Issue: Moonstone purchased through Microsoft store not added to game
Nintendo Switch: Issue: Bought 2 packs for moonstones. Not added to the game.

Issue: Purchased Star path, moonstone was deducted from account, but had to restart from manual save due to Woody quest popsicle bug, moonstone still deducted but path was not unlocked, when i go to unlock it now says requested transaction cant be completed
Platform switch Hi I spent 3300 moonstone on the star path plus 100 presents but and it said failed to complete transaction so I restarted my game and now it has spent the 3300 moon stones but the premium star path is still locked
Platform: Xbox Issue: bought the start path and won’t unlock it. Took moonstones but won’t let me collect any of the premium says it’s locked.
Adding on to this, I cannot redeem any of the event rewards because i had already purchased a couple before restarting, so i can't progress on the event
I’m stuck with the same issue. Unable to progress on the even bc it says I have already purchased.
Switch: Can't access the premium menu despite me having more than enough moonstone!
Platform: PC via Gamepass Issue: Bought a premium star path, and had connection issues, but when I had to reopen the game the premium path was not unlocked but the moonstones were already deducted. I tried to purchase again and it says the transaction cannot be completed.
Switch Lite
Tried to buy the festive light post. It deducted the amount but I did not receive the light post. I clicked it again and it took more tokens but again did not receive the light post. It shows as available to buy still but whenever I click it, it says already purchased. I did restart the game and it is now showing as purchased. But, it till took all those tokens as if I bought it multiple times! Bummer.

Issue: Bought moonstone for £8.99 but they haven't been added to my store and won't let me unlock anything.

Originally bought deluxe pack on switch. Switch kept crashing so decided to buy basic founders pack on PC and transferred to cloud save. Downloaded updates and saved to cloud on both before I started playing on either. Have 13, 195 moonstone. I pressed the 3300 and 100 package and it acknowledged it. My switch then crashed and now I can't get the star path on either PC or Switch. I appreciate there will be bugs on the first day, and no doubt you will sort it out in good time but it's just so frustrating as I've really been looking forward to it as Scrooge is being a Scrooge and keeps offering me the same things in his shop every day. I just wanna enjoy my game with no stress like I used to be able to.

Here this time for my wife who decided to play.
She bought it on switch, thought "this is terrible on console and crashes all the time," but loved the idea of the game, so purchased on Steam.
Should have 30k Moonstones, has 3k.
Who do I email for assitance?
While we're at it, they still have not refunded my mom's money for tricking her into buying both deluxe and ultimate on steam.

Issue: purchased premium star path and then game froze so I closed it. When I reopened the game my moonstones had been taken but the star path was still locked. Super frustrating!

Now all my moonstone have disappeared. Yesterday I had 13, 000, I now have 5000 and still no premium star path. It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't spent with my own money. I know the risks though, and it normally gets sorted, it's just frustrating cause I really wanna decorate with the Christmas stuff before it's too late.
Platform switch and Xbox was able to purchase Star path then was unable to cloud save now can not access Star path for purchase but I have some of the items I purchased yesterday.

Bought the 2nd package for the switch, the cloud save enables me to play on my PC. I received the furniture clothes etc. from purchase but no increase in moonstone. Still the same when I play either platform. No extra moonstone!

Platform PS5 : Yesterday when I logged off I had 100 moonstones. Today when I just logged on now they are gone and I have zero?? I'm 100% sure I did not use them.

UPDATE: I saved and restarted my game, and they showed up in my mailbox.

I have not recieved my compensation when the game crashed a while ago.. I have emailed the support without success :/
Nope, no support whatsoever. Additionally...our refund is pending. Tomorrow it'll be 3 days. No Moonstones, no money back.

Issue: I had JUST finished collecting enough moonstones to unlock the premium, and when i went to use them, it said that the purchase could NOT be done at that moment. I tried once more and closed the game to reload when it STILL didn't work. When i opened the game, it said my 2,500 moonstones were used, but i do NOT have premium. Kinda upset at that to be honest.

I've had this issue for sometime, however it hasn't truly affected my moonstone "total" but each platform stays I have a different amount.
PC says I have 28,365 and Switch says I have 14,265. That's a 14,100 difference. This happened when I had to purchase an additional copy on PC and added additional moonstones. They both change amounts whenever I pick up moonstones so I'm not sure which one is my true amount, be it the 14,265 or the 28,365 or if they're combined to make 42,630.... 🤷♀️

Issue: initially bought ultimate edition with the 20,000 moonstones and had 17,140 left after buying starpath and redeeming some back through that. Just now bought the regular edition on Switch and it says I only have 440 moonstones. I redeemed the founders pack from the switch purchase on my Steam version but the 8000 moonstones never got added to the amount I already had :(
After redeeming on steam its now showing the 8000 added to the 440 on Switch but not on Steam....my 17,140 from Steam is still missing on Switch
I haven't been able to open blue chests for over a week. What happened? Do you have this problem too?

Issue: Starpath purchased 2ce, as purchase interaction was bugged, stuck on screen. I had to completely quit out of the game and restart it to make the interaction go away. (Support ticket email already submitted to see about getting 2nd accidental purchase refunded.)

Issue: Cannot open the Blue Chests on either platform. When I try to open a chest, it starts rattling and an error message pops up, "Failed to collect the reward. Please try again." The rattling is very loud no matter where I go in the game and doesn't stop except when in a menu until I restart the game. This started on about 1/2/2023

Issue: Cannot open today’s daily blue chest. States I’ve already received my rewards for today but I haven’t actually claimed the blue chest for today. Connected to internet fine. Also the chest is making the rumbling sound that the game makes when opening the blue chests but it won’t open. Have also tried reloading game but it does the same thing.

Issue: frosted Heights located blue chest. Message pops up “failed to collect the reward. please try again.” The chest open rumble audio continues until returning to title screen. Reloading fixes the audio. The blue chest remains. Further is only blue box I’ve located, today.

Issue: Ever since I purchased the ultimate bundle my moonstones are not going up from where they are since I got the pack. It does the thing like it's going up but it's stuck at 20,650. So when I open the blue chests for moonstones, it stays at that number.
