Not sure if this is the right place to post but is there anything that can be done about changing character name? I picked a name at first but apparently it wouldn’t let me pick that name and instead started my game with just “Player Name” and I’ve gone too far to start a new character.

Issue: Ordered multiple items from Scrooge before the update - after the update, I see it is still available to purchase in my Shop even though they are in my inventory already. Before I thought to record, it allowed me to rebuy the red headband for 300 coins by giving me the message about being in my mailbox. Did not pay attention as to whether or not it took coins from me like it acted like it was going to. Now that I "purchased" the red headband again, I think the game realized it is a duplicate and allows me to click "order" and makes the money sound, but does not say the message of being in my mailbox, nor does it take coins from me.

Issue: I can no longer equip my Beach Shorts (either of the colors I have) at the same time as any short skirt. If I put on a skirt while wearing the Beach Shorts, it automatically changes to skirt+pants.
I don't know if this was to prevent clipping issues, but I wasn't having serious clipping issues with this combination. Also, I'd rather have more options even if there are some minor clipping issues, than not be able to make the outfit I want just because it might clip sometimes.

They added more colors to the hair and makeup palettes guys, your stuff may have changed due to this, just fix it back.

Issue: longer coats now flair out at the bottom after the update. I don’t know if this has to do with trying to mitigate clipping but it looks off on my character.

That does make it seem like this and my issue are conscious decisions to counter the clipping issues. If these are temporary solutions, that's fine. If this is a permanent solution, then I want to say this as early as possible*: this is a bad precedent to set.
I don't know if we should make a thread in one of the other channels, but a little clipping here and there is better than goofy over-flared outfits and denying us clothing combinations we want to wear.
*I have seen games permanently break outfits and customization in this way before, so I'm not just saying this out of paranoia.

Facial features such as blush, freckles and stubble are now all applied twice for some reason and so look far too intense.

It seems like the features I had set before the update are now permanent, while the settings now overlay a second on top. It looks awful...

Issue: after the most recent update, I noticed my character’s face looked very blotchy, purple, and like a zombie. I went to my settings to fix it and couldn’t get them back to my original settings.

Upon checking under the general skin tone palette, all my makeup color palettes were reset without me actually clicking anything and the “undo” and “undo all” buttons were unresponsive as a last resort.

Before the update, my character had black hair, light blush, and no freckles, so today was a bit of a surprise when she had red and purple hair, deep blush, and freckles. Easy to fix, but it's something to be aware of to make sure people's character choices are on the same after updating. Platform: PC

Issue: Some items in the Coats category seem to have a weirdly increased 'Flare' towards the bottom, particularly on the longer items. It's not present in the preview icon of the clothing. It makes it look like I'm trying to hide an inflatable ring in some cases.

The white turtleneck should be under your inventory when you go to Touch of Magic - as far as I know this is currently the only way to access the white turtleneck.

There are still clipping issues with tight fitting dresses (tshirt & cottage) and now two tighter dresses (incl Anna's lvl 10 dress) no longer clip severely but there is a ridge-like deformity slightly below the waist making it hang very unnaturally.

Issue: Male Avatar's eyes are all sorts of wonky with several of the new face poses. A potential solution is to have the avatar's eyes follow the cursor (or controlled by the consoles movement inputs). This would allow greater customisation and freedom within the photo mode instead of having the "requirement" of having the avatar looking a pre-set direction (at the camera).

This isn't true....they're all equal. Your stamina bar depends on what level you are and depending where you stand in your garden, you'll water more crops. Plus you get a speed boost sometimes (I've gotten a couple after eating some recipes)

not at all i tested it, and ive seen multiple complaints on multiple platforms. The male character waters 10 crops vs 7 that the female character does, they do move slightly quicker, and the stamina bar goes down slower than when i play as a female. Ive beem level 40 since the week the game came out.

Why(how) is that the "intended" color scheme for the Moana dress? You took the most beautiful dress in the game and turned it into this. Its so disappointing because I loved this dress. Now it's nothing special at all, I'd just rather a separate color option then getting rid of it all together. Please change it back, or have a separate "intended" color variation.

I wouldn't be so upset if it wasn't for the fact that a change like this Gets Rid Of a loved item. It's not just a "color change", you got rid of and changed my favorite dress in the entire game. No exaggeration. This was the most beautiful(to me) dress in the game. And its gone. Please bring it back.

Issue: Idk if this has been mentioned, but since the October "Scar" update (original, not patch), Moana's Tropical Flourish Gown (earned through friendship quest) had turned blue when it was originally red/tan -- image attached (ignore the mask 😆).

EDIT: Oh, apparently it was intentional? Can't say I am a fan of the new colors 😭

I have the same bug, i think its a bug from the dresses. If you chance to pants and go between a loading screen, it will reset to normal.

Issue: In clothe customization mode, the game almost systematically freezes and crashes after making any kind of clothes. Please note that, strangely, the print screen key on the keyboard doesn't work when the crash occurs, preventing to take a screenshot (the current screenshot comes from my phone). Also notice that the left part of the screen, where is currently the menu, has disappeared and became transparent, letting me know that the game has crashed.

I bought two weeks ago a white top in the Scrooge McDuck store, but when I want wear I can´t find in the wardrobe, where I have the same shirt in black color, so it´s clearly missed. It appears in the list of clothes I have but I can´t find it to wear it. I don´t see neither any clothes in the store front of the Scrooge store.

Issue: When wearing a dress (I've tested with the white and pink formal gown, the black sleeveless gown, the yellow cottage dress, Moana's dress and a few others) and sitting down, my character's eyes are fixed and look 'bored' or if caught in the middle of rolling them. In addition, my mouth is pinched BUT If I sit wearing any outfit other than a dress, the character's eyes look around like normal and the mouth looks normal.

I’m having the same problem on PC. I can customize one thing then when I go to do another it just locks up and won’t let me do anything. And I have to restart. And after I restart, get my clothing customized, and try to back out into the game, it locks up again and I have to restart again. Just started after the last update.

Most of the time I won't even use a bag because the hair will go half in it and it looks wrong/bad. This is an example with objects going through it. The pickaxe is the same but worse

Keep getting stuck in the menu when trying to exit from customization, ps5. Have to completely shut the game down to exit.

1. I wasn't able to set my name as "Emalee" when I first starting playing at release, with the error that it contained an inappropriate phrase. Not a big deal, I used a nickname instead, but it would be cool to be able to update names in the future.

2. Yesterday, on PC - I ordered a new hairstyle from Scrooge's, and it's not displaying in my hairstyle options. It was a curly top bun, I think? Unfortunately, no screenshot.
