The big pretty waterfall at the back of the sunlit plateau disappeared woth the October update, and did not return with the December one. I believe there was another smaller decoration that disappeared as well, but I can't remember eat it was.

Issue: Mickey's house is still not showing up in the game post update. Mickey's house disappeared in early November after moving it from the plaza to the far SE corner of the forest of valor. The house icon shows up in the far NE cave of the beach (directly under that corner of the forest of valor) and if I attempt to follow the glittering line to it, it takes me into the cave, but nothing is there. Please please fix and make the house available in my house furniture category so that I can re-place it. Thank you!

After the latest update a lot of my items in the “collections” tab have been grayed out like I haven’t collected them at all and I definitely have. I have had to recomplete some of the collection tabs which is a bit annoying considering I already completed them once 😅

Issue: Buzz’s rv disappeared, I was running around doing daily activities earlier and saw it, then I started the space ranger recruit quest and realized it was gone? Restarted the game and it didn’t help. Also if I look at the cave where Ursula was originally trapped (I have her house built already and it’s placed in the glade of trust so I know it’s not hers) it says there’s a house there and I found buzz in there? I don’t know if it glitched out and the game thinks that the cave is his house?

This issue is a pervasive one that has been occurring with various character houses since launch. Happened to me with Remy's house back in Sept. Haven't been any fixes or confirmed workarounds, but it FINALLY got added to the Trello as a known issue, so fingers crossed they make it top priority for the next patch.

Xbox One:

So I had a chest full of iron ore that I decided to craft into iron ingots. I crafted them into maybe 300 ingots. Gone. Not in my inventory, not in any of the chests. It took forever to get that many 😭 I'm gonna restart my game and hope that it's all back.

Issue: Iron spike and brick fence disappeared after placing and did not return to my inventory. For some reason, Maui only gave me 2 scrapping stone instead of 3 that is needed & I cannot find it anywhere. I have contacted Gameloft & got no response for almost 2 months now. Issue: While I was completing Ursula's "The Ritual" quests I got to the part where I needed to place the Enchanted Flower near the entrance to the Mystical cave on the beach. When I tired to place said flower on the beach it would not complete the task for the quest. On ps5. Went to skull Rock to place beacon. Placed it and it vanished. The quest says that I still need to place the beacon, but though Donald's icon is still in my furnishing tab, when I try to place the beacon again it says that I no longer have the item in my inventory and I have to speak to Scrooge. Can't get Stitch.

I believe mine was because I was cooking and it didn't prioritise my inventory and took from my boxes instead. Now I don't want to cook fish meals cause I'm afraid of losing the rest.

Issue: ~~Maui's House is just totally gone. I've had him for weeks now. I've been in his house. Noticed last night it was missing. Not sure for how long bc I never visit, but I'd guess 2-3 days. He's still around so I didn't really put 2 and 2 together until I wanted to reorganize the neighborhood. I can go to him and he'll take me to his house, but it's buggy and of course when you're inside you can't see where you are on a map. But I've checked each house marked on my map and none are his. ~~Oddly though, the ||cave where we find Ursula|| is showing as a house, and I don't recall it ever doing that either.

Scratch all of that. Totally ignore me. His house got turned around and the only side I could see made it just look like a rock. Only found it because I finally saw him in the house.

Platforms: xBox & Nintendo Switch. I still cannot craft Stich's TV. The TV is greyed out. I did not even get to fix it. The game is stuck, I have no TV to fix & I do not have a fixed one. There is no cancel quest available to even start the quest over. There was an option to cancel a quest before the update. This leaves me the options to start over from the very beginning losing all progression or to wipe all save data to reinstall the game. (NOT REALLY OPTIONS THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN since I am using both platforms with cloud save) I am grateful for the developers hard work on the issue with the continuous scrolling of the crafting menu when I went to fix the TV. I know this might be a big ask to make the TV available.at Scrooge's Store or a possibility to mail the TV to players in-game if they submit a help ticket with their player ID

I had Wall-E's garden in a corner of the map in the plaza and the coffee cup needed for Stitch's quest spawned inside a rock of the map (not the kind you can move.) I picked all of the carrots up not knowing there was supposed to be a cup as well until I looked it up.

Several items have disappeared in my game since I got it.
Merlin's reward (small potion set) got automatically gifted to him during a quest where we have to give him something blue. Took me months to get one back by pure chance.
I also had the same glitch listed above with the empty Chez Remi too.
Several items disappeared with the glitch of exiting Furniture mode. I can't recall them all, but the dresser we get from Goofy, as well as several craftable items like lamps and such (which I reported in the Furniture issues thread), all disappeared after exiting furniture mode.
That last one is particularly frustrating as several of us have already expressed for a while now.

Issue: I had finally gathered the iron needed to craft Kristoff's stall and placed it in the meadow to complete scrooges quest. When checking it out I saw hardwood and attempted to buy some only to get an error. To try to go around the issue I saved my game and reset it only to no longer have kristoffs stall anywhere. There seems to be some golden footprints in the area now though (probably related to another character but the stall comes first) thanks for reading.

If the game crashes and I have to restart it the critters seem to reappear but this is a new and reoccurring issue for me. Today’s a Sunday and at noon several new critters were meant to appear and they’re nowhere to be found. Second issue is I picked up some items like flowers and they were not in my inventory when I went to put them in my home storage.

Issue: Fence disappearing. I place a fence, shows up all good to go, leave edit mode, and everything vanishes except for the pillars. Some of the full fence sticks, but i’ve done this a few times now thinking it was maybe a one and done glitch but unfortunately not 😔

Issue: Goofy's house still missing for 2 months for me, there's two quests I can't complete because of this. I was decorating and just moved his house from the meadow to the plaza. Haven't gotten an answer from the support either ever since.

I have a decision to make. Earlier today I got the quest from Elsa to fish for the Arendellian Herring in the rain. It instantly rained and I was able to immediately catch this fish in the red ring. I then fished in an additional red ring, close by and caught a lobster. I make the pie and BAM no fish in my inventory.
Now.....do I have to restart from 24 hours ago...of continued game play, and revert to a cloud save? Please, say that I don't have to do that! 😓
Please post here if any items or houses have disappeared.

I bought a white wallpaper with golden stars from scrooges shop today and I went to use it and it's not there for me to use. I've closed and reopened the game and everything and nothing. 😫

Issue: gooey paste is missing
I ate the gooey paste and had the spicy garlic cheesecake in my inventory. I exited the game for a couple of hours and decided to play again. When the game loaded the quest showed I ate the cheesecake and only needed to eat the gooey paste but I can’t find it.

UPDATE: I found the yellow houseleeks! One was behind Scar's cave. Two more were found under his cave, which is weird. Hopefully we don't have to move everything in order to find items in the future. Still looking for the daily oyster. No luck yet. I've moved everything and nothing. I have my fingers crossed that it will show up soon! 🤞

Since the last minor update (NOT the major December one), I no longer have "oysters" or "yellow house leeks" spawn. I haven't gotten any of either item in weeks.
They must be in the same void with the bones and icebergs that no longer spawn

Issue: Whenever I go to use the Iron Spike & Red Brick fencing, the spikes disappear once I leave editing mode, & only the pillars at either end are left visible. I really love the look of this fencing, but this glitch has made it near impossible to use. Please consider looking into it

Sold a bunch of flowers gems and eggplants and got a little over 20k, ran around with Anna foraging and went to sell again, and only had 2k and none of the items I sold in my inventory?! I didn’t buy anything or even go into any stores. Kind of bummed, was saving up to expand my house

Can't complete Stitch's quest because his tv is completely missing. At the part where it says to go to his house and give him his tv and it's nowhere in my inventory. Been stuck since last update. Also doesn't give me the option to recreate the tv at the crafting station.

Issue: all of my wells except the main plaza we'll have disappeared from my map. They still exist in the game and I can move them through furniture but I can't use them to fast travel. Fixed it by restarting the game.
