarded, but then the feb. 28 patch was downloaded and it reverted back to 2/4 signs.

I've contacted Gameloft support about a month ago. They suggested picking the signs back up and the game will catch up, but that didn't work. I responded that this did not fix my issue 7 days ago.

The issue I posted several times since half a year doesn't appear in the patch notes. Won't it be fixed in the next update? It's annoying to not have access to ice.

Issue: Game crashed, when Wall-E turned my putrified night shards into a powder. I did NOT receive the putrified night shard powder, but the quest still moved on to the next step. Although I photographed too few characters, the task of photographing six characters was shown as completed. But in the end there were only five...
Goofy, Donald, Mickey, Stitch and Minnie...
Minnie I definitely hadn't photographed and she showed up there. She was also standing in front of Stitch the whole time, so he was barely visible in the picture....
It would be nice if in such photo sequences the characters also pose differently, so that different photos are possible and hopefully all visible...

Issue: The December update didn’t fix the issue in my game, unfortunately. The quest will populate show the SUN Meteorites to Mother Gothel, but I take them to her and click on the quest option when you speak to her and the quest is blank. I still have the meteorites as well in my storage and still has the purple emblem indicating I still need to give them to Mother Gothel.

I don't know how to progress I'm totally stuck I just started today:( I'm afraid of losing all my stuff from the ultimate edition if I start over I don't know how the game works after claiming items the first time

Quest: A restaurant makeover
Issue: I have already given Remy the restaurant furniture and checked off all tasks, but the quest objective keeps refreshing repeatedly from incomplete to complete. I cannot progress in the game until this is resolved, as I've completed everything else. This is the only quest left unlocked, but it needs fixing. I've already submitted a support request ages ago and nothings been resolved.
