What you were doing when this happened: Moving it while in furniture mode (last week). I was moving it from the Meadow to the Plaza. Upon exiting furniture mode his house disappeared and can’t be found anywhere. There is no icon on the map for his house. His house is not in my inventory. Today’s update hasn’t resolved the issue. I had bought hairs from Scrooge and a lot of them have gone missing? Including the one I bought this morning a curly topknot hair the only hairs available are the basic ones and the couple unlocked by quests. All the other hairs I had bought are gone

You can still teleport, you just do it through a a different function. Like I said, in the map I pressed X and could choose the biome I wanted to go to. It then took me to that wishing well

Issue: My Lightning McQueen bed I selected as a reward from the Pixar event is missing. It’s not listed in my collection and it’s not in my furniture inventory. I also checked my house even though I never placed it and it’s not there either. Before the update I had 150 items unlocked and now it’s only 134. I know that might be because I wasn’t supposed to have some of the items but the bed was a reward so I definitely should still have it. I might have more missing I can’t remember.
What I was doing: looking through my collection of furniture and then checking my furniture inventory to see if it was actually gone.

Issue: I had purchased through Scrooge's shop a while back the "Test Flooring" and "Test Wallpaper" for a couple grand, and since update they no longer exist in inventory or displayed in my home. Flooring was a beautiful wood flooring that was kind of wavy designed, and the wallpaper was an under the sea scape which was perfect in my Ariel room of my house.
What you were doing when this happened: Redecorating after buying new items in the shop, went to said rooms where I had the items used and they were gone. Checked inventory - gone there as well.

Havent crafted or used them (finished quests 2 weeks ago, when I had about 50 night shards and 78 dreamshards last confirmed count was the night before the update when I added more) after logging in from the update they are all gone.

What you were doing when this happened: i was redecorating my plaza, moving buildings around and such. Once i exited out of it, the shop was no where to be found.

This happened over 3 weeks ago now, i sent in a support ticket on the 4th of October, ive posted 5-6 Tweets towards both DDVM and GameSoft Support with no reponse.
Even with the new update it did not fixed my issue so my game is still unplayable. :/ and its getting really annoying now.

Issue: Remy's house disappeared SEPTEMBER 10th STILL NO FIX Situation: When I went to put down Remy's house to bring him to the valley, it was glitching out/not wanting to place the item. Finally got it to work, used scrooge's sign to build the home, saw it get built and saw it when the cutscene was over, i even walked a lap around it then closed my game to make dinner. came back and remy's house was gone and he's supposed to be found INSIDE his house for the next part of his quest, so he is nowhere on my map nor is his house. EIGHT of my quests are now stalled because I have to progress with Remy first and I cannot. Additionally, I can't complete the star path that I USED MOONSTONES TO UNLOCK because I cannot unlock Chez Remy. I have submitted three game tickets to gameloft with zero results, just the same copy paste response that everyone gets. I see COUNTLESS people on this thread who have had houses or even scrooge's shop completely disappear for them. It makes the game unprogressable and needs a hotfix pronto

Theres a few of us that ive seen with this issue, with buildings going missing, and i 100% agree this needs to be fixed as it makes the game completely unplayable. I havent touched the game since its happened due to the fact they might reroll the progress back to the day it went poof. I came here to post again about scrooges shop disappearing and how a memory orb for moana was stuck in the counter going with it. I cannot complete the quest at all and now mother Gothel has disappeared now as well when I needed to speak with her for the 'Friends aren't food " mission. I am so close to never opening this game again. Why are the Devs not working on the huge bugs in this game? I have sent in support tickets without any response. My game seems to have every bug that I've seen reported on here. It is unplayable, I would just restart but I put in literal days of game play and do not want to lose all the time that I put into this broken game

I was able to take the purified nightshards to Wall-E and the quest currently says: Craft the enchantment. I can't! They disappeared and wall-e will not make them again... please help!

Yeah, digged plots don't stay forever. Unworked/unplanted earth becomes "normal" ground after a while. Kind what happens irl too

I had more disappear todsy too so I just kinda excepted this as a new update. I agree makes it easier to clean up from digging for stuff just means I use more energy to redo some areas I guess. Oh well why not just shoot for 200+ hours without blinking eh?

What you were doing when this happened: I was in the construction mode placing my iron fence around the house but when I closed the construction mode a lot of pieces from the fence disappeared. It is really hard to gather iron ore, it was a lot of work crafting these fence, a lot of time invested, it's so frustrating 😭😭😭

I think, after a certain amount of time, the plots just go back to being normal ground.
I've had this happen with a few plots.
Try digging 1 hole, and just leave it for a day or so, and I'm sure it'll go back to being standard ground.
Might be a feature, or a bug, I'm not sure.

Started "The Curse" questline; as the glowing projectiles fired out into the plaza, one struck a cherry tree I had moved from it's original biome. The tree has now disappeared, and looking in Collections says that there are no more trees in any zone other than the plaze (where I'd collected them already)

One of my three (3) Gooseberry Bushes that I relocated from the Frosted Heights, has now transformed into a Cherry Tree. This has occurred following harvesting said bush and having a Foraging Buddy find additional resources from the same bush. The brick pillars are the only part of the fence that are recognized by the game. The brickwork with metal spikes in the middle vanish completely and are no longer placed or in your inventory. All materials are completely wasted.

I went into my crafting menu to craft something and when I came back some bushes disappeared and one raspberry bush changed into a Gooseberry bush. Had that happen too, but with the lemon & cacao trees. I was moving them and suddenly I had more lemon than cacao trees. But when I harvested them, they would give the correct fruit (so the "fake lemon" gave cacao beans).
Harvested them all & closed the game. Restarted the game and they were back to normal.

Had the same thing happen to the fruit bushes too. It seems to happen when I'm in furniture mode for too long.

Issue: When starting a quest with Merlin I only had one free slot in my inventory. Merlin then tried to give me two items, a book and an ice heart seed. It caused a loop of Merlin repeating the same conversation over and over without actually receiving the items even after I dropped a few items (which at a point i wasnt even allowed to do, it would keep telling me that i am not allowed to drop items there or something in that sense). After I restarted my game I had the book in my inventory but the seed is nowhere to be seen.

Apparently their game not syncing to daylight savings is a bigger issue then buildings gone missing making the game completely unplayable.

Contacted GL a long time ago and was told aware of issue. I haven't seen anyone else having my issue.

Issue: I decorated my river, saved and logged off for a while and when I came back on everything was gone. Avoiding decorating for the time being
