Platform: Switch Issue: I’m working on the ritual task with Ursula. I just finished everything gave her the enchantment and she gave me the enchanted flower to place near the cave entrance I got halfway through the map and the game crashed. Reloaded and my task says place the flower at the mystic cave entrance but I do NOT have the flower in my inventory. I tried restarting the game with no luck. What do I do?

Quest: A Friendly Exchange
Issue: When WALL-E and Ariel are supposed to meet up to exchange trinkets, they get stuck and can’t meet up. WALL-E stands on the beach next to the water near the cliffs, and Ariel stays in the river in the Forest of Valor. This seemed to be caused by having Ursula’s house near the spot where they were programmed to meet up, and moving the house to a different location finally allowed the quest to be completed.

Platform: Nintendo Completed Minnie’s level 10 quest & didn’t receive her level ten reward, instead received a hat that is part of Mona’s collection

The clock tower isn't her lvl 10 quest. Her final quest isn't in the game yet. Hopefully she gets more task when update pop up on the 19th which is this Wednesday.

Issue: I have two issues, the first being that I’m unable to complete Mother Gothel’s final quest as the dusk fragment seems to be glitched and is not growing (been more than two days and still nothing has grown.

The second thing is I’m still having the issue of not being able to progress with Ariel’s quest as the memory needed after placing Eric’s statue did not appear and I’ve already tried placing the statue elsewhere but still no luck!

Issue: I’m working on Mother Gothel last quest, I did the part where I had to plant the Dusk Fragment and all but once I harvest the fragment the quest didn’t acknowledg that I now have Gleaming Dusk Fragment so now I can’t hand it to her

Issue: I cannot complete "The Treasure Hunt" quest and I think the only reasoning for it is I didn't go look for the clue in the Glade of Trust before going and getting the clues from Merlin's house and Dazzle Beach. I don't know what to do here though because I can't do anything else with Scrooge until this gets sorted. Is there anything I can do? I have checked guides and everything to make sure I was digging in the right place, it just doesn't work and I can't get the first clue.

I was doing the last quest for Elsa and I got all the objects that she asked for but it never registered so I acted out my game and then started it again still nothing so then I tried to level up WALL-E from level 4 to level 6 to level 10 but never got the mission and in my quest log it still says he's at a lower level but in the character log it says he's at level 10 what do I do

Issue: can't complete Elsa's "What home feels like" quest.

I used the glittery herring to make "arendellian extra-pickled herring", when I should have made the pie. Now I can't catch another glittering herring to make the pie.
(Every time it rains I try, I even put the other quest items in the fridge in Wall-e's world and that didn't help)

Also I can't pick up Wall-e's light bulb. It's not stuck behind/in anything, it just won't let me pick it up.

I unlocked the boat and built it but nothing “dropped.” It says I need to pick up something that dropped but there’s nothing there. I even upgraded the boat and nothing is there to pick up.

Cannot pick up Leader Shard in Moana's hut for "The Remembering" quest. I see it sparkle, but cannot pick up. I already reloaded several times and moved and rotated her house. Cannot complete. 🥺

Cannot complete The Spirits of Nature quest. Made the stone soup and it's not progressing and cannot make again because the craggy rocks aren't accessible. How can I drop quest and restart. Cannot get Anna or Elsa. Please help!! 😫

Quest: A Friendly Exchange and Poor Unfortunate Prince
I unlocked Ariel very late, and have just done both of these quests. Both are stuck at the point where I need to view an exchange between Ariel and the other character. Wall-E never goes near her and Eric runs to her and then stands there and they stare at each other, but no conversation happens. I have exited the game and even restarted my Xbox and waited overnight. Nothing has helped. Ariel is still in the water right now.

Issue: Issue is with “The treasure hunt part 2 quest” - I did not receive credit for the “focus your magic on the map in your inventory” because the game crashed after I had used the item to unlock the memory. Now I have the memory unlocked but Scrooge keeps telling me to talk to Merlin but Merlin will no longer talk to me about it.

This is a known issue with Ariel.

🤔Possible Workaround🤔 U may have to quest swap to semi force characters to reset. I saved local and cloud and logout of game . Take your time saving. Then I logged back into game after a few minutes and looked for Eric to see if he was away from beach . I clicked on quest and Eric started to run to dazzle Beach and he spoke to Ariel. It takes a bit. I hope this works for you.

Quest: Photo Fervor (A Goofy mission)

Issue: Took a photo of the Pillar of Courage in Valor Forest but it came up as the Pillar of Power in Dazzle Beach. I believe I have to restart from my last auto save. I’ll check and update this post.

Update: I took another picture and it’s fine. Still wonky though.

This quest has a slight mislabeled on the pillars. The quest still can be completed. Go to the other biomes , Valor, Glade and Dazzle and Medow. Take the pic of the unlocked Pillars and u should be fine to proceed forward.

Minnie doesn't have a final quest yet to recieve the dress. Wall-e final item isn't in the game yet. Hopefully new patch will give these items and more quest for Minnie to earn her dress.

Yes I have the same problem!! On PS5. I cooked the sunstone, with the ingredients being in my chest though, it’s still telling me to gather the ingredients. I can’t give mother gothel the stone, or get another stone from her to cook.

The leader shard has not spawned in any buildings or anywhere on the map. It's been a couple weeks or so. I've checked every building and every biome, corners and all.

Really hope this is fixed soon as it's currently the only quest I have left.

I've seen so many issues with other quests, but this is the only one I'm having issues with. I was fine with the rest. -.-;;

For “The Curse” mission I’m supposed to listen to Merlin and Ursula talk but Ursula isn’t there and she’s just kind of swimming around aimlessly while poor Merlin hangs out by her house.

A few ppl are having issue with these types of quest. Try to do a quest swap. It like a mini quest reset. So try and do another quest. SAVE.. local and cloud. Exit. Wait a few minutes and log back into game and try to click on quest again . Hopefully it's works. It may take a few times slowly but quest swap should force the quest to activate correctly.

Your at the wrong pillar. That pillar looks to be related to skull rock island which doesn't have content yet. That isn't the dazzle Beach one. The dazzle Beach pillar is right front of the mysterious cave entrance.

1. Elsa's quest I accidentally cooked the fish pie before it prompted me to do so, it's still asking for me to cook it even though it's in my inventory and I can't give it to her to continue the quest
2. For moana's quest I accidentally picked up the shard not realizing I was supposed to wait for a prompt from the quest to pick it up (I didn't know it was a quest item) now the quest is still asking I pick the strange shard up

I finished the quest and received the flower from Ursula then the game crashed. Both sushi rolls and lobster roll were back in my inventory at the next game startup, Ursula wants me to take them all to mother gothel. mother gothel doesn’t have the quest option to accept them.

I’ve tried the quest reset as well as remaking everything and talking to Ursula but nothing helped.

I’m on the Ritual quest where you put the flower. I placed it at the wrong cave on dazzle beach and i put it too close to the entrance and the flower disappeared and I cant get it back. I even tried closing the game and restarting but it had already saved. Now I cant progress the story cause I dont have the flower.

Issue: I can’t get WALL·E’s darn light bulb. I’ve seen forums mention roam around his home for a bit and the option to pickup appears. Also saw the suggestion to stand a bit away from it with your back against the wall. But none of the suggestions have worked for me so far. 😭

I saw mention that their Mother Gothel quest cannot progress because the second fragment to get worked on, that has to be planted; doesn’t seem to ever be “done” and I’m wondering if this is a known issue — I’m on that part and tomorrow will be day 2-2 & 1/2 with it not being ready to pick back up and give to Mother Gothel. 🥺

Issue: Singing Ice Glitch - "Follow Elsa deeper into the ice cavern"

The quest gets stuck on the part where one is to follow Elsa deeper into the cavern.

Elsa is waiting outside of the cavern when you are outside, when you enter Elsa is already in the very, very back of the cave. She doesn't speak. When you initiate conversation, she tells you the next step is to follow her deeper into the cave. When you exit the cave, she is waiting outside for you, but still tells you to follow her deeper into the cave.

Can't move forward with this quest as a result. Rebooting the game did not work.

Issue: Cannot complete quest for Elsa titled "What Home Feels Like" because my character created the special fish pie with the sparkling herring and dandelion sauce but the instructions in the quest still ask me to cook the fish pie. She created the pie after instructed to. I still have the pie but cannot give it to Elsa. My character is level 40 with most characters leveled to 10, restaurant, store, Wall-e's garden and Moana's fish boat completely leveled. I hope restarting is not the only way to fix this 😦

Hi. I had the same problem. Were they on the ramp between the beach and the meadow? If so, check near the mining node closest that ramp, back in the corner on the same wall where the entrance to the big cave is.

Issue: Elsa’s “breaking the ice” quest is still bugged. The quest line says to follow her to explore the ice cavern, but she only goes there if I invite her to hang out and bring her along. Nothing triggers inside the cavern itself. When I talk to Elsa, she says: “could we talk about the ice that’s blocking the cavern?” Even though I removed the ice long ago. I’ve been stuck with this quest since launch week, and it’s getting real tiring waiting for it to be fixed. I haven’t played the game in weeks. I hoped today’s patch would fix it, but to no avail. Please can this get fixed within the next couple weeks?

Issue: When working on Donalds Final Quest - The Dreamlight Fountain, I completed " Dig around the campsite to find the instructionsfor the Dreamlight Fountain" My game crashed as soon as the memory appeared. The mount where the key should be found at the plaza does not show up. It did before I made my character wear the 'lenses of Shadows', after which I dug up the key (without wearing the glasses). After that the game crashed, and when replaying the mission (because the key was not in the personal inventory, not on the ground, nor checked in progress) the mount did not reappear. Not when wearing the glasses, not without. I've restarted both my laptop, the game, steam. Issue: I've managed to softlock Mother Gothel's final quest by accident. You can see I already have the glowing shard in my inventory (I made it on the cooking station earlier), but because I didn't go move the other ingredients into my inventory first, the quest doesn't seem to realize that I already re-lit the shard. After I made it at the cooking station, the quest step still wanted me to gather the other ingredients, so I did that just to move on, but now I can't go any further in the quest- I was even able to go get another vial of ocean water, which I don't think I should have been able to do. This is the only quest i haven't finished yet, because its stuck and I don't know how to reset it/fix it :((

Yes! Those 3 ingredients allowed me to make extra fizzy rootbeer! The candy is still in my inventory so I don’t know where that plays in but to make the extra fuzzy rootbeer just use those 3 ingredients!

I’ve been stuck on this quest since before the first major update with patch fixes. I caught the glittering herring before I had the quest unlocked, and now it’s stuck in my inventory and won’t let me catch another glittering herring. I’ve tried cooking it and it won’t let me. I’ve also tried placing it in Wall-E’s world and catching another but that doesn’t work either. I’m unable to progress with Elsa because of this.

Issue:Hey, I know the update fixed the first step in Gothel's level 10 quest, but I've been stuck on the second step with the dusk fragment for weeks now. I have the fragment in my inventory, but the quest still says I need to tend to it until it's restored, and Gothel will not recognize that I have the restored fragment in my inventory. It's been nothing but dead space for weeks now.

(Switch) The update fixed my issues with the lightbulb (Wall-E level 10) and the orange shard stuck in the ice wall (Elsa level 10) but now it won’t recognize the Arendellian Pickled Herring being placed on the pedestal. It lets me place it, but doesn’t light up the pedestal. The other three ingredients work just fine. I had the Arendellian made and in my inventory before the update.

I can’t water Remys plates. It lets me highlight the plates and water them and then they look clean but it doesn’t register on my quest so it’s stuck at that point. I’ve maxed out all my other quests, they now all depend on progressing with remy. I’m so upset this hasn’t been fixed.
