This is an Eric thing - he sold you 2 sets of blueprints for the same thing, but they require different materials.

The patch notes indicated that we would be able to craft campfires - this is not an option.

Several other recipes have also vanished; those include the ones requiring and rubies and sapphires.

As an aside from the main Crafting Issue - the Rubies, Sapphires, Crystals, and Rich Soil are not registering on the Collections tab.

I received a response to my bug report telling me to check the new update, so I just want to confirm that Ariel's Crafting Table recipe is still not available and the item is also not available from Scrooge. I can't confirm the new player experience but if a fix was included, it did not unlock the recipe retroactively.

Issue: Eric has sold me the blueprint for Helm Bookshelf twice, figured I'd buy the duplicate and see what happens. The Helm Bookshelf appears in the crafting menu twice and the materials for both are differerent. One uses Dark Wood and Iron Ingots as listed in the collection tab (where it only appears once) and the other uses... 20 Fabric?

A lot of these are definitely bugs, but sadly the devs decided to intentionally remove the ability for us to buy crafted items from Scrooge. They didn’t include that little detail in the patch notes, and Gameloft is monitoring player feedback regarding removing it. If you would like us to be able to purchase crafted items again from Scrooge please suggest it here so the devs will bring it back: #1024324455578738818

However, if you go to the furniture tab right before it, scroll down a few rows, and then move over to the paths tab then they all show up to craft and you can move between tabs.

Have had similar happen to me. Not sure what the mechanic for this is supposed to be... if you are supposed to 'use' the crafting recipe or not. I've bought about 5 items and none have appeared in my inventory and not sure if they are in my craftable list since it doesn't tell you what they were.

Issue: Items that are the same except for a color change don’t have the same size footprint for placement in furniture mode ie the Black Wrought Iron Street Lamp has a 1x1 footprint, the Purple version is 3x3.
It would be ideal for all street lamps to be 1x1

I do not know where else to post this. I opened a chest today and got a furnishing item. I opened it up and got 5 pieces of iron mesh fence. WTH. This is a craftable item, why am I getting it as a chest reward? I can no longer purchase craftable items at Scrooge's, but I can get them in a chest. This is not acceptable Gameloft. If I tab straight across to craft paths/fences nothing is displayed and I can’t tab back. I have to exit the crafting screen and enter it again to regain functionality. If I tab over to furniture and scroll down before I tab over to paths/fences the. Everything displays and I can craft as normal.

Have you tried scrolling down the furniture menu before moving over to the fences menu? This works for me.

On Xbox series X there is a double screen, and I am not able to remove a kitchen table and replace it with another table. As soon as I do the original table the hat in the kitchen comes right back it doesn’t save it. It just appears back as the first one that I had in the kitchen and the critters still cannot be said to become companions. I have fed them several times still cant be companions

I have been buying Eric’s blueprints every single day and none of them ever register. They don’t even tell me what they are. What exactly am I paying my coins for? I buy them and they just disappear into the ether. Anybody else having this problem? I’m literally just giving coins away for a piece of paper with no info on it and then it disappears and that’s it.

I think I just found a fix for this. I'm having the same issue. Altho this fix is annoying but...I crafted something from another menu, for example the clay pots, then went to fence and paving and now it's showing. But it's annoying cos you use materials 😦
When you leave that menu again, it disappears again so idk. Ugh.

For those having issues with the Fencing & Pavement tab, I was having this too. Ive gotten it to work again if I use the left tab button to scroll to the fencing section first before anything else. This workaround has been working great ever since the bug started. Hope it helps others too.

Got another crafting recipe from Erics house and it came up as the Helm Bookshelf again. However it says it is made with fabric. I'm assuming this is a mistake. Made it to check and it made the bookshelf. Is this a known issue?

I have two different recipes for a "helm bookshelf." One is what a bookshelf is actually made of, and the other one is entirely made of fabric. They both actually make the bookshelf though.
Edit: I just wanted to add that as far as I know, I bought both of these crafting recipes from Eric's house

Issue: After scrolling to fence & paving menu, page is blank. Then frozen on that page until I close the menu completely & re-open.

Issue: when purchasing Eric's blueprints, they just disappear. I am pretty sure he's just taking my money.... but I don't see anything in my inventory or collections.
