Quest: What Home Feels Like
Issue: I cooked the fish pie for this quest without putting any wheat in my pockets, because I knew I already had the ingredient in my storage. This caused the quest tracker not to register that I made the fish pie since it stayed on the “wheat and butter” step. I put some wheat in my pocket afterwards, but now the quest tracker is stuck on the “cook a fish pie” step, and I cannot give Elsa the pie that’s already made OR reobtain the special ingredients (glittering herring and dandelion syrup) to try and remake it.

I had this problem before. I used the raft and went to ariel's Island and used it back . When I came back to dazzle Beach the fishing spot moved a bit over. Idk if this workaround still works.

This quest is buggy. I had a heck of a time. I closed out my game a few times and literally had to restart my phone hoping it corrected itself. I logged back in and switch to different a quest to try and reset wall-e to talk to Ariel. I took a while but quest bugged cleared up. Beware this same problem may happen with Prince Eric.

I am on the sunstone fragments quest and they're not spawning.
It's nearly 10pm here and I have scanned every square inch of the Forest at least 3x. It's definitely not there.
I had the same issue trying to find the one on the Sunlit Plateau this morning.
Is this a known issue?

I'm not sure but Minnie doesn't have a final quest yet. The last quest for Minnie is the one for the Clock tower. Where u get a hat and overalls. So hopefully update Minnie has more task for us to get her dress.

Moana's memory orb spawned inside Scrooge's desk. I am unable to access it no matter which way I approach the orb. I am stuck from completing her questline at this time due to the memory orb.

I am trying to finish the Breaking the Ice quest with Elsa. I am supposed to follow her but when I click on her, she just has a normal conversation. I’ve taken her to the cave with me but nothing happens. Just keeps telling me to break the ice.. even though I did. Any suggestions??? Thanks!

There is a third red mushroom in area glade. It not near the tree. I found the last one near the rivers waters edge . Have to look around both sides of the river bed. It's somewhat easy to miss. So scan slowly due it being harder to see at night time. It blends into the swamp area real good.

Issue: unable to move forward with with quest because Memory Orb gitched/stuck in Scrouge McDucks counter. Edit: the game auto-saved with the orb in the counter and I cannot revert back

Affter collecting flowers, the quest said to speak with Maui who happened to be behind the counter of Scrouge Mcduck's Shop. Upon completion of "Talk to Maui" the orb dropped right into the counter and cannot be accessed from any side.

I hope I'm remembering right. The dig spot isn't right at Goofy's house. Have you looked for a dig spot near the stairs to dazzle beach. Check around both sides of the stairs.

Platform: PS4; Quest: 2nd to last Ursula Friendship Quest; I had to place the plant so close the cave entrance to get it to register as done that it's within the cave's enter field and I can't get rid of the night thorn it becomes. Not a huge deal since the quest completed, but I make it a point to get rid of all of them so it's annoying.

Not sure if others on Console have had this issue but I've run into a few duplicate quest items. Once when I accidentally picked up a second fishing rod early on and the other when I ended up with duplicate soup for a certain realm quest. No known to me way to delete them and I cannot place the soup, otherwise it wouldn't be so bad. Have the items in a chest so I don't have the reminder of them constantly.

Make sure you didn’t already pick it up and stuck it somewhere in a chest. It spawned for me when I first unlocked the area way before I had the quest.

Cannot pick up item in Wall-e's home. When I speak to the characters it tells me to speak to for the other items I don't get a prompt about the quest/items. I started this quest while hanging out with Kristoff but then dismissed him when I couldn't pick up the item in wall-e's home. When I went to talk to merlin he talked to me about donalds quest but had nothing to say about wall-e's quest after.

Has anyone happened to have found a workaround on this? I placed the honored place down, put the leader fragments in and no cut scene was triggered. My quest tells me to celebrate with everyone but when speaking to Moana she tells me we need the materials to craft the honored place. I've tried moving my house, moving the honored place, no updates for the game, updating graphic drivers, resetting the PC, manually taking pictures, etc..

Issue: Once I get to the fountain at the top of dreamlight castle, the next step is to go and talk to Maui. As soon as I move away from the fountain, the next step in the quest changes to: go to the fountain at the top of dreamlight castle. Once I do that, it changes again to talk to Maui. And it goes on and on like that.

Yes, it is definitely a known bug and there should be a fix for it coming in a couple weeks when there’s an update. I was tagged with an answer in another chat. It’s my last task now too

I managed to bring them close a lot of times, I tried to open and close the game but the issue is the same. Today I opened the game again and they were already together, in Dazzle Beach, but when I got closer they didn't talk. I tried to speak to Wall-E because of the mission to try and "activate" it but didn't work.

I had this problem also and I'm on Xbox/Cloud Gamepass. For me, It took a several tries of quest switching and then saving with logging out safely. After a while , I actually found Elsa wondering around the plaza. I hope this will work. You have to be patient and go slow with quest switching and logging out with saving both locally and cloud.

Issue:
Mother Gothel gives me orders to go and collect ocean water, lemon, oregano, and mint to then combine into a cooking pot to create the gleaming sun stone to then bring back to her. I knew I already head lemon, oregano and mint in my storage for cooking so I proceeded to get the ocean water and head straight to the cooking station. I combined all of the ingredients with the sun stone and created the “gleaming sun stone” but unfortunately the quest didn’t register it and is waiting for me to collect the ingredients. I then tried to collect the oregano, mint, lemon and the ocean water again to then see if I could just redo the cooking process to make the quest register it but it will no longer let me combine with the already gleaming sun stone I made the first time. I can’t get rid of the gleaming sun stone to get another one and I can’t get the game to let me just bring it to Mother Gothel.

What do I do?

For this quest the dusk fragment takes between 2 to 3 days to "grow". Do as the instructions say and keep a eye on it and water it when needed. 👍

Problem: So, I have a bug with Moana quest with her memory shard, Maoui was in the Uncle Scrooge shop, so I talked to him like the quest told me to but then the memory shard I needed to pick up got stuck in the desk and I can't pick it up I don't know if there's anything I can't do but I walked into the desk alot of time and kept spamming the letter e incase it suddenly shows up but it's really stuck so I can't finish the quest

Also for anyone having issues with Mother Gothel's last quest to restore the fragments: the quest seems to move ahead despite having only planted the dusk shard. She does say that it takes a full day for the dusk fragment to recover. Wait it out amd it should be harvestable eventually.

Hello, I am trying to complete the "Do you want to build a snowman" quest. I have made it to the final part where it says to "join the snow family" but the event cut scene never happened so the snow family was built and placed but Elsa, Anna and Kristoff did not come automatically to the site and so I cannot complete the quest. Elsa does not leave her spot and Anna and Kristoff roam around as normal. What can I do to fix this issue?

Issue: I cannot start the "Important night at the restaurant quest" in the Remy section in the castle. After he prompts me to help him clean the dishes, i go to the bins where they are supposed to be on the floor, but the bins are empty. I have tried talking to Remy again, leaving and returning, closing and restarting the game, literally anything I can think of, and i cannot find anyone else having this issue, i even restarted the game from the beginning the first time the issue came around but i have progressed quite far at this point and would not like to do so again. Enchanted Flower from Ursula's 'The Ritual' quest is missing. I am having trouble with Ursula's 'the Ritual' Quest. I have completed the tasks such as: get the seashell from Moana, craft an empty vial, get 6 squid, get 5 aquamarines, crafted the enchantment for the potion and have brought the enchantment potion to Ursula. Problem : Hi, I have a problem with one of the Minnie quests where you have to build the clock. I have collected all the necessary items and build the clock but the game does not take into account and considers that I have not done it.

The dusk fragment takes between 2 to 3 days to "grow". Keep a eye on it by opening your map and water when needed.

There is a third red mushroom in area glade. It not near the tree. I found the last one near the rivers waters edge . Have to look around both sides of the river bed. It's somewhat easy to miss. So scan slowly due it being harder to see at night time. It blends into the swamp area real good.

I had this problem and there is a workaround I used. You have to quest swap. It's like a semi quest cancel method. Go to another quest. Save game local and cloud. and then exit. Go back into game and try to find Wall e in a open area. Click on quest and hopefully he rolls to dazzle Beach and Ariel is there. I had to do this this a couple of times.. slowly. Sometimes they both spawn there when you click on quest. It's takes a bit of patients but I go them to speak. Be warn this same quest bug happens with Prince Eric and Ariel.

Work around for this one, make Elsa your buddy and she will go into the cavern with you, then un-buddy her and it should let you continue. Did that to me too.

Quest: A Friendly Exchange (AFG), The Heart of Dreamlight Valley (HDV), and The Ritual

Issue:
AFG- The lightbulb is on the ground in Wall E’s home but cannot be picked up.
HDV- I was able to get the water from the Frosted Heights but not from the Forgotten Lands. It sparkled when I went there initially, but my inventory was full and when I went to make room and look again the sparkle was gone and has not come back after repeated attempts to find it.
The Ritual: After placing the flower in front of the cave the game screen went black aside from the loading button and skip button. Waited a few minutes but just kept black so tried to skip it and it wouldn’t actually skip it. Waited a few more minutes before restarting the game and now the quest is stuck on Watch Ursula’s spell even after trying to move the flower around.

This is a known bug. Many players including myself are stuck with this quest due to Maui tossing the memory ball into the counter. The devs know about this issue and hopefully update that is coming will fix this.

More of a rant about how someone in support can't read. I sent a request to fix the part where I made the fish pie with the dandelion syrup and glittering herring too early and now I'm stuck on "cook the pie." For some reason, instead of helping me, they said it was a common issue before telling me how to make the pie...the issue isn't making the pie, the issue is I can't make a second vial of dandelion syrup. I specified that in the request and some yahoo got it in their head to ignore the laid out explanation to instead explain to me to make a pie I already did...did you not read the rest of the issue?!

I successfully restored the dawnshard, however I cannot plant it. Earlier in the quest, I didn't gather all the ingredients as the quest prompt prescribed because I had them all in my chests. Well yes, but I wouldn't recommend it, cause it's a bit troublesome. Ariël was in the Glade of Trust while Wall-E was on Dazzle Beach (they are supposed to meet there). I ended up pushing Wall-E all the way to Glade of Trust ( thankfully the bridge on Dazzle Beach, I already cleared it) and once he was close to Ariel, their conversation started.

A lot of people are saying, if you have a house on that side of the beach, that's when the bug occurs. If you have a house there, maybe try moving it to somewhere else and see if that fixes it. Off course, saving and restarting in between.

Issue: scrooge treasure hunt pt 1 page dig spot didn't spawn in the glade.

Potential Fix: I collected all the flowers, dig spots, mushrooms and wood near the end of the day in the Glade. Next day the page had it's dig spot spawned!

Obviously idk if this will work for you or even if the dig spot might appear on the same day things are cleared, but my issue was I had too many items already spawned in.

Firstly; PEACEMAKERS. I cannot find the elusive Leader Shard. I have searched everywhere and even moved building but to no avail.
Secondly; BREAKING THE ICE. There is only a huge chasm in the cave with nothing for me to do. Elsa does not help. I took both Elsa and Anna into the cave but nothing happened.
Thirdly; A FRIENDLY EXCHANGE. WALL-E and Ariel will not communicate about the exchange.
All help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Issue: I explored the wall e realm and got the electronic component, but wall e was not with me. When I tried to give it to him my character just says "ok I'll follow you". I guess to go get the thing I already have? But the he just walks away and my character does not follow.

Unfortunately, Breaking the Ice is still a problem and though the person who helped with both of these issues, I have lost the thread regarding the Breaking the Ice quest. You can see here where my lightbulb spawned for the "Friendly Exchange" quest. I tried dropping another item near it to see if I could pick that up, as was suggested online, but that didn't work either.

I tried moving Wall-E's house, hoping that would help, but alas. Anyone have anything else I can try?

I have found that quitting and restarting helps with this a lot. I didn't have the issue with Wall-E but I did with Moana.

Quest: A Deal with Ursula

Issue: I am on like the first quest step "Pick up the Dark Crystal from the pedestal. And I of course already picked up that crystal as soon as I explored the Forgotten Lands lol
So now there's no way to progress. I have tried placing a dark crystal back on the pedestal, but there is no prompt. I have tried dropping the crystal on the ground in the area and picking it back up. I have tried using furniture mode to move the crystal onto the pedestal, but that isn't an option.

I have the same kind of issue. I need a pink bromeliad and literally no flowers have spawned on the side of the elephant graveyard since I first unlocked it and i picked all of them and I can’t get to the other side of the sunlit plateau because of the bones blocking the way. So there is no way for me to complete the quest because flowers haven’t respawned
This also means I can’t upgrade my pickaxe.

I can select the area to place the castle, but when I go to close the menus it freezes, I've tried putting the castle in several different place and I get the same result every time. I can't do anything other than shut the game down and load it back up and then I've got the same dilemma. It's preventing me from continuing.

Im supposed to “fish where the island used to be”, but the sparkling bubbles are too close to the repaired raft and it won’t let me fish it. I’ve saved and closed, restarted, all that jazz. I did! Just sail back and forth on the raft for awhile until the spot relocates further out. It may take awhile, but it will eventually work. 🙂

This is a known issue with Maui throwing the memory ball into the counter. This issue should be fixed with the upcoming patch. ALLOT of ppl are stuck on this including myself.

I’ve restored the dawn fragment into the gleaming dawn fragment, but it did not register. It continues to me to restore the dawn fragment at a cooking station, which is impossible because the original dawn fragment has already been used.

I had this problem before. I used the raft and went to ariel's Island and used it back . When I came back to dazzle Beach the fishing spot moved a bit over. Idk if this workaround still works.

Quest: A Tale Of Stone and Fire

Issue:
In this quest Maui upgrades your pickaxe to be able to break the big coral, once you get the upgrade you get the prompt to follow Maui back to the sea debris. I broke the coral rock before maui stopped so now its stuck and i cant do anything with maui. He stands next to where the rock was and stays there all the time now. i cant prompt the next part of the quest. and i cant have maui follow me. i love the game and play all the time, up till this which is stopping me wanting to play encase the only fix is a full restart and loosing all the progress..

You may have already picked it up - a lot of us do, we pick it up as soon as we open the area and then don't know what to do with it. Check your storage or wherever you would put a quest item you don't know what to do with.

Issue: It took me days to gather all the materials for the Rustic Clock Tower and I crafted it, but Minnie doesn't recognize it. The Quest is still marked as unfinished and keeps asking me to 'craft the rustic clock tower'. I tried to place the tower, pick it back up, restart the game several times but nothing works. HELP me please !!! 😭 Really hoping not to have to gather it all over again without even be sure if it will work the second time. Anyone having the same issue or solved it ?

This is a known bug/glitch. Presently, I haven't seen any workaround on this thread to fix that issue. It's possible the devs will fix this problem in upcoming patch.

Issue 1: I am stuck on the last Maui quest to get his statue where I need to get a piece of the heart of Dreamlight Valley. Unfortunately, I already got it earlier on accident and now the quest won't progress.

Issue 2: I just finished Minnie's last quest (I checked, she doesn't have anything locked) and I was given overalls and a straw hat. I wasn't given her polkadot dress as a reward and I was wondering if that was a bug or not.

Issue: Hello, I can't get any further with the quest "The Treasure Hunt Part 2". I had Merlin look at the treasure map. Now I should actually go to Uncle Dagobert to get the glasses.
But unfortunately the quest history still says "Concentrate your magic on the card in your inventory" The card is already open and I don't have anything in my inventory anymore.
And unfortunately Uncle Dagobert no longer reacts either. 😕
I'm afraid that the game somehow got stuck when it crashed and I won't be able to continue playing the quest. 🙈

About Issue 2 : Minnie dress isn't in the gane yet but the dress icon is. Also I get the feeling Minnie has more stuff for her when more content comes available. So the clock tower isn't really "her last quest" . I understand and grinded those resources .

The light bulb issue in Wall-e house is a major bug and many ppl have talked about it here on this thread. Presently there isnt a workaround to fix the quest as far as I know.

I restarted my phone for possible fix. When I came back into game Elsa was in Plaza talking to Moana. I was able to complete the Breaking Ice Quest. I quest switch a few times and save to local and cloud slowly. Then exit game and also restarted my phone. I wasnt even looking and she popped out of house and was walking in plaza.

I started with Moana as soon as the game launched and every since I haven't been able to complete her quest. I gave her the fish, placed her house on the Beach, and it crashed. Now every time I come back to the game it wants me to show her the catch, and as soon as I do, it crashes again. Anyone seen any fix or work around for this? I can't progress a lot of other characters because I still don't have Moana or Maui in the Village.

I tired restarting my game (I even gave it a few hours in between to see if that would help), I tried moving his house, and dropping an item nearby.

I know someone else here was also having this problem but now I'm experiencing this but on PC. I'm working on the Breaking The Ice Quest where I need to upgrade the pickaxe. I finished making the Warmth of Summer potion so I went to go see Elsa, she's already in the ice cavern, which is completely surrounded by ice and I have no way of getting into the cavern unless my pickaxe is upgraded.

Issue: If you are left over with icy water after finishing the related quest. You cannot dispose of it. You then need to dump it in a chest, BUT this re-enables the spawn point, allowing you to get YET ANOTHER icy water item.

This is one place I haven't checked as I was reading that it's not supposed to spawn inside buildings. But it hasn't appeared anywhere else on the map, so... I guess I'll be checking inside buildings when I get on again.
