Issue: Trying to gather the flowers here by the shrine thing caused my game to become unresponsive. The camera and animations continued on, but i couldn't move, open any menus, or do anything. I let it sit for a few minutes before retarting.

Issue: Have not seen white and pink falling penstemons in my plaza (or anywhere) for close to two months now. I have tried picking all flowers and checking almost every day for about a month until I gave up. I rarely open the game to check anymore but every time I do, I check the plaza and still have not seen any new flowers of that type. I have one in storage that I tried dropping to see if it would spawn more but it did not. All other flower types spawn to my knowledge.

Issue: Harvestable items spawning in areas where you can't even get them. Case in point: I need 15 vanilla for the Christmas event. There is one right behind Scar's house. Now it would be nice if I could either a) move Scar's house or b) move the harvestable item. I can do neither of these things and this is a complete waste of a resource. Screenshot/video:

I don't have the second area unlocked yet, but haven't been able to find a pink or orange houseleek for roughly five days. Platform: PC and Switch Issue: flowers are not generating in biomes where a quest needs them. Before the quest they generate just fine. It has been several days with separate quests where I am simply unable to complete them. As a note, this only happens specifically in biomes where I am not able to access the full biome. For instance, one I was able to access all of the Forest of valor, the flowers I needed appeared where they had not before. Possible they are spawning in locations I am not able to access, but making it near impossible for timely quest completion.

Watering the giant mushrooms that appear counts for the dreamlight duty "pick three mushrooms," but it does not count for the forging duty "harvest 900 mushrooms." I have a feeling that one of these is an oversight. I don't know which one.

Issue: No dark wood in forgotten lands since update. None at all. I only get the white wood there now. Dark wood was already limited there before but I at least got a couple a day. It’s been a week now and I’ve gotten none.

Issue: the appletrees don't grow apples anymore and the rasbe´rry stopped growing too, also i can't harvest any spices in the plaza and peaceful meadow and i cant harvest a few lettuces but when i plant new thing in these areas i can harvest them

and i don't have the fishing spots anymore at the dazzle beach they just stopped appearing and a few mining spots stopped too :((

Issue: can't harvest spices or grown vegetables. I have been working on redecorating but have hit a standstill since I can't harvest herbs that are in the way. In addition I can't harvest the pumpkins that I grew but didn't have an issue harvesting the cotton.

After purchasing items from Kristoff Stall this morning, literally , every spice from every biome disappeared .
One minute a Basil was waiting to be harvested next to his stall , then gone . I proceeded to check the rest of the Meadow , no Basil .
Plaza , no Oregano. Every biome was void of any Spices .
Update: After an hour Spices slowly started to appear in the plaza , meadow and sunlit Valley etc. So purchasing from Kristoffs Stall is definitely bugged or perhaps the specific items I purchased are the issue. I purchased Max Clay , Max Fabric , Max Iron Ingot .

they REALLY need to sort this RNG out for getting memory pieces when watering dried flowers ... i water dried flowers every day (apart from when it's already raining which is maybe once a week) and yet i have only ever had ONE memory piece right at the beginning when i first starting playing which was 4 months ago

Issue: No oysters have spawned on my beach since the Dec 10th update. I have checked at least once every day (over a week now) and zero oysters. I have scavenged clams and scallops fine during this time. I realize oysters are the rarest spawn, but I would normally get one every day or so. This seems like a bug unless the spawn rate has been changed to 1% or something.

EDIT: Retracting this (to some extent) - I finally found a single oyster on my beach that spawned under a 5x4 rock. Not next to it, under it. I had to move all the stuff on my beach in furniture edit mode to find it. Once I gathered that one oyster,. they started spawning again.

Please fix your spawning mechanism. Users shouldn't have to tear up every decoration in a zone looking for spawned items.

the fish thing is odd, If I were you I'd post that complaint in the "Fishing Issues" section.. My only complaint is I didn't recognize I'd caught the Festive Salmon and accidentally ate it, and I waited several days and still haven't seen another green bubbles appear to catch it again.. but I could just be unlucky...

I first bought the game on the switch and recently bought it on steam because I just got a steam deck. I was able to load my save file with my cloud save and I thought it was working okay on the steam deck, but the first issue I found was I can no longer pickup any spices around the town (mushrooms, vanilla, oregano). I don't have any issues with anything else and a restart didn't fix the issue. I figured if I closed the game yesterday and went to play in the morning the issue would resolve itself, but I still can't loot any of the spices around town. My other issue is now my game is stuck on yesterday. I went into Scrooges store and it had the same things as yesterday and since I bought a lot of things, most items are just missing. I tried changing the date in the bios of my steam deck to see if it would change anything, but it's still stuck on yesterday's town.

I have seen online people suggest I need to move the portal, however I have not unlocked it yet. This quest does not allow you to do anything whilst on. I cannot sell or upgrade anything. Issue: Foraging bug caused when I tricked the game into thinking days had passed in order to speed up the "Nature and Nurture" quest. (I did this by turning off my PC's auto-sync time/date and playing offline on Steam.) I am unable to harvest any herbs/mushrooms, but can still pick up flowers, materials, crops, etc. Haven't discovered any other issues since, and I was able to successfully complete the "Nature and Nurture" Quest.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Foraging Bug

In order to speed up the process of the "Nature and Nurture" quest, I turned off the automatic date/time sync on my computer and played in Offline Mode on Steam to make the game think days had gone by. I was able to complete the quest, but afterwards, I was unable to forage any herbs. I was still able to pick flowers, materials, etc.

Issue: I got Disney dreamlight valley within the last week I have played it non stop and I decided to time travel I can now no longer harvest specifically mushroom and all herbs and spices I also cannot mine the rocks that give you emeralds. I really don’t want to reset my game and loose all my progress. Please fix this issue as a lot of people are experiencing it because of time travel.

Issue: i'll make a list because I do have a lot of crashes in both devices:

some items like wood, flowers, the stones of the wall when I break them, even the apples, bananas, of the trees, so it doesn't respawn back, once you get it all, you can't have it back because it doesn't appear again
some harvestable items and crops can't be recollected, like vanilla for example, or the carrots, pumpkins, etc.
that is so frustrating because I can't continue with my quests. I started a new game, and all the first quests are abour recollecting items and crafting, but with no items, i can't craft or finish the quest. So i'm stucked.

for new players this will be a problem

I would like the herbs to not re spawn every day if not picked. I made an area where I would like a little oregano garden with a few extra spots to gather flowers. I had it all properly spawned yesterday (the area with 3x3) and this morning it looks like this. I know they changed this due to items stuck in walls and furniture but can they not exclude the herbs!?!?!? Please! PS: Do the devs actually look at this sub?

Mine did this when I was out of sync with the clock. From time travelling in Animal crossing. It took a day or two to reset once I brought it back in sync

Issue: after moving trees at the forest of valor there are no hardwood spawning anymore.
I have tried to remove some, more distance and even place more of the same trees but nothing worked.

issue: have been trying to complete the Goofy Dinner With a Friend quest for nearly a month now and haven’t been able to because clams just don’t populate on dazzle beach anymore. i’ve tried picking everything up and digging for them too but only ever find scallops. even now scallops are hard to find too.

Issue: oysters have stopped spawning. I have collected all shells multiple days now and looked everywhere, but they just stopped appearing for some reason...

Issue: I have 2 flowers in Frosted Heights that I cannot pick up. I tried moving them in furniture mode but I still can’t pick them.

Issue: hard and softwood are not respawning in the forest of valor or glades of trust. I last picked up wood yesterday evening and nothing had respawned this morning (about 12 hours later)
