Unable to wear it with the festive holiday dress. If you apply the staff it takes the dress off.

pc pink rose necklace set wont come off. Even tried putting on a different necklace and it just layers them. pink rose necklace set

Clothes stay as complete outfits if you try to change ir try in a shirt, it comes with necklace, hat, pants etc
So I cannot try different tops with different pants. If it has been chosen before as an outfit the outfit is always there.

I'm not sure what caused this as I tried it later and it was normal, but I sat down on my bed and my character not only lost their eyes, but also stopped looking at their phone.
Edit: I think it's due to the time of day. At night hours, there's no eyes but at daylight they're there.

issue: My character isn't entering the door, just walking into it. I can't do anything else other than close the game when it happens. It's like the character is in a loop.

i would like it if i can invidualize some clothing and not worry if i use a costume like the christmas one that the whole set i chose vanishes again bc the socks make it impossible to wear..

Issue: I purchased the White Long-Sleeved Turtleneck in the shop. It shows that I have it in my Clothing Sets Collection but it is not in my wardrobe to put on my avatar.

Screenshot/Video: First photo is palest skin tone and first eye set, second is last eye set, third is with one skin tone darker and last eye set. No make up or face paint.
Doesn't change with closing/reopening game, uninstalling doesn't help either.

Screenshot/Video: This is using the second palest skin tone, i tried changing all clothing, makeup, accessories and switching between different tones but nothing would change it. Closing/Reopening the game did not fix it.

Issue: My pigtails glitched and stayed in an odd position (first 3 pics) but went back to normal (last 2 pics) when I went back into my wadrobe)
Clothing: I assume the hair glitch is related to the pastel blue bandana

I restarted the game several times but every time I sit on my bed this happens to her eyes, that really scared me the first time xD I thought I should report that!

Every Polo I equip, custom or not, gives me these black streaks on my neck.

Issue: When I put the "Black Polo Shirt" top on my male avatar, black lines are added down his neck.

Video: The video showcases me putting on the shirt and the black lines appearing on the neck. This doesn't happen with other shirts I own.

Issue: Ariel’s animations are very sporadic/buggy. Usually when I first begin talking to her, she jerks around unnaturally in the water (bobbing up and down rapidly in the water) before settling down to speak to me. Looks very unnatural/weird.

The unlockable hair for Elsa and Mother Gothel bug out pretty frequently. Haven't noticed it with other hair yet, but the Elsa hair gets stuck floating and the Gothel hair just totally breaks lol. Teleporting or entering a new room seems to reset them.

Platform: Nintendo switch Issue: I cannot change my avatar into tops. Other clothing is fine (although I managed to wear both a skirt and trousers together at one point). The tops are in the inventory but when I select to wear one it doesn’t change. It does the poses as if they did change but no tops are accessible. Including a new top I bought and the original top it started with and the Scrooge top we got during a quest. I don’t have screenshots or a video. EDIT: this is sorted. Thanks.

Platform: PC Issue: Whenever I leave my house my character stays walking and will not leave the house. I can't press E to leave or ESC and I have to force quit the game. It seems to happen when I am hanging out with another character because they try to move out of the way, but I'm not sure!

Issue: Just opened a Clothing Bag received from a chest only to receive an item I was literally CURRENTLY WEARING and the game marked it as "new" in the screen that popped up (The item is Green Headphones, neck wear)

Issue: Elemental Blue Hoodie loses its motifs when I leave Scrooge's Store. I have to take it off and put it back on to get the motifs to show. Happens every time I leave Scrooge's Store, although so far not for any other door/loading screen.

Issue: Put the golden potato and duplicate pure water in the storage boxes in the secret room in the castle. A duplicate golden potato appeared in my inventory the next time I logged into the game.
