Issue: With the update today, still did not receive Ultimate pack items since day 1 go live. Only received Basic pack. You took my $70, but I only got $30 worth.

Issue: Mail got no moonstones from 11/6/22 gift. Idk if there was a deadline to log in or something but I didn't get the free 2,500 compensation when that was dropped last month

Issue: Purchased the Deluxe edition on the Switch on 10/29/22. I received the pack in my mailbox and I claimed it. I received all my items except the moonstones. They never loaded onto my account.

I can see the founders pack in mail but can’t do anything with it, and it stays piped up on my mailbox as if I never opened it
I tried to contact Nintendo for a refund, they advised me to contact Gameloft again to try and resolve the issue. It’s a joke. What a waste of money 😂
Diana from Gameloft tells all of us different things. She told me months ago that it will take some to fix our issue with not receiving our Ultimate items. Sorry for the reality check.
its not just just Nintendo ,my ps5 dosnt have all ove them as well
I finally was able to get my Ultimate founders pack redeemed. I noticed it wasn't greyed out anymore. This was yesterday.
Did you play the first week of the game? That is what that reward is from.
I didn’t receive the celestial turtle and I am missing moonstones as well.

Issue: I bought and played this game since September and I still have not been able to get the ultimate edition. I took all yhe advice and steps I could find and still nothing.
Continuing here, over three months later. Still no Ultimate Founders rewards, all qualifications are met.
In fact, the last time they updated the FAQ after that last fix for theis issue, they told the community in general to contact them for ongoing founder pack issues.
My most recent response received (on my 3 month old ticket) has been that literally "Customer Care is unable to help you. Technical support is aware of the issue and are trying to fix it."
I sent a ticket about this issue 2 months ago, they haven't done anything to fix this so I will post here too.
They erased my save and when i opened the game to make a new save my ultimate rewards and first week bonuses weren't there. They told me nothing could be done, but I'm not gonna just lose money.

Actually... i am not going to play this game anymore. It was all fun but i never received the items, the don't answer anymore and i literally don't have fun or enjoying playing this game after this. Last answer was: You can get your money back, follow steam link (but only if you played less than 2 hours and bought the game 2 weeks ago!). Yeah thanks, i played 200+ hours and bought it the first day... So i am literally done with this game, cause i never experienced a worse support than gameloft. Just killed my vibe. But i wish you all the fun if you want to continue waiting for you money or items to come back to you. (spoiler: it will not happen)

Issue: Today i got all my founderspacks stuff (except moonstones)... it took a while. But they always answer, mostly their messages are in my Spam folder. (Super annoying)

Bit of a strange bug but i just received a founders pack i didn't buy?? Had a message in my mailbox when i logged in just now with the deluxe founders pack... i only bought the base game. Anyone else had this? Really hoping they don't charge me money as I can't afford it right now...

Those are not with the Founderspack, those where a gift for the people who bought it from day 1.
ok, I read it somewhere that is was supposed to be included with the ultimate edition, they must have been incorrect. Thank you for letting me know.
On their website you can find what's in it..
They could have been more clear about it and not show it anymore in their video's.
hey, don't give up, they do eventually return the items, but you have to be persistent, it took me 3 months to get mine back, but it worked!

I received a message yesterday that they gave me my daughters founders pack, ultimate edition items. Make sure you message them on their website, it took 4 months but they did honor it.

Issue:I bought the ultimate edition and I can see the items in my mailbox, but I'm unable to collect them. I even restarted my game in hopes that a new file would correct the problem, but it is still exactly as before. I did put in a report on the website, but I'm getting quite discouraged that I have yet to hear from anyone on how to correct this problem. I spent a lot of money to get the cool items and currency. I'm also disappointed that I can't get the premium upgrade to the even because my mailbox is holding my items hostage. I figured I should try here as well to report the issue just in case.

When will this be fixed! I purchased the deluxe pack on the first day and have yet to receive everything that I paid for. 😡 I have messaged them so many times and all I get is a sorry and we are looking into it. I can’t believe they are selling moonstones. How do they expect players to buy something that might not even get into their game. They are taking zero accountability and have refused to publicly acknowledge that this is an issue. What’s the point of this discord thread if nothing is going to get done about it. Sorry for the rant but at this point I just feel robbed and disappointed.
After another email sent finally my issue was resolved! Be persistent!!! You are owed what you paid for. 😅

And once they reply you just have keep following up to that same email with something like : I am following up on the status of the founders pack that I paid for. And if they happen to close this email as ‘resolved’ just do the process again.

Issue: can't purchase Ultimate or Deluxe edition on Nintendo eShop.
I purchased a basic edition on a first week the game was released and lovin' it! I would like to upgrade to Ultimate edition now and I see it as available options on Nintendo eShop, but can't purchase it, since it tells me, I already did purchase other editions too (I didn't)

Issue: cannot claim ultimate edition items from mailbox.
I just bought the ultimate edition for ps5, my mailbox shows a founders pack, and 2 ultimate packs, neither one can I claim, nor do they appear in collections. I've tried reinstalling, restarting, restarting on PS4 instead, and none of it resolved the issue.

Issue: I bought the Ultimate Edition but don't get any of the moonstones/items. Like I just own the basic game.
On their website, they say there is no way to upgrade to a higher tier pack if you bought the base game. Not sure why that is because they still let you buy the deluxe and ultimate as dlc packs. But when I did, I didn't get any of the items or moonstones so I requested a refund. (This was PC for me)

Issue: I purchased the Ultimate Edition, but did not receive the Ultimate items. They are as follows:
- Ultimate Edition furniture set (15 "royal" decoration items)
- Regal Fox animal companion
- Ultimate Edition clothing set (2 "royal" wearable items)
- Ultimate Jersey
- Ultimate Mickey Mouse Headband
- Ultimate "royal" design motifs (3 total)
- 5,000 moonstones (I received 15,000 out of the promised 20,000)

Issue: I purchased the Ultimate Edition for all users on my Switch.
On my account I received all special items from the Deluxe and Ultimate packs, but the other account did not receive any extra items.
As I understand it, the purchase of the Ultimate Edition should cover all accounts on the same Switch device.
The first image is my account, with all Deluxe and Ultimate items; the second image is my wife's game, with only the basic Founders downloads.

I took 2/3 months but i got the rest off the founderpacks back.

I’ve sent an email to them. All I got was a standard response if they are working on this :/ it’s annoying.
Yeah i get it... it will take up too 2 or 3 months for most people. Soo it will come.
After submitting a third ticket (over a few months time) I had my issue resolved and my items and moonstones were finally given to me!! I say if you haven't put in a ticket in a while, submit another one and maybe you'll get lucky like I did...it only took 3-4 days afterward to hear back so maybe they're getting better with their response times as well? Good luck all!

How did you go about doing it? Because I submitted a second one and they said they were closing it because I already had one submitted.
You can always send a ticket! And if you already send one, you can respond to the e-mail they send you... OR you can submit another ticket WITH your ticket code (that's in that e-mail too).
Always be so precise as possible. Refer too dates or other e-mails you send with the same issue.
