Ultimate Pack and Week One Bonus missing from mailbox
My lvl 1 Cloud Save (separate issue) has all the packs my lvl 40 Local Save has only the Base Pack and Week One is Unclaimable
The duplicated items showed up when an error occurred when attempting to retrieve a local save after logging out from the cloud failed.
Was unable to logout from cloud so created a new character locally and replaced files manually with backed up saved files.
This allowed me to claim the Base Founder's pack that previously was "claimed" but items not given.

I purchased the Ultimate edition, but I only received the base Founder's pack rewards in the mail. I still haven't received the Ultimate pack since the patch. Game is fully patched, and I've restarted the game numerous times while connected to the Internet. No Ultimate rewards in mailbox or in my clothing/furniture inventory.

I purchased Ultimate Edition, but only received the Founder's Pack Base Game rewards. I have made sure my game is updated to the newest patch and I have still not received the rewards. I do have a ticket in through support, but got a very copy and pasted answer of it should work, you just need to update to the newest patch.

I log into steam and boot the game, all moon stones are there. Cloud save and then log into the Switch. All moon stones are there. But then the Switch crashes and all moon stones disappear again

This was purchased on my partners profile on switch as a gift for me (and we do all the transactions on his account) but Ive played the game on my account. Nowhere stated that it was account locked, and it cant be purchased again separately in my account. Not sure if this matters or how I would switch it over if needed without losing my progress. Honestly since it's one purchase per switch I think the items should be avalible to every profile if thats an issue.

I have submitted 2 tickets. The first got a stock response that didn't fully relate to my issue saying "wait for the patch". Which I did. And it didn't resolve it. The second I am still waiting for, though (in fairness) that one is still only at 0 working days old.
I don't mind restarting. I just really hope they are able to fix cloud saving and do whatever needs to be done on the back end to ensure I get to keep the things I listed in issue 2 listed above.
Edit: since someone asked about time -- my PC has always been properly synced via Network Time Protocol and I have never "time travelled"```

Issue: Same as everyone else. Never received any items from my purchase. Can't connect to the internet, or make a cloud save, or access any of the blue chests. Can't see the Star Path event. I haven't time travelled and have only played once since the patch released since I don't want to lose anymore progress to the bugs. Really hoping there will be some sort of fix soon or at least a reward for this since many of us have paid well over $70 for a broken demo at this point.

I purchased the deluxe edition on my switch lite and I was trying to get my mom to buy the standard edition. In her eshop, it says they are all purchased and going to any of the pages, where usually there is a redownload option, there is none. We do share a nintendo online for family but I am the only one that has bought the game and only bought the deluxe edition.

Issue: Claimed the ultimate founders pack on switch. Received everything. Logged into my account on PC and everything was fine at first, but the next log in on PC my moonstones went down from 17500 (20,000 minus the star path cost) to now 360 moonstones.

Issue: Initially started playing on PC via Xbox Gamepass and claimed the base founders pack. Have since decided to purchase the ultimate bundle on switch (Gamepass is only temporary). I enabled cloud save and restarted the game. I haven't had the option to claim the ultimate bundle (or even any mail) however the base items are appearing in my inventory.

I have the same problem. I restarted my game once I’d purchased on switch and the basic pack items were already in my inventory, but I wasn’t given the option to claim them or the ultimate items.
So I have a weird variation of this issue on the Switch: my partner and I started playing on Xbox One and we both received the base Founder's pack. I purchased the Ultimate Edition on the Switch and I received my Ultimate Edition items but when my partner launches the game on the Switch she doesn't have the Ultimate Edition items even though the eShop recognizes that she owns the Ultimate Edition.

Platform PC - Issue double Founder Pack Base mail . i hope i not get a ban or penalty for reporting this... I normaly play on my Steamdeck, at some point i got stuck on the cooking station and couldnt exit it or close the game. So i tried to log on over my pc/desktop in the attempt to kick myself out on my deck. i could exit the cookingstation on my pc. When i restarted my steamdeck and loaded back inside the game i suddenly had a new mail with the base game pack?? i clicked it away because i though it was a bug and wouldnt do anything. But now i got more Moonstones shown in my inventory. I still wanted to report this issue as it not function correct.

Hi all. It seems to be a fairly common issue here, but I thought I'd share my experience in case anyone else made the "mistake" I did.
My Switch has two accounts, both of which are set up for online. One is mine, and one is my partner's. I bought the ultimate edition by going through the Nintendo eShop on my account, as my profile is the one set up with the credit card.
As it was a gift for my partner, she started to play on her profile. When she completed the tutorial and went to her mailbox, she could only redeem founders pack items. The ultimate edition rewards were not there.
I was reading that the issue is that since I was the one that bought the ultimate edition, those rewards are tied to my specific Nintendo profile, which is disheartening to say the least. I bought this as a gift for my partner to play. I've never had an issue purchasing things in the past on my profile and having my partner access and redeem them on hers.
I really hope this isn't an intentional design decision. I was even willing to go and buy a second ultimate edition for her on her profile, but the Nintendo eShop does not even allow this, as the store shows it as already purchased.
I'm hoping this post at least sheds some light on ultimate edition redeeming issues others have been facing. I can also confirm that as of the latest patch, my partner is still unable to redeem anything.
I should also note that I do not want to redeem anything on my profile (I have not started the game on mine). I opened a ticket with Gameloft asking if the rewards can be transferred to her profile/account, but have not heard anything back.

Issue: I purchased the ultimate edition after I started playing for free through game pass. I only played for about 5 minutes and made the decision to purchase it. So I closed my game, bought it, and started again. I guess since I started on the free version it only recognizes it as the base founder’s pack? I did receive the items via mailbox (just base game), and nothing else. The corner sectional, triangle table, carpet, tie dye hoodie, Mickey ceiling light, and Mickey donut ears.
I also received the candy crocodile companion, but have no clue where it came from.
I would hate to start over just to receive these items as I’m almost level 30 and made significant process and money. However, if that is the only option I have, then I might wait it out until the full game releases.
If I need to post pictures for proof, let me know and I’ll reply to my comment with them.

Thank you! This is what happend to me as well. We bought the game on my husbands account, but I played on my own. After reading this i started a game on my husbands account..and there they are!
Fortunatly my husband does not plan on playing the game, so I will just start over. But I do think this should be fixxed.

Issue: I originally purchased the Deluxe version for the Switch and was able to redeem just fine but with all the errors I've been experiencing on the switch and constant crashes I ended up purchasing the Ultimate pack on Steam for PC. I am logged in on the same account through cloudsave but for some reason my moonstones aren't combining even though I have redeemed them through the same game save, the deluxe moonstones were redeemed on Switch however and the Ultimate moonstones was redeemed through PC. I have 22,140 when I play on my PC and 14,140 on Switch but I should have 34,140 combined since the 14,140 is what I had before purchasing the Ultimate pack on PC.

Following on. Thanks for explaining why we pplz on the switch is not getting out packs that we bought. However i kinda found a solution. If you have bought ur game on a different account that you are currently playing on for whateva reason. As long as you have never claim the pack. You can use the cloud save to go on that particular acct and claim the pack. Save to the cloud again and go bk to your acct and sign back into the cloud. But you need to sign out first on the other acct. if that helps anyone because it helped me. I finally got my ultimate flounder pack 💖

Issue: I originally bought the lowest tier Founder Pack on Switch, and after playing for a while I wanted to provide more support and get the higher tier items, so I purchased the Ultimate tier Founder Pack via Xbox Game Pass on PC. I received all the items except the extra moonstones.
Resolved. My friend helped me with this issue. It showed up once I made a cloud save account.
U need to log out from ur current cloud den resign in
Yup I think we have both attempted to but we would encounter an error while trying to do so
u would have the error that say u cant save right? just put as new game.. it won't erase anything.. because it already save on the cloud. i tried dis on both my pc and my switch. once u are log out. follow those steps ^.. however if u don't feel so confident then. you don't need to do it till they fix it i suppose. but if you really want then you can try it.

you don't have to restart, if you bought the game on another acct other den your main account on the switch. just follow the steps
Opened the save on my husband's account (he doesn't play and hasn't claimed) and I don't have the ultimate pack there
So annoyed at dreamlight valley for the lack of help and about ready to get a refund for it because I've completed everything else already and am not nearly as excited about the items, just annoyed

did u buy the game in another game account on the switch? like if u make a us account or japan account?.. ur ultimate pack is tied to the account you bought your game in. so all you have to do is use the cloud save on your main acct and sign into it on the acct you bought the game with. den redeem the the pack.. then save back to the cloud and resign bk on to the acct you currently play in?

Issue: I created my account on Xbox Game Pass (PC), played there for a while and bought the season pass. Then bought the Steam version of the game, signed in there. When the save was restored it said I had 6600 moonstones, but when I was in the game I only have 1600.
I restarted my game again should I just finish the tutorial

I have the founder's pack through Xbox game pass and bought the cheapest option of the game on switch (not sure which pack that is). I'm using cloud save and going between the two platforms but my Moonstones and event progress is not transferring to my Switch
For everyone stating their moonstones arent transfering when they log in on a different platform: they stated that purchaced moonstones are platform specific so they wont transfer, but the items you buy with them will. Issue: I still do not have the ultimate founders pack. I emailed support that I had updated and still didn’t get the ultimate founders pack. When they finally replied, they told me to do the update I already informed them I did, and never responded again despite reaching out multiple times. This seems really unjust as we don’t get the same opportunities to get all the Pixar event rewards since I can’t get my ultimate pack moonstones to unlock premiere rewards.
I am having the similar issues as well. I've also emailed them through Gameloft support and never heard back. I eventually got some items, but I haven't received my dreamshards at all.

Is there any update? I emailed Gameloft last week but haven’t yet received a response. Getting pretty annoyed as I’ve spent £60 for basically something that people have paid £25 for. Nintendo don’t refund purchases so right now I’m stuck. I haven’t been able to get my moonstones so unable to partake in the event which means I’m going to miss out on additional items through no fault of my own. Is there going to be some kind of in-game compensation for this because it seems like this is one of the games biggest issues and nothing is being done about it.

!support You'll have to get help via Gameloft themselves, hopefully they'll be willing to transfer packs to your account

Update: looks like my game finally realized I was supposed to get the deluxe and ultimate stuff so I'm good now
Switch: Pre-purchased the Ultimate Founders pack. Items showed up in my mailbox. I claimed them - however, my companions are not in my wardrobe. I don’t even have a companions subsection. There are also other ultimate pieces that say they’ve been claimed but are not in my inventory (crown, fireworks motif, blue and gold clock, etc). It is very strange because some of the items did show up in inventory from this pack - (space parka, moonstones, Mickey themed furniture) I haven’t read that others are experiencing this type of issue. Issue: My sister started a New Game after a game breaking glitch and only got the Basic founder's pack when she purchased the Ultimate Edition.
@gray viper I had the exact same issue. I bought it for my partner on my account.
I put in a ticket with Gameloft just after release day, and was simply told to wait for the next patch. The next patch came, and the problem persists. I even specifically asked it they could transfer the packs, and that was ignored.

Did you open your wardrobe while outside. I found out you can't change companions or even pull up the companion section while inside a building

Issue: My husband bought the ultimate pack for me from his account because I couldn't find it in the Microsoft store through the Xbox itself to purchase so he went through the computer and found it and bought it for me several weeks before launch. I pre-downloaded the game to be ready. I have only received the basic founder's pack items as if it's counting my account playing the game through game pass. I'm assuming the ultimate pack items are stuck on my husband's account that he'll never play. I have not logged into his account to confirm because I don't want any issues with a possible transfer because his account had played. I've heard others that have multiple accounts on the xbox say that both accounts have gotten the items because of it being free on game pass. Regardless of if this is true I'd like to have the items transferred to my account because they are a complete waste on my husband's account since he has zero interest in playing this game.
I've sent two emails through the bug report system since the games launch asking about this and have gotten zero responses to them (hubby sent the first one and after a week I sent a second because he wanted to make sure he hadn't mistyped my mail). I understand they are busy and probably have thousands of emails to go through so I'm just wondering if there is any kind of time frame on getting this answered and/or dealt with?
Items from the deluxe and ultimate Founder’s Packs are appearing in chests. Please fix this. It’s not right that people paid money for these “exclusive” items when some people are getting them for free.

This is not the first time this has happened and I am going to start keeping track because it is far too frequent that I am receiving leveling friendship rewards, star path items, or founders bundle items from these bags.
This is a HUGE insult to anyone to has paid money for these packs, especially those who have paid money and still are having issues retrieving it.

Issue: Purchased the Ultimate Pack ($70) and have only received the Founder’s Pack items. My purchase was back on September 10th and I contacted support, was told to wait for update. Nothing changed post-update. Getting frustrated that I see people getting the items I paid for, for cheaper, while I’m not getting them at all. I understand this is something you guys are working on, but I wanted to post to let you know it is still happening.
I have the exact same problem. I’m hoping with how many are having that problem they will extend the Pixar event. It’s frustrating paying for the most expensive option and getting NONE of the rewards.

I was able to get everything in the event on the basic founder's pack's worth of moonstones (just opening the second set of tasks and other rewards) just fine...except you run out of tasks before you can get the last batch of moonstones and I'm not paying 200 monnstones to unlock 175 moonstones. Seems silly. lol

That's weird that you didn't even get the basic founder's pack stuff when you can't even play without buying it. -.- But I feel your pain though. Hubby bought us the ultimate pack and I have yet to see anything but the founder's pack. I have a sinking suspicion the ultimate is stuck on his account he'll never play and it's acting like I'm just playing via game pass so I got the basic stuff. -.- Still waiting on an email response about it.
They’ve at least been conversing with me by email, but no fixes as of yet. That’s got to be frustrating too
use your cloud save and sign on to his account... den redeem the pack den save into the cloud again.. den sign back the saved cloud to your acct..
I don't know if it will work that way? I'm worried about signing into his account to even check because I'm afraid if I do they'll tell me something like "well, his account was played so we can't transfer it, sorry" and we'll be out the $80.
just open the game before u sign into a new game.. just sign into your cloud

I finally got a response today. Just the generic we don't have a fix but we're working on it so at least that's something.

I have yet to receive my ultimate founders pack and have yet to hear back from anyone about this. We spent money on a product and still haven’t received what we paid for. The team needs to be on this and communicating about it PLEASE. $100 is not a small amount of money.
Switch platform: I had to restart due to a game bug/glitch that wouldn’t let me advance a quest which stopped the rest of game play. (I tried seeking answers to no avail) I lost all of the ultimate founders pack that I paid for and am now playing as if I purchased the base game. If I purchased it shouldn’t I have access always? SMH where are my “perks”? Not to mention not receiving the moonstones so no Star Path for me. I get that it’s a beta test etc but if you’re going to charge $70 then I do have the expectation to receive what I purchased regardless of amount of restarts due to developer issues.

Are you using the same profile you bought the game with?

Moonstones dissapeard off my account, I have the basic version, so I started with 5000, I bought the Pixar pass and after a few Daysi my moonstones dissapeard to up to 1800 Even when I completed te pass, this is a bug indeed because on my steam account that I use for creating content , I still have 5500 and I also bought the Pixar pass there.
I only bought Pixar points (ball points) on my Xbox account once and it was by mistake.

Would it be correct to assume that both the profile you are using and the one your bf used to purchase the game with are on the same Switch device? Meaning that they are 2 separate profiles on the same device? In my case I had 2 profiles, one I used actively for games and another for the eshop. When I used the first one I couldn't find the founder's pack when I logged into the game; it was only when I used the eshop profile and logged into the game that the pack showed up.
The good thing is that cloud save works even if you use a different profile to log in, so what I did was to sync to cloud save while on the active profile, log out, switch to the eshop profile and use cloud save to login. Then once you claimed the pack you can sync to cloud save again, log out and login again using your original account.
I tried that. Still no pack. I’ve had my daughter play on my profile for the last week and still nothing.

Issue: I purchased the Ultimate Edition for Swtich, but due to how laggy/buggy that version of the game is, I decided I wanted to play on PC too. I just needed access to the game, so I bought the Base edition on Steam. I used my Cloud Save to sync my PC to my Switch. Everything in the game is there, except I've lost all my Moonstones from the Switch (just over 18,000) and only show 700ish. When I logged back onto the Switch, my PC Cloud Save overwrote my Moonstones. It was fixed eventually, but I've been avoiding playing on PC because I don't want that to happen again. I put in a support ticket last week, but don't have an answer yet
Hi all. I just received a reply from Gameloft regarding the issue of Ultimate Editions being purchased on a different account on the same system.
Long story short, they told me they don't have the technical capabilities to add or transfer content from one account to another, and they suggested contacting Nintendo for a refund.
Anyone who has ever tried to get a refund from Nintendo knows what a nightmare it is.
This is very unfortunate news to say the least.
your moonstone is only for the game you bought from.. so if you bought the ultimate from the switch the 18000 will stay with the switch acct.. it not transferable across platform.. so you can only use your ultimate pack moon stone on the switch.. but wat you buy with the moonstone is transferable across platform.
Dang it! I’m having the same issue. Cause the account I bought my game on has all the extra stuff. But I can’t play on that one, cause the game literally broke and I’m afraid if I start all over I will lose all the items 🥺
Well, they need to figure it out then. There's going to be A LOT of people super ticked about wasting $80+ because somebody else had to buy the damn game for them (myself included).
@empty urchin Agreed. Especially considering the only workaround involves utilizing cloud saving, which itself is a huge mess right now. Multiple people reporting lost progress, deleted games, lost ultimate Editions, etc. 😒
Yep, that too. My issue is Xbox related. I couldn't find it through the xbox store (on the console) to buy it originally and had to have hubby buy it since he could find it on the computer and he's the game pass holder. Being that it is on game pass whether he bought it or not shouldn't make any difference. He'll never play the game. So they are saying we completely wasted our money because they can't figure out how to transfer stuff to a different account like any other game company can....ok, then,.
Restarted and never received then founder’s items after restarting, only had the first week play gifts and little battle pass currency 😭 no dreamshards. Sent ticket, no response. Tried reinstalling etc , nothin~!

Issue: Bought the Ultimate edition on Switch and received all items and moonstones via in game mailbox. Had crashing issues on the Switch so backed up with cloud save then bought the Standard edition on PC (Steam) to continue playing. Standard edition items and moonstones have not been received / delivered to mailbox. Also, I always save to cloud before closing the game, but when I load up the game the following day it says it is out of sync by minutes or hours.

I have put in 2 tickets over the last few weeks the game has been available. Neither was answered. At this point, since you can’t fix the problem, you need to gift everyone the contents of the ultimate founders pack that paid for it.

Issue: I started the game on the Switch with a cloud save and it was just the regular standard edition. I didn’t like the gameplay on switch and realized I could play PC so I got the deluxe edition on steam. When I got in, I tried multiple times to login my cloud save and it didn’t let me so I figured I just had to start over. Once I got the prompt my items were ready to claim from my mailbox it told me to login to cloud save to properly save my items so I tried one more time and it finally let me. It had me choose between my local save and the save from my switch so I obviously chose the original cloud save because I had gotten farther on that one. It did say I could recover my local play if I wanted to (can’t figure out how to do that though.) once I got back in the game my original save loaded but the deluxe items I paid for were no longer in my mailbox and have not showed back up for days. I honestly would start over in my local play if I can be directed how to find it if it means I get those items! Any help?

I played through gamepass for a while, then got the ultimate pack for my Switch. I logged into my gameloft account on the switch, but didn’t realize it couldn’t sync with my PC cloud save because of my not having the time and date set up correctly, so I had played a bit on Switch even though it wasn’t synced. The rewards showed up on this Switch save, but I could not claim them because it wouldn’t allow me to with my date/time not being correct. (There was a blue chest with a grayed out wifi symbol and I couldn’t proceed.)
Today I fixed the date/time problem and cloud sync works beautifully, but I cannot get the rewards to show up again since my local save data was replaced with the cloud version from my pc.
I have restarted the game and my Switch. Any ideas?
I’m in the same boat but started on PC and then bought Ultimate for Switch. I hadn’t even claimed mine and I can’t get them to show up now that I’ve carried over my save from the first platform

Issue: I started playing the game on Gamepass but was loving it so much I bought the ultimate edition on switch . However the 20k moonstones never arrived even though they show as claimed. You can see in the second screenshot I only have the ones leftover from the original 8k after buying the Star Path and whatever ones i earned on the star pass
I just logged into the game on hubby's xbox account and tried to log into my cloud save and couldn't so just started a new game on his account and yep, there's all my Ultimate Founder's Pack items sitting in his mailbox, wasted because he'll never freaking play this game. I'm furious to say the least.

I already had the ultimate edition on switch, and I purchased standard to play on PC. I didn’t receive the 8,000 moonstones from my PC purchase.
The Pixar Fest ends 10/11 and we never got the Ultimate Pack Moonstones. We paid a lot of money for the Ultimate pack and will loose the moonstones.
Switch: I purchased the deluxe founders pack and should have 14,500 moonstone - I only have 280 which were earned in the Pixar event and from chests. Cannot unlock any premium levels due to not having enough moonstones. I claimed my founders pack and have all the items except for moonstones.
I really wanted the balloon basket but no response/clarification here makes me feel like there’s going to be no opportunity given to us to get it. I think I’m more disappointed over the missing moonstones and therefore missing out on the full Pixar fest star path with it being a timed event. It’s really frustrating.

Received the Ultimate Founders Pack letter in ingame mail box for second purchase but not the original founders pack ingame mail. Did you check your mailbox? They’re not given right away in the game, and no notification that they’re there. Once you get your mailbox though they should be there
Platform steam: Brought the founders pack on steam after previously trying it out on gamepass, my moonstones are showing on gamepass and not on steam - the platform I actually brought it on!!! Raised a ticket on 11th September, still have not heard anything back almost a month later. 😕
Finally had an update to my ticket: "purchased moonstones are platform specific.
This means that they are not transferrable to another platform, and you can spend these platform-specific Moonstones on the related platform only (on the one where you bought them)." But the platform I brought them ON is steam. I didn't buy them on xbox game pass, I paid for the founders pack ON STEAM. Feels like I'm just being palmed off to be honest. I don't want to have to pay for xbox gamepass each time I want to access my moonstones, especially when I paid for the game in full on steam.

Missing 6.5k moonstones after transferring cloud save from xbox game pass to steam.
I received the 8k moonstones on xbox game pass for pc, bought the pixar pass and then bought the game on steam, after logging into my cloud save on steam the moonstones disappeared.
I believe the moonstones are restricted to the platform you purchased them on. You can purchase items with the moonstones on said platform and those items will be accessible on other platforms via cloud save but the moonstones will not be accessible.
The problem I have is that I purchased the game on steam, so technically still purchased it, and I am not going to keep paying for Xbox game pass when there are no appealing games on it. IMO this is a issue that they should fix, imagine having cloud save so you can play on multiple platforms, like taking your Nintendo switch on a flight and then missing your moonstones because you bought it on your PC, etc.
Yup.. I think a lot of people are in the same boat with playing across multiple platforms. You definitely shouldn’t have to pay for gamepass just so you can access moonstones lol
I ended up doing the cloud save switch solution because I was fed up, and it luckily worked. My partner was luckily not having issues with her cloud save (unlike so many others) so I logged her out of her cloud save in her Switch profile, logged back into it on my profile, claimed the items from the mailbox since she was technically now playing on my profile, saved the game, logged back out of the cloud save, and logged back into the cloud on her Switch profile.
Ridiculous that I had to try all that in the first place to get it to work, but she now has all her Ultimate edition rewards that were only on my Nintendo profile.
Moonstones are platform specific. Since you logged into Steam using the Cloud Save you made on Xbox, the 8,000 from the Founder's Pack on xbox stayed there. They do not move around, only rewards and chest Moonstones will transfer. You cannot combine the xbox Game Pass Moonstones and the Founder's Pack you bought on Steam. It's one or the other.

Issue: Tried the game on Gamepass and did not purchase a founder's pack or edition. Decided i wanted to play long term on Steam and purchased the Deluxe Edition. Started a new save on Steam and have not received any of my deluxe edition rewards. I have the founders pack rewards (blue chair etc.) but no extra moonstones or anything past that. Accessing the mailbox gives me an empty News window. Ticket raised has not gotten a response yet, but wanted to know if this gamepass/steam interaction is common or a one off. Thanks!
no but I'm going to be requesting one soon through Paypal dispute as its been almost two weeks with no response to my support ticket. Totally unacceptable

I have news on the refund front… I called Nintendo today because someone told me you can ask to have the purchase license transferred to another account on the same system. That didn’t work because it is a third party purchase or something, BUT they offered to refund it for me so I could repurchase it on my account and have access to the rewards. They said it’s a one time exception because I’ve never asked to refund anything before and that I will not be able to ask for a refund in the future because they’ve now warned me that digital content is non transferable and non refundable. So if you’re like me and have never refunded anything with Nintendo you might be able to do that. 🤷🏻♀️

Issue: do not have moonstones from founders back
I got the base founders pack through my Xbox game pass subscription and also purchased it on switch. I received all the items from the founders pack with the exception of the moonstones. It is showing that they were claimed in my mailbox, but not appearing in my total moonstones.

From the main menu before you enter the game. You'll see the cloud save option there.
I hit "new game" and that was what allowed me to sign out of the cloud save.
so 'new game: does not erase all the data we have so far? I'm too afraid to hit 'new game' option fearing that it would wipe the save file and create a whole new game😢
The two cannot combine. Purchased (which Founder's Pack ones are) are PLATFORM specific and do not move around. So on xbox you have your 8,000 and on Switch you will have 8,000 (if you got Standard), you will not see 16,000.

Issue : I lost my moonstone when I change to play on PC steam. I got 8000 from mail and use 2500 moonstone on Starpath when I played on Switch but the game crashed a lot so I bought the game on Steam and load cloud save but I only have 2000 moonstone left. I bought base game on both Switch and PC.
I started with the x-box pass and collected 8000 moonstones and have switched over to steam to continue playing and have lost all my moonstones and I got them all with the starter bundle. Is there something wrong with it because i lost all 8000 moonstones.
The moonstones are tied to the platform you claimed them on. They are still there on Xbox; they just won't show or be redeemable on Steam.

Issue: Purchased the deluxe pack, got the items just fine on the first runthrough, then had to yeet my save, uninstall/reinstall and start fresh for an unrelated bug (which was fixed when I did those things), but when I started the new game there was no sign of any of the packs I paid for? Are they a one save only type of deal or have I screwed myself over here? I'm also having issues connecting to the interwebs in game, if that makes a difference? Never had access to cloud saves/star path/blue chests at all in either save
Please make it so that founders pack items (which were advertised as founders pack exclusive) are not available in clothes pouches we can obtain for free in game, allowing those who did not purchase founders pack to receive founders items.
(2) I have been playing since day 1 and I still haven't received any of the items aside from the basic items
After updating, saving to the cloud as recommended, and starting the game again, all my Moonstones (I had 21.000) vanished. I now have only 2.5k moonstones left.
My moonstones were part of my founders pack deluxe edition. Please tell me I'll be getting them back?? 
Still missing the Founder Pack on the switch after 1.1
Update complete and followed the layout as suggested in discord announcement. Still no ultimate founders pack or even the moonstones.
Updated the game an still don't have my Ultimate Founders Pack items! I'm disappointed
My girlfriend updated the game and didn't still received the items from the Ultimate Founders Pack, is there something to do ?
I send something at the support and they say, "In the near update", is that update or any other update ?

Same here… No Ultimate Edition items. Can I just get my money back? 😕 At this point I don’t even think it was all worth it.
Platform: switch/pc (steam). Issue: on switch I purchased the ultimate founders pack and on pc I have the basic. I am missing my founders items for ultimate and my moonstones across the board. I have reported my issue to gsmelost and am just lost as to what to do. I am also super frustrated because I’ve spent over 100 dollars. I just want my pretty princess gown Uhg.
switch console and still didn't get the stuff i paid for i spent 70 dollars on this and still haven't got my stuff a little sad
