Issue: Furniture in Scrooges store either has the wrong name or shows the wrong object. In this case it's stating it's the dark purple single bed, but the bed that it's showing is not the same bed that shows up in the collection, it seems to be a different colour. Perhaps it just a lighting issue in the UI.

Issue: Too many duplicate items. I buy every item from Scrooge’s shop every single day, and the same furniture items cycle through multiple times per week.

I also have the two large book piles from the Sword in the Stone set in my inventory, but when I go to purchase more from the catalog it gives me the error message “ItemIsHidden”. They are not listed under collected furniture even though I have them in my inventory.

It feels like furniture is really hard to come by, while new clothing is shoved at you!

When you look in your crafting table after you brought one it's mostly under furniture and then on the top as a new crafting recipe, as far as i can tell

Problem: I am getting duplicate items everyday especially items I have already purchased. An example would be the stained glass from Scrooge. I have gotten this items about 8 times now. I purchased the item the first time seeing it. I don't think shop items should be duplicated because once you pruchase them. We already can put items in our inventory we already purchased or earned and repurchase addition items of that nature from Scrooge anyway. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

Good evening here is for me the quest bug right after: I cleared the entrance to the cave by breaking ALL the pieces of ice and I cleaned ALL the cave but here is the quest does not advance any more and it tells me I am Elsa and explore the ice cave... Done! and when I talk to Elsa she says to me '' Could we discuss the ice blocking the cave?

I know tons of people on have said they lost items to the customer is always right quest and now cant get them back because the scrooge ordering system doesnt take into account you had owned the item and requires it to be in your inventory. Wouldnt it make more sense to base what you can order of scrooge to what it says you have unlocked? If you needed multiple of somthong why have to remove them from the wolrd to order more? The item still registers that I own it in the collection tab. Is there a chance the store will haveit in stock again? I just wanna know theres some hope eventually ill get the item back

Issue: Scrooge’s shop will load only 2 items on the furniture section on the bottom floor instead of 4. I am unsure if this is a bug or not but when I uninstalled the game and installed it again it was back and running until I ran into the same issue. I hope this helps if anyone else is experiencing this as well

You just get them automatically in your furniture inventory. No need to wait.
The wording about the mailbox is really misleading.

Came here to echo what a bunch of other people have been saying; Scrooge’s shop rotation has been terrible. I’ve been getting the same items multiple days in a row.

Platform PC steam: i bought the tousled hair from scrooge's shop for 500 star coins an when i went to check for it in the hair section it was not in the selection of hairs . i just lost 500 star coins on buying a hair that never appeared or unlocked upon my buying it. i even checked it shows up in collections as non disney related items and its there says i own it but it's not showing up in selection of hairs to choose from.

Bug: Unless furniture items are directly in your furniture inventory (meaning not placed in a Biome or in your home), you can not buy duplicates of the item. I discovered this today when I wanted to buy several copies of the Nightmarish Wall Sconce and book piles. I have them in my home but they aren’t available to buy more unless I remove them. I tested this buy going out side of Scrooge’s and dropping a random item, then going back in.

Having the same 'way too many duplicate items' problem - my kingdom for that square topiary thing literally everyone but me seems to have! But it's extra frustrating when you get a ton of duplicate items and there's only one item per stage on the upper floor. I'm not clear on what determines how many things you get, but there's really no reason the cobwebby ceiling light we started with needs to take up the entire largest stage.

It would also be really nice if we could buy copies of things once they're unlocked and not be restricted to what's physically in our inventory. I'd love to order another mermaid crafting table since the recipe disappeared, but since I don't have a copy I can't.

This problem occurs when I've fully upgrades Scrooge's shop. When I am talking with an NPC near the crafting station (especially in the corner), we are downstairs. But when I am done talking, we jumps upstairs. This happens to me with Kristoff for example.

Not sure if this is a bug but definitely an annoying issue. When trying to leave Scrooge's store it takes forever to find the exit animation to leave. You have to sit and move your avatar back and forth multiple time to leave.

I saw that too when I looked online before listing but as I’m not at that part yet wasn’t sure if you kept them after the quest (if you didn’t, would be reason to buy, for example)

I am largely getting repeats. I won't attach screenshots, because there would be loads, but for the past week or so since I fully upgraded the shop my items are by and large the same or similar. I've had the same dress (shabby Cinderella wannabe ball gown) in the 40k slot for the past 3 days and my furniture seems to largely cycle through. I can get excited if there's 2-3 new things. I've yet to see a single hairdo also.

Hi, not sure if this is where this goes, but...I bought a wallpaper from Scrooge's Shop, it was a wallpaper that looks like undersea landscaping, very pretty. And I couldn't find it in my furniture menu after buying it. But then I noticed I had one named "Test Wallpaper"....it turned out to be the one I bought. :X

issue: i guess everyone agrees that the likelihood of things showing up should be either fully random or at least adapted. it is very obvious that the same few items have a much higher percentage of being in the shop right now. there must be a way to balance this, so you have a good mix of cheap and expensive things. if one item was there, it shouldn't be available for at least a week.

Issue: I’m consistently getting repeat items, or only two items on the stand across from the mannequins. Today I had 3 beds (all previously purchased). The large item in the middle of the top floor is almost always a couch I can just order from Scrooge. I haven’t been offered any new hairstyle options since the second day of playing, I only got the pigtails with candy. Just so many repeat items, I get maybe one new item a week if I’m lucky.

Issue: besides the constant repeats while so many items are still MIA, I now get repeats of wallpaper. I understand furniture getting repeats since you can own more than 1, but that doesn't work for wallpapers, floors and clothing.
That money is just gone when you buy it.

Certain items cannot be ordered from Scrooge even when in inventory, such as campfire and old chair.

Not sure if this is a bug or by design, but it feels a lot more like a bug so I am putting it here instead of suggestions.

As the person right above me mentioned, you need at least 1 of a particular item in your building inventory in order for it to show in Scrooge's furniture catalog.

The catalog should be based off of and show any item you have unlocked in your collection regardless of how many you have placed or have on hand.

PLEASE for the love of God, please add some kind of marker or notifier next to furniture you want to buy telling you that you allready have 1 or multiple of said item? I bought a Brick Fireplace (Monsters Inc) because I thought it was different from the Brick Fireplace that I all ready had because the one I was buying was redder than the icon for the fireplace in my inventory shows (the Fireplace looks like Grey Brick so I thought these were two different colors of the same fireplace) But no, it was the SAME (red brick) Fireplace, so now I have TWO of them. I do not need 2 of them. Either make it so that we can see that we have all ready purchased an item/indicate how many of said item we have or PLEASE give us a means to sell duplicate furniture when we need/want!

Lol I ordered 1 item from scrooge 500 times to test this,, so that means the game items you buy in store or craft will go to 999 or possibly more, so the outcome for a player getting duplicates will be a ton at a certain point cept clothes I haven't seen duplicates there

This seriously needs to be addressed by Gameloft. I had this same exact issue as well as so many other people. It doesn’t make any sense that you can only order an item from Scrooge that you already own.

When i crafted ariel's crafting station and tried to buy another one (everyone mentioned wanted to keep one for their own so I was trying!) it wouldn't let me buy it even though it showed it available for purchase for 1 coin. When I clicked on the buy option it gave a message that the object was hidden (can't remember exact wording). It also showed that it was from Cinderella in the upper right corner.

No offense but your problem is the least of their worries atm. Like, it hasn’t been fixed because they have this huge list of other bugs they need to fix that take precedence over minor store issues — Example being Software stabilization and functionality over all platforms as some players can’t even play the game, crash avoidance, environmental adjustments to allow consoles to fully digest all content, ect.

Not to mention, they are releasing bug fixes in patches and one is coming in about 2 weeks with the Scar update. Your bug may or may not be fixed, but being rude about it doesn’t make it happen any faster.

Issue: Problems leaving Scrooge's Store
With all the other doors in Disney Dreamlight, you can walk into the door and it will take you outside, or at least give the exit prompt. In Scrooge's store, you cannot just move forward and get out and the exit option disappears when you try. I have to step back until I get the exit prompt and click it in order to get out. Some days this seems more difficult than others.

I don't know how often you buy things in scrooge's store but if you buy the stuff in the windows everyday you might be just simply out of stuff to buy.
Today this happened to me too for the first time.
And yesterday I had only one item in the windows.

So if this is the case just wait for updates 🙂

For the last couple of days that I have gotten on game I've had no outfits in the windows being displayed. Found out that was cuz I bought all the outfits and they currently are displaying from other people.

However the big Square in the front that normally has four pieces of furniture on it has only had two. I was told this was most likely a glitch and I'm not the only one that's experiencing it and I know several others that are experiencing this as well. So wanted to put this down just in case.

Issue: I’ve been playing since day one and have now cross played on Xbox and switch. I’ve had Scrooge’s store fully upgraded for nearly two weeks now and it has an ongoing issue. Only when on the switch do I see that the left window display for the cheaper outfits at Scrooge store has a light flicker issue. Not sure if this should be more of a store issue or visual/display issue but I wanted to report this

If you ordered all the clothing, then it would indeed be blank. It was a limited supply.
And seem we reached the limited supply of window clothes too (35 dresses,30 costumes depending of pass & completing Pixar event)

Issue: Scrooge’s Shop. I keep getting duplicate items. I’ve bought all of them and the same ones keep appearing with very few new items. Off of the top of my head it’s the b&b lamp, Ariel lamp, galactic window, and Gaston’s chair. Upstairs it’s mundane items I can buy from Scrooge daily. So more variety of rarer items would be lovely.

issue: scrooge’s shop - the amount of duplicate items that appear in the store even after i've purchased them feels very weird. i know i've seen the same three dresses in the window (long sleeved black and red ballgown is one of them) and i feel like gaston's chair is always in my shop. sometimes the items stay in the same location for days at a time, rotate for one, and then it's right back in the store. other items i've noticed are the blue lamps (both hanging and table lamps in the little mermaid collection) and the lion king table

Issue: Just adding to the chorus that the amount of duplicate furniture items is ridiculous. These days the majority of the ~12 furniture items available every day are duplicates. E.g. Today 7/12 items were duplicates. I have 37% of the total furniture collection, so it's silly that over half of the furniture are regularly duplicates when I don't even have half of the collection.

Here are some items I've had more often than others:

• Beauty and the Beast: Stained Glass Lamp

Nothing can be seen from outside the store or when you enter. There is no prompt to interact with anything invisible and no way to purchase the items that should be there.
The rest of the shop refreshes as normal at the proper time (7pm AEDT)

I am getting no new items in the store, they are always items I’ve already purchased. I even tried buying out the entire store hoping the next day new things would spawn but no luck. I’ve also never seen any Wreck-It Ralph items except for the odd item of clothing and repeats of the doughnut/sweet counter. No new desk, seating, wallpaper etc

**Issue: **Very Low Rate of Daily New Furniture in Scrooge's Shop

Since starting the game I have noticed the constant issue within Scrooge's on the availability of new furniture items. The following data was collected over 14 days and the focus of this is just on the furniture, there is no issue with clothing for me.

*Total new Furniture items acquired from the shop: *58 (34%)

Day-to-Day Averages:
Average # of New Pieces Acquired each day: 4
*Average # of Furniture Avail for Purchase in a Given Day (It does fluctuate between 9-14):*11
Average Percentage of New Furniture each day: 34%

Looking at these numbers, with 973 total furniture pieces and having 581 remaining (Assuming all these will come from Scrooges Shop), with an average of 4 new pieces a day, it will take me 5 months of going to the shop daily. HOWEVER, as the number of new items available is completely random, it will more than likely take 6 months + to complete the furniture catalog.

If any would like to see the spreadsheet, I can share it with them. I hope this helps and I REALLY hope they change the way furniture appears in the shop to be like clothing (Every day, all are new pieces). There should be no reason for it not to as you can buy previously acquired pieces in the catalog.

pc, having an issue where if i talk to scrooge and try to order items (specifically happening with clothing not sure if it’s also furniture) it gets stuck in the talking to him animation. the ui with the items doesn’t show up but the undo, undo all, amount of coins and the little shopping bag icon in the top right all appear. and i cannot exit within the game, have to end task.

Yeah, you have to have the item in your storage to be able to buy more, like chests. Craft one, keep it in your furnishing storage and you can buy more from Scrooge

Issues that need fixing that I miss in this update are (PC - but in every platform really):

1. Scrooge shop - repeated bugged items (for example the lamp or mannequin 7 days in a row)
2. Scrooge: not being able to buy wallpaper 2 times. I had it double in my shop. or at least put it in collection log - so you can check in the shop and don't have to go into your house... :/

After the patch the game forgot what clothing items I've already picked up. All the items I bought from scrooge are now available there again. They're not gone from my inventory, but the store holds ALL the items I've already bought, so I'll have to buy ALL of the items again to clear them from the spawn table. The clothing I already have also appears in chests, so clothing bags from chests give me duplicates of clothing items I've already found/bought/whatever. Talking to scrooge his catalog items have all reset as well. I can buy all the clothing items again, even though they're already in my inventory.
