Input stopped working on both my xbox controller and mouse and keyboard with the exception of being able to swing the camera around. Characters were still moving around, audio still working, so it wasn't like the previous freezes that I've seen in the past. I had to ALT+F4 in order to get out of it

Issue: The fast travel screen gets stuck on the screen, and doesn't not go away as expected. I am able to fast travel to different wells, but can't do anything else, so I need to exit the game completely. When travelling to the realms, you get stuck, and can't go anywhere else either. This happens randomly, but this time it happened after I moved my Sunlit Plateau well, and then fast travelled to the Wishing Well.

I play on windows and switch I’m so deflated! I had my game not cloud save even though I saved it restarting my whole mornings work yesterday now today again it said fully synced yet I’ve just logged in and I’ve lost all my mining ⛏️ and pumpkins for today ALL of it and I’m back to how I left it this morning! Now my pumpkins aren’t ready again it means I’ve not had any at all today 😭 getting fed up what more can I do? I save locally and cloud and yet it’s still losing my progress?!?!?

Issue: When trying to drop items, I get the error “you can’t drop any items here”. Happens everywhere I try to do. Restarted game and re downloaded software and still happening. Now getting an error as well when trying to place Kristoffs magic ice block saying “you have reached the village object limit”. I tried removing a bunch of items to try and fix but did not work.

Occasionally I will have the game tell me I’m not connected to the internet even when I am, but today I can barely get it to connect and because of that I cannot work toward star path quests. Only a few days left to do them and my time is limited, hope they can figure out why this is happening. Only affecting DDLV, not other games with internet connectivity on my switch.

Just had an issue where the "Room Name" box in my house would not go away and caused the game to be unplayable. Went to my second floor, expanded room, hit the room name button, and that was it. I couldn't hit the X button, the enter/accept button, escape, nothing. Had to completely restart the game.

Issue: game glitches whenever giving a character something that is either part of one of their personal quests (eg: Wall-E's needs before he gets a garden (trellis, dirt, etc)) or when giving a character their order in Remy's restaurant (e.g. Giving Donald crudites). It gets stuck on the "Give/Cancel" text box and the only way around it is to restart the console. It's happened roughly 6 times in the last two days with different characters (Donald, Wall-E, Merlin, Mickey, Ariel, Remy) at different levels of progression in their personal/friendship request quests and the challenges between levelling up to continue the larger story quests.

Issue: Flowers and coins have spawned/dropped inside or rather behind the pillar on the Sunlit Plateau. The pillar can't be moved, so I can't reach the coin. The option pops up to pick up flowers within reach, but the character gets stuck and I can't press anymore buttons or do anything except turn the camera. I have to force quit the game.

Stuck at the beach by the cave in picture mode since the Scar update. The character can move via the wells however no other movement possible. Exiting the game and restarting has the character respawn at the beach no matter where in the valley the game was shut down.

Issue: I'm still encountering errors when I deliver items to characters that are part of main quest (location unlocking/curse related) or personal side quests. When I have the Give/Cancel screen it gets stuck there so the dialogue continues in the background until I need to make a conversation choice but no selections work at this point, you can't cancel our if it via any button or menu, not even going back to Xbox home and into the game fixes it. You're forced to restart the entire console. This is a consistent error I'm getting 4 out of every 5 quests.

Bonjour, Sur PC,le jeu en français, j'ai quelques problèmes.
1)J'ai un problème avec la tenue de Minnie, j'ai fini la quête finale mais je n'ai pas obtenu la robe de Minnie.
2)Certains des dialogues avec Dingo ne sont pas traduits en français.
3) il y a quelques chose de bizarre dans la station d'artisanat, elle propose de faire de la Terre (que l'on trouve extrêmement facilement en creusant plus de 200 depuis le début du jeu) avec de la Terre enrichie (qui est plutôt rare seulment 21 depuis le début du jeu en faisant le maximum pour en obtenir, on en trouve seulement une fois de temps en temps et seulement en récoltant ce qu'on a planté et fait pousser) donc je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce n'est pas l'inverse ? ce serait plus logique, n'est-ce pas ?

Si possible pouvez vous faire en sorte que la station d'artisanat transforme 5 ou 10 Terre pour faire 1 ou 2 de Terre enrichie?

Hi, I’ve tried entering in the redemption code with all caps and the hyphens in between but it says it can’t redeem due to an unknown error. I’ve restarted the game and made sure I was saved to the cloud but it isn’t working for me. Any way to fix this?

Issue: I've had so many errors and crashes lately. I'll try to cram it all into one message.

  • Game often freezes and crashes when I have the inventory open, or when I'm transferring items from the inventory to storage.
  • Game suddenly becomes laggy and crashes.
  • Game freezes, and when I try to force-close the game on my Switch's home screen it makes my Switch freeze for a bit before an error message pops up about the game having crashed.
  • The game froze when I exited the outdoor decoration mode, and the screen repeatedly flashed super fast (this is no bueno for folks with epilepsy); had to force-close the game.
  • The game has been crashing so often lately, sometimes even 2 or 3 times per hour, that it's becoming almost unplayable for me.

issue: used m + t shortcuts to fast travel to the beach, but the fast travel menu wont disappear from my screen no matter if i press the x button or press esc on my keyboard. currently unable to do anything except fast travel between realms.

fast traveling to wishing wells does not work, if you travel to "Wishing Well" the game will be stuck on a black screen then randomly materialize you at a beach area (think its moana's realm). any other wishing well location gives the error message "There is not enough space around this Wishing Well.".

all realms are bugged to have the props load into moana's realm (see attached screenshot: its remy's kitchen but on moana's island. wall-e's vintage posters will be floating midair in moana's realm with some cubes of garbage in the background, and the frozen realm will have the stone pillars load onto moana's realm. they all load their own specific audio though)

only solution is to force close the game. this is the first time its happened to me.

Issue: I have been having massive issues with the camera crashing / forcing the software to close since the scar update - particularly with finishing the level 10 quest for Anna (Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?). I believe I am on the last step or close to it - I have to take a photo with the snow family I crafted. With the new, more complex camera, every time I hit the shutter the game forces closed. Before the update the quest was also not working, as I would take the photo in a variety of ways and nothing would trigger the quest completion.

Issue: the game crashed after I finished Donald's last quest, when I reloaded the game it's stuck like this, I cannot move. I've tried to teleport, even going to another biome I still cannot move, cannot change my tools, nothing. Even tried to change quest, still stuck. Switch: frequent crashing. I have cloud save turned on & I suspect sometimes it's happening if the game tries to save while I'm doing something else like opening a menu. I've started manually saving super frequently (every 3-5 minutes) & that seems to help. Sometimes before crashing a function in the game will stop working. For example, I stop being able to push characters out of the way. I was mining with Maui & he trapped me in a corner & kept flexing at me. It was pretty inappropriate. Another time, planting seeds next to the fence by my house wouldn't work. Reloading fixed that. One time a crash happened when I was just loading the game, before it even loaded in. Twice, it crashed while doing a selfie when a new character moved in. Sometimes the map fails to load in completely & the only way to do anything is to close the game.

Issue: New quests are not popping up. For example, I just max leveled up with Minnie and her last quest did not become available. Same thing happened with Kristoff. Tried restarting the game and restarting my Switch, but no new quests.

Issues: (Have not collected a lot of screenshits yet, but will when they occur again.)

  1. When crafting or in any tab where LT and RT needs to be used to change tabs, randomly it stops accepting input.

  2. Once so far the map is completely blank when I touch a well. I get stuck and can not exist so have to quit game, which leads me to losing some progress.

  3. On load screen, it will just stop and freeze.

  4. Going to find Ariel first time and there is plants in the sky? Is that normal??

All the above has no errors, it is mostly freezing up and I have to force quit the game on Xbox only.

Issues started happening after I got the Uktimare Version of the game. Before I just had the game pass version and new Issues until after the version change.

Issue: Honestly, I cannot pick it up from there. It's pretty stuck and doesn't move at all. It just stand and cannot move around. That flower is on that water and I try to pick it up, but it doesn't pick up because it just stand there and cannot move around.

Okay, so I'm going to assume that you are aware of the issue where you can't close a memory, which results in you having to restart your entire game. Well I had that issue last night, and I don't know if this is a notable thing or not, but when I had this issue, I had two memory orbs that I had to pick up. The first one gave me a memory (I don't remember if the second one did or not) and then the issue happened. So I'm thinking that a possible cause for this issue is having two or more memory orbs to pick up. Again, I've only noticed this happening once, so it's entirely possible that I am incorrect, but I just thought I would put it out there

Game locks up occasionally when I'm exiting a room or building. Send to happen more often when I have an NPC hanging out with me. My character stutters and no key press moves her or opens a menu option. Have to kill the game via task manager when this happens.

Issue: I had just fished out the last item I needed to complete one of Goofy's quests, rapidly clicked to exit the fishing result menu and triggered the quest turn in to Goofy (who was right next to me), game entered dialog state with Goofy performing his success animation, but no dialog appeared so I couldn't progress anything and do anything other than rotate my camera. I was essentially softlocked. Had to force stop the game from the Steam launcher and restart it.

  1. The music and sound is buggy, it trips every few seconds or so and goes silent for a moment. It's very difficult and disorienting for me due to my auditory processing disorder and may mean I have to stop playing until it's fixed. It isn't my Xbox or tv, both are handling all other media fine.
  2. After being in the clothes creator it crashed the game and I had to restart my console as all controls were missing/were non-accessible in game.
  3. Since loading back in not only is the sound still broken but when I placed the block of ice for Kristoff's quest it completely disappeared, both from the world and my inventory, but the game acted like it was there for me to interact with. I had to restart the console and go back in for it to return to my inventory.

I have restarted my console 6 times in 2 hours due to these listed issues, most being trying to fix the sound bug that's still continuing.

Platform: switch. Issue: game crashes often. I’ve tried to figure out what causes it and so far I’ve noticed that furniture placement in multiple biomes at once, completion of quests, opening menus quickly, and going in and out of buildings all seem to be issues.

Also the game seems to freeze up every once in a while same with the characters some of them get stuck or you can’t move them out of the way and you get trapped in a corner or they just get stuck and start glitching out

Sometimes when I open one of the memories and it is one of the puzzle ones that make a picture, it will show the new puzzle piece I unlocked, and then the puzzle will stay on my screen and it doesn't go away. I am unable to open the menu or anything and I have to alt+f4. It doesn't happen all the time, but it sucks when it does because sometimes I lose my progress since my last save cause I can't predict when its going to happen and preventively save just in case. Any solution to this yet?

Issue: game crashes every time you try to do any edits with original clothing designs, as others have reported on other platforms. Something has broken things the last few days because not only is this issue consistently happening but when farming anything the player character model will stop and won't move fire about 3-4 seconds before moving, or it moves sideways or backwards along a row, or it will suddenly jump rows when either harvesting or planting which is hell for anyone who either likes really organised things or has some level of OCD. It just seemed to work really fluidly, then a crash happened and it's been crashing and experiencing a lot of errors or gameplay issues since then. Was there an update that has caused issues?

The wife is seeing the same "transaction error" message on her game. She's not running any mods or cheats and as far as either of us know the time on her desktop hasn't been changed. It seems like it's been going on for a while, and we're hoping that it will be fixed with the update that's coming tomorrow. Just wanted to get it reported that it's another one that isn't tied to cheats :P
