Issue: I can not buy the starpath, however I have 6280 moonstones, I have an error message: "The requested transaction could not be performed". When I started playing the game I had a cloud problem but I managed to recover my account, I had started the Christmas starpath on premium mode on my old computer and on the new one there was a bug that I had not bought it but I could complete it again in the normal mode.

Friends please DO NOT TT. I read this comment and did because I didn’t realize my time was off on my switch and my valley is going to now be reset. I can’t harvest any of my pumpkins or farms, fish spots won’t respawn and I was just informed that scroog’s shop won’t reset now. I’m about to lose all of my progress from the release to now. It took me months

Issue: Same as some above. Cannot buy premium starpath, even though I have nearly 13k moonstones. Cannot buy any shop items either, when I clearly have the moonstones to do both plus some. My internet is on, and working. I've played other games just fine. But this has been a thing since the update and nothing I do can fix it.

Platform: PC/Windows 11 Issue: Just noticed this morning when I selected the moonstone reward from an event tab, that my moonstone count didn't increase. Not sure if this happened before because I wasnt paying attention. Needs to be fixed asap since moonstones are now purchasable and have a monetary value.

Game glitched when I was collecting a reward from the star path now it constantly shows I've got something to collect from tasks even when tasks aren't fulfilled. And it's really bugging me.

So my game had issues with the cloud save. It lost everything I did for about 24 hours after update. Cloud saves appear to be working but my star path and new shop items are all gone. But says I purchased them. Any ideas??

Not registering perch caught while fishing with Donald. He is registered as one of my diggers and im trying to do the CATCH 8 PERCH WITH DONALD star path duty. I have legit caught 4 perch since i started hanging out with him but its only registered thay ive caught 2!

Sometimes it connects, sometimes it cannot, and it randomly disconnects. No problems with my internet and all other online games I own are fine with connecting to the internet. Even when I exit to save it struggles to connect to cloud... even though most games I have do not have this issue saving to cloud.

When I bought castle 🏰skin, this bug hadn’t occurred.

Issue: I am trying to complete the Star Path duty “Fish Perch with Donald” however it has stopped counting any of the perch I have caught with him as a buddy after 6 of the 8 needed. I have sold the perch I had in my inventory, I have stopped hanging out with Donald and then re-hung out with him, I have gone into my house and then back to fishing, I have restarted the game and nothing is working to get the perch to count towards this goal again.

I always finish the tasks early - claim all the items and yet the last piece of the star path has always opened to redeem your extra tokens. This one is still locked. Is this is new function or just a bug?

Issue: Upon resetting my game for the update on the 16th last month, I have discovered that all my items from the previous Star Paths; Pixar, Halloween and Christmas. Are gone, I don't have the clothes, the furniture, the motifs. It's all gone. Not to mention I can not claim any of the D100 Star Path Items, even though they say collected. They aren't in my clothing inventory nor in my build inventory. They do not exist in my game.
I have tried all the workarounds.

Issue: around 1/3 of starpath tasks don’t register as complete if I play and complete them offline. It’s not the offline that’s the problem as they still can/do register, it’s just very inconsistent. Half the perch, tilapia, favorite gifts, crafting the balloon arch, didn’t count for some reason.
I sometimes play offline because when I’m online my game has severe performance issues, rapid battery drain, over heating, stuttering and frame rate issues, and increased crashing.

Issue: Can't finish the Centennial Star Path because of a glitch with the "Remy Restaurant Makeover" quest and not being able to unlock Chez Remy. I've given him the restaurant furniture kit but he doesn't acknowledge it and keeps asking me for one (despite having already given me his ingredients list) and I cannot buy another one from Scrooge McDuck. Quest just cycles from complete to incomplete over and over again. Sent in a support request over a month ago but the Restaurant Makeover quest has not been fixed.
I am therefore unable to claim the last 60 mickey coins as two of the Star Path duties are "Serve Customers in Chez Remy", despite having spent the same amount of moonstones to participate in the Star Path as everyone else 🙃

Issue: It appears my game is not connected to your game servers. I cannot open my mailbox despite using the code for the free Minnie ears. I cannot collect Star Path tokens, nor can I spend them. And i cannot use moonstones to buy more tokens. I also cannot open blue chests to acquire more moonstones. Attempting to do any of those actions returns a "The request Transaction could not be completed" or "Failed to collect the reward. Please try again."
