Issue: There's times where certain actions cause a bunch of red-glowing coins to fly out (for example, from removing thorns) and I have a specific amount of time to get the coins in order to get a chest with about 200 coins. I've had coins end up in the ponds where I can't get them at all. This happened twice yesterday.

I was having this issue as well. I happened to be walking by one of them with my watering can out and they highlighted as if they were dry. I was able to pick them up after watering them.

I just waited till the next day and I was able to pick them up. Strange, I didn't even time skip at all, so that shouldn't have happened.

You'll sadly have to wait out how long your cousin fast forward time. For example, if they went forward a day, you'd have to wait a day. (Make sure to fix your time back to normal.) If it's too much time she skipped that you don't want to wait, you'll have to restart your gameplay.

Issue: I went to Frozen Heights to collect some flowers and some of them didn't give me the option to pick them up. For a couple of them I was able to at least dig in the spot where they were and it let me collect them, but the others wouldn't even let me do that. I went and picked flowers in some other biomes to see if it was just an issue with Frosted Heights, and I wasn't able to replicate this issue anywhere else. I fast traveled back to Frozen Heights and when I went up to those same flowers it allowed me to collect them. It seems that fast traveling fixed the issue, at least for me.

Yeah there are a couple of places in this area that did that. Last time it eventually just moved away from the spot and I could get it, but not this time and it's bugging the crap out of me lol. Too bad you can't just move it in furniture mode

EDIT: SOMEHOW managed to wedge myself close to it/out of bounds and picked it up! Problem solved!

I had this issue and managed to solve it by coincidence by watering the flowers. It's like they were dried out but it didn't display the right model. Try using the can directly on top of the flowers and see if it works?

Don't know where too put this.. but this happend, first time...

only thing that changed in the game; yesterday all FounderPacks items showed up in my collection. (Got a message from Gameloft, they fixt that issue and send them to my account).
I got around 11.000 moonstones on my account, still missing a little more then 20.000.
Soo The Founderspacks and moonstones did not show up in my Mailbox, too claim. They just showed up in the collections and inventorys... (so maybe it has something to do with this?)

Issue: i'll make a list because I do have a lot of crashes in both devices:

• some items like wood, flowers, the stones of the wall when I break them, even the apples, bananas, of the trees, so it doesn't respawn back, once you get it all, you can't have it back because it doesn't appear again
• some harvest and crops can't be recollected, like vanilla for example, or the carrots, pumpkins, etc.
  that is so frustrating because I can't continue with my quests. I started a new game, and all the first quests are abour recollecting items and crafting, but with no items, i can't craft or finish the quest. So i'm stucked.

That might make sense because I’ve been cloud saving to. My plants are also broken. About half my cross on other biomes and half the rock formations won’t regenerate and I can get sticks because non have regenerate

It's a bit odd .....it's game breaking as well especially when you run out of herbs , I personally don't like playing it on the switch it's awful it handles terribly , the colours are so dark you can't even see what your picking up in some areas and there frame rates are terrible it lags alot , it's smooth and very pretty on the Xbox I also have it on the ps5 so I have the game on all 3 platforms ! So far so good on the ps5 which would tell me it maybe a cloud issue as I can't cross platform or share data via ps5 so ......it's been happening now since about 4 to 5 weeks after release then it was working fine on Xbox then it stopped again ...very strange

@lost veldt I don't use my switch much as it's not the greatest thing to play AAA's on ....and I've had WiFi drops recently I'm wondering if that might be an issue as I don't turn it on very often it said the cloud was 4 days out of sync so I updated the cloud nothing has changed though .....I'll give it another 24 hours after that I will abandon it on the Xbox and switch. I've taken all the steps I've been told to do but nothing has changed. I'm not the only one experiencing this , what are they gonna do for folks that travel into different time zones ? Is it going to break it for them as well they need to find a fix in my opinion regardless , I currently have 2 unplayable versions all I can do at the moment is grind for in-game currency .....I'll just stick to my ps5 version for now

I had this issue prior to the last update I even had veggies that I couldn't harvest it immediately fixed when the new update came out (a week prior is when it went berserk on me). So maybe with the new update it'll refresh that just a few more days now!
