I had a full inventory when i picked up merlin's level 10 quest, i dropped items, but since it needed 2 spaces and i couldn't remove 2, the game bugged out my inventory. if i fill the space with anything when it randomly decides to allow me, it won't let me use it, even when i have extra space in my inventory and i drop it and repick it up. It happened with fish and raspberries. now every time i talk to merlin at all it tries to re-initiate the quest and even with an empty inventory it won't let me pick up the book or the diamond seed.

Edit: laptop/Steam and Quest item - thought it was part of a quest but I don't think so now! (The item looks different to Mother Gothels Fragments and didn't count as one I found in a similar place)
This appeared whilst digging in the glade of trust but can't pick it up, even tried getting rid of dig holes, going away and coming back again and reloading the game. Been days now 😭 I'll try again tomorrow (again!)🤷‍♀️🤔🫣

It’s not in the wall just not giving me the option to pick it up. Super frustrating since it took me forever to unlock her and now I can’t progress. I tried moving her house thinking it may respawn outside, it did not. I then tried quitting the game and coming back but that didn’t reload it either. It’s locked in this position.

I entered the Frozen realm for the first time and dug up a chest from the ground. I opened the chest and the blue bag for a cosmetic item flew into the rock/ground and it's past the invisible border so I can't get close enough to get it. I also have a coin that flew out while digging and it landed on the rock attached to the pond behind a fire. Can't get to it at all.

So there's a coin stuck in this rock by a pond and I can't pick it up. I've seen two other people have this glitch with two other objects. It got me thinking. What if there was a way to implement it so that you could pick up items with the fishing pole? That way, you would be able to pick up items even if your character themselves can't reach them. I don't know how easy or hard that would be to implement, and I'm also not 100% sure that this is the right place to post it, but that's my thought.

For those that have placed an item on the stall furniture item, here is a current (as of posting) work-around for picking the item back up:

Unable to remove items placed on the Stall
You may have issues with grabbing items back off the Stall furniture item due to the Stall's 'hitbox' covering it's slots.
To be able to grab the item again you can zoom in close enough for the stall to 'disappear' with only the item showing, at which point you should be able to select just the item and remove it.
Provided below is a short video demonstration.

I'm not sure if this has been reported already but I have a bug where the memory fragment in Ariel's The Missing Prince quest didn't spawn or is stuck in the ground or something. I was waiting for this patch to see if it fixed it and nothing sadly.

I have not time traveled before this happened and I tried to time travel forward to see if the spices would despawn and I could get a new patch of them I could harvest and that did not work. This bug usually gets fixed when time traveling back or forward but now it just won't let me pick up the spices at all.
