Issue: I am trying to use mouse and keyboard however you can see the mouse is not being properly being picked up as the tabbed window im not having any issues with any other game ect... I have tried restarted and reloading nothing works, as you can see i am using a controller as well to make a comparison but yea the mouse keeps trying to reload in while im turning which makes it choppy and run at like 10 fps

Issue: the view camera is awful, like the camera following your character. The controls are confusing and constantly having to adjust the camera to see is making it very hard to play on Switch. Hopefully I'm explaining this okay. I tried to adjust it so many times under Control settings, but no matter what I do on there, it doesn't improve the issue

Issue: I removed a thorn, it exploded into coins, and when I tried to move to collect the coins, I couldn't move. I could move the camera, but my character was frozen in place. I also tried hitting the plus sign to save and quit, but the menu wouldn't come up.

Isssue: The game will not recognize the left controller. The controller works just fine in other games, but I am unable to move my character at all or navigate menus. I tried fast traveling somewhere else to see if that helped and it didn't. I also tried restarting the game after it updated but that didn't help either. I tried detaching the controller while in the game and reattached it as well.

Issue: unable to interact with objects or pick things up. The X button doesn't work. If I switch the controller off and turn it back on it will pick up the object but need I to keep turning the controller off for every item. Tried a different controller and controller works fine in other games

Not sure if this is the right place as I am not a regular Discord user, but the menus aren't picking up the scroll on my mouse. I can still click and drag the scroll bar, but it isn't identifying the scroll directly from my mouse. It works fine on everything else so I know it isn't a defect in my mouse.

Issue: Game stopped recognizing input. I could move the camera around but could not walk, open menus, interact with anything with keyboard. Plugging in a controller updated the UI to show controller buttons, but still would not allow me to press anything.

Not sure if this is the right forum for it but I had an issue talking to Woody where I got stuck in his daily discussion screen. I finished the discussion with him but could not exit back out of the conversation. Woody acted like the convo was over and walked away but I could not exit the dialogue screen. I had to restart the game.

Issue: Upon login, camera will be set to inverted but camera control itself will not be inverted . Have to turn it off and on again to make it properly inverted. Happens every time I start the game, either from the main screen after quick resume or from a restart of the game application, doesn’t matter.

I'm not exactly sure, because I read another post that there was going to be a server update. What I did, was when I heard the camera sound while reloading, I held the "skip" button for 3 seconds, waited 1 second, then pressed the skip button for another 3 seconds. I loaded in and was able to complete.

Issue: when i enter the castle all my buttons stop working, i can't go in the menu or change my tools.
i started the game several times and the problem doesn't go away,
i just unlocked the castle and went into the moana realm and the first quest was to dig up all the silk but i couldnt change my tool into the shovel so i restarted the game and changed the tool before going into the castle so i went into the moana realm again and then i couldnt change it back so i did all the quests by restarting the game everytime i needed a new tool and going in with the tool i need but now she wants me to open the menu to read the map but i cant open the map and now i cant do anything
i dont have any story quests outside the castle right now
(i started the game like 4-5 hours ago so i just have the plaza, the peaceful meadow and now the castle)

I have to turn it Off then On again for it to remember I like the camera Inverted.

Yes, you need to move to another biome the object your are supposed to photograph for your quest. Save and close the game. Then you’re back to playing !

I am having this same issue. As annoying as it was I was able to complete Moana and Remi by doing this, but now I went to enter Wall E and it stays stuck on the loading screen.

I found a workaround for this issue!! Once you have the realm open you can fast travel to it from the game. I did this with the Wall E level this morning and was able to use all my tools and transport back to the game without an issue.

Issue: Traveled by well to another area and it lagged a little. Then when I tried to access a memory the + button wouldn’t work. The X button also won’t respond nor will the - button. Nothing wrong with controller the menus just won’t respond to the action. Had to reboot game to get it to work again.

Have the game on PC and just bought it for Switch. Am trying to login to my gameloft cloud save on Switch and it keeps telling me "invalid credentials". I have restarted the Switch, the game and the date settings are correct.
SOLVED - In case anyone has this issue, I "cheesed" it, I reset the password on my PC account and when that was verified used the new password to login on the Switch.

Issue: No mouse pointer
Solution: When you startup the game and you don't see you're mouse pointer then be sure that you're steering wheel or a different joystick is not plugged in. I had a steering wheel plugged in to the pc and didn't have a mouse pointer. After removing the usb from the steering wheel i restarted the game and there was the mouse pointer again.

Issue: When I enter the castle popups/inventory stops working
Problem: Whenever I go into a space into the castle or just enter the castle, I am unable to go into the inventory. For example the "Y"-button does not bring up the inventory.
In the spaces - i.e. Moona I can not look at the inventory as none of the buttons (incl. progress work). The controller works perfectly fine and seems to only trigger as I enter the castle.
Only workaround is to completely exit the game and try again. It seems to me that none of the popups work within the castle and the spaces.

Issue: Once inside the Dream Castle (specifically in the room behind Mickeys secret door) I am able to approach the objects and hit A to read the detail then it freezes. I can't seem to back out of it. I have to close the game and restart it. I actually have to close and restart the game anytime I leave the dream castle, my action buttons won't work. I can only walk around and not able to access menus or anything.

When she enters the Dream Castle the cut scene that plays when you go in for the first time plays again. We've noticed that after the cutscene plays then she can no long access her inventory or use her tools. She has tried closing and reopening the game multiple times but the cutscene still plays when she enters the castle and breaks her controls.

Crashed when taking the photo for Wall-e's || telescope|| quest. Worked the 2nd time. Froze just after closing my map today. On the map, I clicked to navigate to Eric, then changed to nav to Maui. Closed the map & game froze. Still also having occasional issues where characters aren't pushable.

Invert camera mode when switched to 'on' does not register as being on and inverted when opening the game again despite showing as being on. Still shows in controls setting as being on but has to be manually switched off then back on again to get invert controlls to work again.
