Anyone else finding the camera either lagging or too sensitive with the right analogue? I've tried playing about with its sensitivity in the settings but there does seem to be a delay after I move the stick. Making me move all over the place.

You can still get 60fps back by resetting the graphics settings to default with the X button, but it still resets to 30 whenever you enter a building (and you’ll need to re-enable any changes like to accessibility or controls).

It's now two month since 60fps was taken away. Would be nice to get at least some kind of feedback that someone is working on a fix. It is just disappointing to not even hear anything about it from someone official

It's especially bad because THEY ALREADY FIXED IT and then they ruined it with their quick patch in-between and everyone thought it's probably just an oopsy that they fix back again like hitting a light switch which is now still not fixed again.

The game is still running at 30fps on Series X after this patch. It was fixed in the Scar patch and rolled back 10 days later in the 'bugfix' which seemed to do completely the opposite for Series X players. It was working wonderfully in that short time

I would also like to second the request to have a separate thread for this, or the old one(s) being reopened. There was a lot of info posted about this in there and the previous Update 1 Xbox bug report thread but they get archived and forgotten about when the issue still persists

Yes. Please an own thread. Otherwise I have the feeling this big issue is not recognized by the devs. It's not only the 30 fps. It is the whole smart delivery (optimized for Series X|S) which is not working

I've been playing all day with almost zero issues but in the past 30ish minutes it's started freezing. Game froze originally when leaving my house, and when I rebooted 10 minutes later it froze on the loading screen when I was leaving my house again. Xbox Series X

Issue: when taking photos near where Anna's house is originally, game transported me to "the unknown" aka a big white screen and then crashed.
Also crashes when using the fast travel to realms.
Crashed when trying to talk to Buzz in the forest in multiple places (most of the crashes are accruing here)

I've experienced softlocks twice when trying to speak to a character. Today was Scar and I believe that the one I had a couple days ago was with Goofy. I ended up having to turn my game off both times. The boxes showing daily discussion and the rest of that menu didn't show. Just to let the dev team know 🙂

xbox series s : moana and maui errors that will not allow me to bring them back to my valley. Since i do not have either of them i can't progress with ariel, ursula, anna, kristoff, buzz, or get eric. That being said i can't progress with maui or moana. Also can not complete the new starpath because i can not hang out with moana for an hour. All in all i can not complete my friendships with 8 CHARACTERS.

Issue: Constantly getting stuck on screens. It can be dialogue (for example talking to a character doesn’t give dialogue options and there’s no way to exit other than hard crashing) or cooking (after cooking the screen shows the finished product but won’t let me move past the screen. Other than hard crashjng). Sound still works. Seems like NPCs still move about but my character is stuck on the screen with no way of exiting. The picture shows being stuck on the cooking screen. This has been the third time I’ve gotten “stuck” since the update.

Hello, platform: pc Xbox game pass. My issue is that game suddenly says can’t open. Tried repairing game, it started opening up (the small window with picture) and stoped. Donald doesn't walk anymore. He slides. Everywhere.... The sounds just quit randomly. Gardening, fishing, digging. The only thing that stays is the music. Also my flowers broke. Specifically the black lillies. You can not pick them up. So I couldn't give it to Buzz.. it's like every time I log back on something else breaks. 🤷🏻 the black lillies were the last thing. Kinda scared to log back on. 😅

I'm stuck. I finished the carousel to welcome woody and now I can't do anything I'm just stuck looking at this. Everytime i enter the castle i cant use my inventory even if i leave the castle i cant enter my inventory or the start menu i have to dashboard the game to fix it, i get transaction error everytime i harvest etc, when i enter walle world the screen stays black but i can hear my character walking around.

Anyone else having this issue? I will be doing something, literally anything, and the game seems to crash? All the characters are still walking around, talking etc.. I just can’t get out of the thing I’m doing.. has happened 4-5 times in as many days and it’s really frustrating! Only fix I have found is completely rebooting the game but that doesn’t seem to be a long term fix.. I’m playing on PC Game Pass

I've had the same issue @rocky knoll. I was able to get to the map and try to teleport, but then got a static black screen. The music was still playin in the bg. Playing on Xbox gamepass.

I'll also add that in the last week, I've crashed trying to leave Stitch's house in his Level 7 quest, and after placing the buffet at Buzz's level 10 quest.

So, I have an issue. When I do my daily conversations, especially if it levels up a character, the dialogue tree will pop up after the level up and then won't let me leave even after trying to select an option. I'm on Xbox one btw and I bought the game

I am new to this game. And I am having issues progressing to level 2 friendship with Goofy. I have tried a couple of times now and every time the pop up shows up for level 2 the game freezes and I have to exit the game unsaved and start over. This is happening on an Xbox series s.

Issue: game crashes in doorways when wearing dresses and has been crashing lately when leveling up / viewing quest items (memories, notes, chests) in inventory. Hello, je suis toujours bloquée à la quête Stitch... Depuis environ 1 mois. J'ai réparé la télé et elle n'apparait pas dans mon inventaire ni dans mes meubles, pas de possibilité d'en construire une autre... Quand je vais voir Stitch dans sa maison, je lui parle mais il ne se passe rien... J'ai contacté le support sans réponse... Je suis désespérée j'ai plus que les quêtes de Stitch à faire 😭 quelqu'un est toujours bloqué comme moi ? Avez vous un autre mail de support ou un numéro de téléphone pour qu'ils me débloquent ?

Issue: Several NPC's recently with Ariel
Anytime I am in a daily conversation or questline conversation and the NPC levels up their friendship level after I answer a question the conversation freezes on the screen and continues as if I didn't answer it. The only way I can move forward is by force closing the game and loading it again. Since this is a mix of NPC issues and crashing the game I wasn't sure which place to submit this bug. I am providing a screen shot but it only shows the question after it froze on screen.

Xbox one: not sure if this counts as a crash but got stuck in a walk cycle trying to leave buzz’s house after leveling up our friendship to 7. No buttons work except I can still move the camera. Had to quit out of the game.

Xbox one X: I can start the game up, from the dashboard. It starts to load up. Press A to start then on the loading screen the console shuts down. I have tried a few times and has done the same thing every time.

Xbox Game Pass on PC: Unlocked a memory orb and froze on the 'puzzle piece' filling in. It's also frozen numerous times for me when I'm in the middle of a dialog where I give a quest item to a character and the item disappears from my inventory but the quest item dialog box stays on the screen and then the character continues the conversation but I cannot progress it because the quest item box is still on the screen. I have to force quit in order to leave the conversation.

This happens to me a lot too, not only a walk cycle but I’ll get stuck moving anywhere and nothing but the camera moves.

Xbox PC (gaming computer), doesn’t load past syncing data, if it does it’s very laggy randomly with no other apps open or freezes randomly.

Issue: Puzzle pieces open, the piece is placed and then I can’t do anything. I can hear the world around me and music but I can’t exit out of this screen or do anything else.

Issue: had 3 crashes playing tonight all requiring a reboot of the game. First one was when I unlocked the red sunbird, it crashed on that screen and couldn't press continue. Can't remember the second. But the most recent one I just completed a task and got rewarded dreamlight, but it's crashed on that and I can't press continue so needs rebooting. These types of crashes are frequent. It often occurs when I give a character their meal in the restaurant. Their speach plays but I can't click continue or back.

Issue: accidentally clicked on buy backpack upgrade, pressed back and the screen to purchase stayed open. Similar to the other issues I've had, i could move between cancel and purchase but clicking on either didn't do anything. Had to reboot game.

Issue : stuck on the screen on How bad is the business (Scrooge and Ursula quest) once I’ve gave Ursula the flowers. I was able to give the flowers but the confirmation screen remained on screen. Camera joystick/view was able to turn but it wouldn’t let the screen go away.
