Platform: Epic/PC Issue: Merlin’s House Disappeared Situation: I had recently started remodeling my valley and decided to move Merlin's house to the Glade of Trust. I was able to see the house when I was finished and even walked a lap around the area; however, shortly after it disappeared. It is not showing up anywhere on the map and it is not in my inventory.

Platform: Xbox app/acct through windows PC. Issue: Remy's house disappeared Situation: When I went to put down Remy's house to bring him to the valley, it was glitching out/not wanting to place the item. finally got it to work, used scrooge's sign to build the home, saw it get built and saw it when the cutscene was over, walked a lap around it then closed my game to make dinner. came back and remy's house was gone and i think he's supposed to be found INSIDE his house for the next part of his quest, so he is nowhere on my map nor is his house. Most of my quests are now stalled because I have to progress with Remy first and I cannot.

So I did Elsa’s Feels like Home quest, and I went and made the Fish pie before I was promoted to cause I had the wheat and butter in my storage. Then had to go and get the wheat and butter for the quest to update, now it’s saying to make the pie but I can’t cause I no longer had dandelion syrup or the glittering herring, she won’t accept the one I made, how do I fix this?

Issue: My house is gone
Situation: I was redoing my plaza and moved all houses to the meadow, it wouldn’t save where I was putting my house down so I saved and exited the game to try and reload it to see if that worked, when I opened up my game my house was gone. It’s not showing up anywhere on the map and it is not in my inventory either.

I was in scrooge mcducks store and I got the iconic Cinderella dress and for it to be gone is usual I even bought it with the change I had for selling stuff and it's nowhere to be seen please help

Issue: Furniture I had items on disappeared
Situation: I made a kitchen room in my house. Decided to redo it. So I moved some crafted meals and an apple from three pieces of furniture (kitchen countertop furniture and islands). Now while most of the items in the room I was able to remove and they move to my inventory. The three pieces of furniture, that had the items on them, when I tried to remove them they would not remove themselves and move into my furniture inventory. So after I reloaded the game they were gone from the room but they were not in my inventory. This did happen before the latest patch.

Issue: items disappearing
I was not able to do the events or get the chests because my game would not connect with cloud. My sister sync my switch to time for a different game and now I am able to do the events and chests; however, ALL of my mining stones are gone, nothing is respawning, and I cannot pick up herbs. I literally cannot do anything that I need to in the game. I have restarted the game multiple times, deleted cache, deleted it off my system and redownloaded. The works. Anyway, is there a way to fix this?

** Issue:** Ursula’s The Ritual Quest-
It asks you to ‘place a flower down near the entrance of the mystical cave’. However upon doing so I have lost it to the void. It snapped to an unreachable/un-retrievable place near the light and broken barrel at the caves entrance and now it is gone and i cannot complete the quest.

I tried closing my game down without saving however it auto saved and the ‘flower’ is gone and it advises me to go see scrooge as he may have my item. Obviously he does not ahaha.

Update: after a couple of days i went and checked the cliff right above the cave near Anna’s house, exactly above the cave entrance (as this isn’t the right cave) and it was there. The Mystical cave, is the cave with the ruins out the front.

Issue: Remys Restaurant is gone
I moved his restaurant down to peaceful meadow just to make it easier for myself to pay for the ingredients and when i was done and tried putting it back where it was but it wouldn't save and kept staying at the meadow. I decided to save and exit the game hoping it would go back once i logged back in but instead it didnt let me in the game after that. Got an error #10 message. Finally after changing the time on my computer, it let me in but his restaurant was gone. And on the map, it shows its somewhere else but i cant go to it or doesn't lead me there and now my whole game is glitchy. Hopefully someone sees this and it gets fixed soon. Thank you♥

Platform:Steam/PC . Issue: Mickey's house disappeared. I was remodeling my valley and i placed mickeys house in peaceful meadows and half way though my game crashed and whn i restarted it i couldn't find mickeys house anywhere .its been over 24hrs and it seems like its not coming back. mickeys house is needed for alot of tasks so its stopping my game progress, any help with be appreciated. i have sent out a ticket already to gameloft.

Issue: Newly Bought Dresser
What happened: I JUST bought a dresser from Scrooge, it's the Round Black Dresser, and I wanted to use it to hold my new TV. I placed the TV on and put the dresser where I wanted it, but it kept teleporting just off the center of the room. It wasn't happening to my other dresser, so I left it, on the floor, and exited to the Title Screen. I logged back into the game, and my dresser was no longer on the floor. I checked my furniture inventory, still wasn't there.

Platform: Xbox. I had a chest on the wall of my house with some items in it. I was playing with the room design and added an additional room. The new door deleted my chest and items and removed the Buzz Lightyear display (fortunately, it went back to my inventory). The main problem is it deleted my swamp water for Kristoff’s Frozen Memories quest, so I am stuck on it and, therefore can’t complete Anna’s quests.

Issue: I have an friendship furniture (Garb Mannequin) given to Merlin’s quest (there was a bug back then where no dialogue or text that state that i am giving him as it just pop-up the inventory menu so i just randomly selected one of the item) and now i could not order back from Scrooge, please help, thanks!

Issue: All the rectangular and round planters filled with flowers from the plaza vanished and are not in my furniture inventory.
(all of these were original planters that were already placed from the beginning of the game)

What I was doing when this happened: I was in the "build mode" picking up the empty round planters that are in the glade and putting them in storage. When I zoomed back to the plaza, all of my flowery ones had vanished and were not in my inventory.

Thankfully, that game's last autosave was almost 5 minutes before they vanished so I was able to force quit and restart to get them back again!

Hello!

Issue : The timed challenges

They are too short and the items disappear well before the end of the music, it's quite frustrating because we do everything right and then in the end the last 2 or 3 items disappear while there was about 2 seconds left

Long story short I wanted to move Vaiana´s (still broken) boat on the beach. I moved it too close to the cliff next to the forest and as soon as I placed it, it vanished.

Issue: Cinderella's Sewing Machine and Merlin's Bag of Tricks disappeared when I was upgrading my house. I had them set up on the blue Mickey Dining Table next to Mickey's Sewing Dummy in a cute tableau against a wall and when I reentered my house, they were gone.

Issue: Missing Item: leader shard fragments for the honored place
I was fishing with Moana then she got level 10 and i unlocked the last quest of her. I spoke to her and she gave the fragments to me. After i finished speaking with her i continued fishing. I catched an spearfish and Moana gave me a second one then i pressed the options button after that my game crashed. I started it again but since the crash the spearfish and the fragments are not in my inventory anymore.

Issue: Disappearing items: Chest not spawning: when foraging or harvesting items will appear in the timed event to collect but they will despawn to quickly to gather all of them and get the chest. Sometimes if I do collect all of the items the chest will not spawn at all. I've ran into this issue several times already.

Issue: Kristoff's Stall has no visible items in or out of sale mode
What I was doing: It's been this way from the moment I placed the stall. At first I thought it would be like Moana's boat and he'd stock the stall over time, but it never has visible items so it looks unusable. I did try buying some sand and that worked, but I had to click on the boxes to see which was which item.
I would appreciate it if we could actually see the items Kristoff sells.

In Maui’s Quest, “The Heart of Dreamlight Valley”, the Water from the Forgotten Lands won’t appear. I interacted with the sparkles and nothing happened, and now the sparkles are gone altogether. Does anyone know of a fix?

Issue: Missing nightshard powder
What you were doing when this happened: Merlin quest, The Final Trial. I was able to collect all the items, even though the mushrooms were tricky and moved the well because they would not respawn. I was able to take the purified nightshards to Wall-E and the quest currently says: Craft the enchantment. I can't! They disappeared and wall-e will not make them again...

Issue: another morning of crops dissapearing, it's been a couple of days now that every morning crop holes are gone, and when I'm really unlucky crops themselves... 😢 I lost a lot of pumpkin money on this... Holes you can dig again so that's fine (but needs a fix), but actual crops dissapearing is a no go... This needs a quicker fix... Hopefully next patch? Because this in my opinion is a huge and damaging bug...

Issue: After patch the items in Scrooge's store on the second floor, middle section, is invisible. If you hoover over the area you can see the price though, then click to see the item.

Maui's house has never been visible for me (started playing at launch) and never got the quest to build his house. He is however a lvl 10 resident av I have the option to visit his house when I talk to him. The house nowhere in my inventory under Furniture either.

XBox, fourth time in general and third day in a row that I only have two items in the furniture section of Scrooge's shop. It's always those two spots I think, you keep deleting the bug posts so I don't have the images I attached to them anymore.

Issue: Hot springs tub gained by reaching level 8 with Kristoff disappeared after being placed outside. Wasn’t doing anything when it happened. It was there and I saved and quit and then when I opened the game again later it was gone. It is not in my inventory and I cannot order it from Scrooge.

This has happened twice now
What was I doing exiting the game
The first time it happened I was getting my mail from the mailbox for my founders pack.I opened the letter grab the items and exited came back later and all of the items were gone from my furniture tab

The second time it happened I placed the stove from the Mikey quest in my house came back later and it was gone is not in my my furniture tab at all

Yes. That is where it is supposed to be. It shows Ursula but states there are no items, check with Donald, He may have what you need. I checked with Donald but of coarse he did not. I also went back to Ursula and tried to restart the quest, but that too is not an option.

I ended up finding mine in the forest above the cave. Maybe check there, but it did not let me pick it back up. I had to move it slowly back down to the beach. The Mystical cave is not the one you found Ursula though, that was our mistake. The large cave that you had to do the puzzles in, that is where you need to go.

That’s wonderful! I’m so happy for you!

It really is a glitch they should fix though - you chose the other cave that could have been the location, so there should be some automatic way it goes back in your furniture if it was placed in the wrong location.

While I guessed the right cave I put it too far away at first and had to move it closer. They didn’t give the clearest explanation of where it should go. Like a glow spot or bare patch on the ground or one of those transfer button choices.

Doing the Lair sweet Lair quest and I got 2 papers then turned console off and went to bed. Came back next day and paper was gone from inventory but I could get the 3rd one from Merlin. Can't find the original 2

What you were doing when this happened: I had a golden plant, merlin's bag, and wall-e's lunchbox on the blue dining. I put the dining table away while the items were on top and now they are gone and not in my furniture inventory.

You finished Merlin’s 10th level or just reached it? His 10th level quest shows up after other criteria are met. I can’t recall offhand exactly what the criteria are to trigger Merlin’s final task but it involves other characters being level 10.

Platform: Xbox One S Issue: Trees/bushes morphed into different types I was moving a bunch of things around, bringing all the trees and bushes into the Plaza area. I had them laid out in a design and when I left that mode to walk around a bunch of things were moved around (including Merlin's house that swapped which side if the plaza it was on, and Remy's house moving back to the Plaza from the Meadow). When I went back to move things around again I noticed that a coconut tree went missing and changed into a banana tree. I also was missing 2 gooseberry bushes. There were 2 extra blueberry bushes back in the Forest of Valor, and an extra 2 lemon tree in the Glade.

Issue: some of my fruit trees are now missing after spending time in the furniture moving mode (more than 20-30 mins) I noticed that when I closed furniture mode the items weren’t where I put them, so I moved them back where I wanted them and closed the furniture mode again. At this point they disappeared so I reloaded the game. There were spices or flowers in the tiles where the trees were so I suspect they got overwritten by the flowers/spices spawning in that tile. Is there a way to fix this bug or do I need to wipe my save and start over?

Issue: 1. Emerald disappeared and changed to aquamarine 2. Clothing items from Scrooge Disappearing .
What was I doing: I was farming for emeralds for Kristoff's quest when I had 1/2. When I mined at the spot near Frosted Heights (the spot next to the stair case, in the corner) I mined the 2nd emerald, the quest went from 1/2 to 2/2 to 0/2. Both of my emeralds (including the one in my inventory already) turned to aquamarines.
2. I ordered items from scrooge, I received everything but the White-Long Sleeved Turtleneck, but when I look on the collection menu, I can find the shirt. It's just not in my wardrobe

Issue: I was redesigning my village and when I returned to live mode, Scrooge’s store disappeared. I have restarted the game, restarted my ps5, removed objects where it says the store is. I have done everything you can think of and it has not come back. I’m so upset because I was waiting for my pumpkins to grow to sell them, so I could get this beautiful fireplace in the shop today which I now will be missing out on. I’m going to file a ticket as well since this is pretty much a game breaking bug, and I can’t play anymore until it’s fixed. And I’ve put in like 60 plus hours at least. (The map is also spazzing out.)

Relogged back, and the quest line was completed but the final reward is missing. It looked like a backpack but I have no backpack in my wardrobe. This is actually the opposite problem, but I wasn't sure where to post it. There are a few items that were quest items that I crafted before the quest wanted me to.

After I went and crafted the items according to the quest, the old ones are still flagged as Quest items and I can't get rid of them. So now they're just sitting in a chest in my house.

I decorated the big pond in the meadow and there was once when I was doing the Ursula and Scrooge quest lines that the gam crashed (Switch) & I came back on, tried the quest like 3 more times then all my decor items disappeared but I can’t grab them to remove them or place anything new down. I did that quest line over this past weekend and just noticed the items missing now.

I will purchase them from Scrooge's store and then the item will just not be in my furniture inventory/clothing inventory. What you were doing when this happened: Merlin quest, The Final Trial. I was able to collect all the items, even though the mushrooms were tricky and moved the well because they would not respawn. I was able to take the purified nightshards to Wall-E and the quest currently says: Craft the enchantment. I can't! They disappeared and wall-e will not make them again... please help!

Banner Donald had me put down in the forgotten lands just disappeared. There was no room to put the banner down next to the fountain so I moved a tree out of the way a little, then put the banner down next to the fountain. The banner just disappeared. The quest was fulfilled but I wanted to keep the banner. (I filed a bug report)

I don’t know what to tell you then, I’m in the same boat as you. Same problem happened with scrooges shop and the game is pointless now. You’re gonna have to wait and hope they make a patch for it. No point starting a new save as you’ll probably have the same bug again. Make sure from now on you don’t move any houses unless you have no choice because you’re placing them down. Issue: Raspberry bushes disappeared
What you were doing when this happened: I was decorating my valley and moved all my tree/bush planter items into a garden area together. When I saved and exited build mode half the items were in different parts of the map (including trellis pieces), fencing was deleted and all my raspberry bushes disappeared. They aren't in any biome and I don't see them in my build inventory, so now I have no way of gathering raspberries. I've moved them before and never had an issue.

Everything was going fine until I went to the Forgotten Lands to get the dark crystal. When I got to the location, it checked “investigate the ruins in the forgotten lands” off as accomplished- next it says “pick up the dark crystal from the pedestal” but there is no dark crystal on the pedestal… I’ve tried coming back to this a day or two later and did other quests in the meantime. But I can’t get it to spawn the dark crystal… 😦 I suppose the dark crystal disappeared

Issue: Scrooges shop vanished 💨
What were you doing when it happened: Redesigning my plaza area, moving around the restaurant, store and remy’s home. The big empty patch with the bushes is where I had it places. I saved and exited furniture mode, that’s when the shop and homes moved. Only the home was working. You can see I can’t set a way point and my map is still bugged. I haven’t finished upgrading some stalls, because they’re the only way I can summon scrooge back. Otherwise I would not be able to hand in quests and the story progression would be unachievable .

I have already made a post 2 days ago and sent a ticket but I’m being persistent as I’m not going to start again as I have invested too many hours into it. I have asked on twitter as well. All I just wanted to know was that they’re aware of the issue and working on a fix but I have been left in the dark about this and it’s by no means a small bug. I would take any other bug over this. The game is pointless now. If I made a new save, it is bound to happen again. Maybe it could be my house, or someone elses house, or the restaurant. Anyway I am waiting for the next patch and hope they’re listening to us 🙂

I fed a red crocodile in the glade ( it was my first crocodile feed ever) and he gave me a tiara! But, the tiara didn't show up in my inventory. So, i restarted the game before it autosaved and I went back to the same spot and the bag he dropped was there again. I saw no shard drop and there is none to be found anywhere. I have moved all furniture, checked every room and even moved my house incase it somehow fell under the house. What you were doing when this happened: I emailed Gameloft support on Friday the 16th and have not heard back. This is the issue:
I originally started my game on Switch. Due to all the crashes, my husband in fear of my sanity downloaded DLV onto our Xbox as he had the Game Pass. I had bought the Ultimate Founders Pack on my switch. I logged into my game this morning and when I found a chest with 10 moonstones, my amount total showed 1800. I should have had 23k from the founders packs minus buying the star path. I have all of my other founders packs items (at least it looks like it) but my moonstones. May I please have them back? Any help would be so very much appreciated. I have also since completed the star path and received more moonstones since but between then and when I emailed I had lost another 500 moonstones and got down to 1300. I should have a lot more. Can someone please help?

What you were doing when this happened: I was talking to remy to do his mission, I got and gave him the peanuts, he returned them but when I went to the cooker (immediately after getting them back) it stated I didn't have them. I checked my inventory and they weren't there, they also aren't unlocked in my collection menu or in remys realm so I can't get more to continue the quest.

The moonstones you buy are platform specific. So if they were bought on a switch they will only show up using the switch. You can use them through the switch to buy the next path and use sync to keep playing on the other device. Make sure you had already synced the progress from the play session before you buy the path using the switch. Sync back to the other device and keep playing.

Same issue - blueprints are called "Crafting Recipe" instead of being able to see what it is before purchase. I can only see what I purchased by then going to the crafting table and seeing what's at the top marked 'new' in Furniture. Often one is a duplicate of something I already had (still gets marked 'new')

I bought two items in the store, but they did not show up in my inventory. I also had enough clay for a quest, goofy even acted like I had all the ingredients, but inventory showed me being 5 short so I had to go get more before it let me make the boat repair kit.

Please balance the prices in Scrooge’s store. They are too expensive (I.e. regularly having $40,000 for a dress, but having the clothing you can order as the other display clothing to buy for $300.) The disparity between item prices and how much money you can make in a few hour is way too far apart. Please adjust to make this appropriate and attainable for a player.

Scrooge’s store: Add more clothing, if not all clothing, to the order option. Model it like animal crossing new horizons, so the items are sent in the mail or has a time-delay or per-day item ordering limit. Please optimize the store-rotating clothing algorithm/code to be more balance, featuring new clothes not yet seen or at least clothes you can’t order. On my Switch game, the mannequins frequently have items on that are for order, wasting space for new clothes.
Also increasing the amount of clothing for sale each day is a good fix too.

There wasn’t really a category for this, so I put it here.

What I was doing: I had just crafted the snow family for Anna’s quest “do you wanna build a snowman” and I was supposed to place it in the forest of valor. I was tired and going quickly, and accidentally placed it in the glade of trust. Not a big deal, I went back into the furniture editor to move it but the snow family was not where I placed it. It is also no longer in my inventory, and I can’t complete the quest. I can’t even craft another one, because the option to craft the snow family is completely gone from my crafting menus. It seems like this has completely halted my progress on Anna’s quest.

I have no idea. I already made a post, but after I placed my buildings down, I went into live mode, and it moved everything from where I put it. Some things were fine, but the shop glitched out. My theory is the glitch moved it to where another object already was, which caused it to bug out and disappear. The restaurant got moved to an open space , so maybe that’s why it was find, who knows though 🤷🏼‍♀️

When you get the little item events where they glow red/orange they only stay for around 3-5 seconds, and the musical countdown last much longer (around 8-10 seconds). Thinking that this isn’t normal? Only ever managed to collect them all twice to get a bigger reward and that’s when they all spawned super close together. Is this normal? This is on PS5

I haven't had a reason to wear it until I suddenly remembered I bought it and should try to make an outfit around it. Go to look in my Backpacks, and it's not there. Selected All to see if maybe it wasn't categorized properly (cause I DID buy it, it should be in my inventory!) and...nothing. No crook. As my good friend Goofy would say.. Howdy!

Just wondering if anyone has encountered a bug and if so, have found a solution.

I bought some pathways from scrounge yesterday. I bought 3 to see the size; went back and bought a further 8 and realised I still needed some more. I went back to buy more and they have disappeared. I though there may be an odd number limit per day, but as the store refreshed, they are still not appearing.

I Am aware we ar win a beta, which is why I’m not expecting any possible solutions from our end, or expecting a smooth polished game.

Not technically disappearing, but there's definitely an issue with reward items or mined items being thrown inside existing map items. This of course largely isn't an issue in Dreamlight Valley itself, but this has been a huge issue for me in the Frozen realm. Multiple stone and earth being thrown past the accessible areas/invisible walls or inside boulders, and also a bag of some kind that went inside a boulder.

this happened to me too. I have lots of soil and stone stuck behind invisible walls, a clothing item pouch at front area of the Frozen Realm behind an invisible wall, and even watched as a previous chest item (never got to see what it was) land inside a rock, and then de-spawn. Lol The Frozen Realm is a MESS.

Issue: I placed the plant near the Mystical Cave but it disappeared. It's not in my inventory, not showing where I placed it, and I cannot progress any further with the quest.

I checked around the meadow above the cave, around the beach, moved stones near the entrance... Can't find it anywhere. It's not in the furniture inventory when I select the Ursula icon.

SO an ending to this saga: if this happens to you - go to where you placed them! They may be there even if you cant see them on the furniture map. After I visited them in game, I was able to move them and finish the quest.

Not sure if this is the right topic, or that I should post it in the NPC one.. but two of my friendship rewards did not show up in my inventory. The first one is Ursula's trident (lvl 7) and the second one is Minnie's lvl 10 outfit. Even when restarting the game, the items don't show up in my wardrobe and furniture inventory.

I have a solution for Ursula's Quest, "The Ritual" where the flower goes missing after planting and ends up above in the meadow!. My husband actually solved it! All you gotta do is go into your furniture mode and goto the option where you can move objects in the island! Yep you guessed it! All you gotta do is select the flower and move it to outside the cave on Dazzle beach! Ta daa!! Fixed! Soo happy I was stuck until he suggested trying to move it! Hope that helps everyone who has this problem!😉

Unsure if i can find out about what i just experienced here, but it is not actually an item LOSS its an item that will not go away and i have not found a solution to get rid of it. Its the steone soup - i made it before i guess the quest realized i was done and then had me make another one. So, when i added the soup to the stand, i have one left in my item slots and i cannot move it. At all. Not to discard or move to storage. Its sucky because of the limited slots as is...so......no bueno! Interesting though.

@quick scarab I've already answered your query above. It's actually the other cave near the stairs with the grass. The flower glitches above into the meadow so you gotta go into furniture mode and move it down to the entrance of the cave and it should be done for ya!

Today I was redesigning the plaza. Moved all the houses to the meadow and then back to the plaza after I had finished some pathing. When I exited furniture mode, All of the houses were in weird places, not where I had placed them at all and Merlin’s house had disappeared. I’ve searched the entire valley and restarted, Merlin’s house is still MIA😭😭

Issue: Two items seemingly disappeared, a "Mickey Mouse Photo Holder" still seem to occupy the space it used to be, and a "Coconut Setting" fully disappeared after visits at the shop.

What you were doing when this happened: I was moving around and placing furniture on the beach, then ported back to the main square. I entered Scrooge's shop, and ordered some copies of items I already had, I left the store, teleported back, run down the beach. I realized I needed even more copies, so I picked up some items to order more of, ported back to the shop, ordered some extra, went back, placed them back down. This is when I noticed these two items I just placed before I started shopping, were missing.

So before I started shopping, to help differentiate between why the two disappeared items might behave differently: I put down the "Coconut Setting" on a "Starfish Side Table". I was standing, and working on the area next to the big beach stairway. I only moved away the camera in building mode. I moved the table with the setting on it, from the big beach stairway next to Moana's fishing boat, on the other side of the beach bridge. It's much further than the area (on the screenshot) I was working on. The Coconut Setting fully disappeared, I could remove the table, or I could even place a new item on top of it. It's unlocked in the weird catalogue/collection thing/list, but it's not available in the building menu and it's not placed either. I put the "Mickey Mouse Photo Holder" on top of a "White L Kitchen Island with Black marble Top", on its topmost "item slots". The item also disappeared, also unlocked in the collection list, however the kitchen island acts like it was still there, on top of it: I am not allowed to place anything on it, and after taking off ALL other items, the game won't let me remove it. Feels like a weird cloud sync issue to me.

I lost Mickeys house.

I was rearraging my town (again) when I put Mickeys house down on the meadow to move some other stuff (see pic) when I encountered another bug which didnt let me move "soil" in my inventory from slot to slot, nor into any container/chest, nor let me sell it at Goofys. I restarted the game and this issue resolved itself.

When I was finished with my other decorating and went to get Mickeys house to place it back into town, I saw that it wasnt there anymore nor can I find it anywhere in live/play mode, not in edit mode, and not in the edit inventory. It's just gone.
Mickeys still there, though.

Would have been really nice to be able to go back to an earlier save 😦

Edit: Turns out, this is gamebreaking. I am now 80 hours in, and cant progress anymore, because I need to get something for wall-e, which would be in Mickeys house. And I need to progress with wall-e to unlock further quests with Ariel and others. Im not very inclined to start over at this point. Very frustrating - early access or not.

Issue: I started playing on Xbox gamepass to which I received all the exclusive items and 8000 moonstones. I then purchased the game to play on my Nintendo switch but somehow during the switching around on platforms with the cloud save my 8000 moonstones have compelled vanished. I haven’t spent them on the Pixar fest and there isn’t anything else to currently spend 8000 moonstones on. Please can you look into this for me?

Many people put the flower in front of the wrong cave. The correct cave is in the middle of the beach with the puzzle doors. If the flower disappeared when placed it may be in one of the lands above the beach, probably in the forest.

issue I'm trying to complete " lost in the dark grove" quest. Part of the quest is to collect 2 emeralds. I've gotten one from mining in forest of valor. However, I'm trying to retrieve the second emerald, but it won't let me pick it up. I walk over it to collect and it disappears. I made sure my inventory had enough space, but it still disappears and isn't in my inventory, making it hard to complete the quest.

Switch: not really sure if this belongs here but we’ll see…

So I was in design mode and moving some trees and bushes around. As soon as I exited design mode the 4 gooseberry bushes I took from FL snapped back to their temporary resting place in the middle of the plaza. However everything I did after that seemed to be intact. The last thing I did was move the 2 lemon trees from FoV to the plaza. When I exited they some how turned into gooseberry bushes. I’ve been really short on Leon’s, hence moving ig them closer and now 2 of my trees are gooseberry bushes 😭🤷‍♀️🙈

Everything was working fine and then I went to move Scrooges store to where ChezRemys restaurant used to be and it would not stay there. After I would try to exit and save it would move it back to where it was before I started and then it just glitched away permanently. it also glitched some other items I had placed as well.

Issue: When theres of a boost of items when foraging/mining/fishing, the items disappear very quickly and before the timer sound actually stops. This was particularly annoying today as I was mining and loads of diamonds etc appeared and I was about to run around to collect them but then Elsa (who was hanging out with me at the time) levelled up so I had to wait for that screen to pass. By which time I had a couple of seconds and only managed to pick up 2 diamonds 🥺 probably doesnt help how dark that area is and how much stuff is on the ground to manoeuvre either (forgotten lands)

I lost a cherry tree. This brought me down to 6. The same day one of my banana trees briefly became a coconut tree before my game crashed and it was normal upon reload. Thus I wonder if any other tree/bush numbers are off, since the only things I don't have 6 of are the coconuts (3), and the apple trees and blueberry bushes, which I have 5 each of.

Issue: Don't know if this is only switch but when you unlock the forgotten lands, the bones that are supposed to be blocking the access to the second half of the sunlit Plateau are missing expect for one. This causes you to be able to reach that area without being able to clear the large bones.

My game crashed as I was picking up one of the gooseberry bushes and when I loaded the game it had disappeared so I'm missing 1 Bush .

Also my game went funny when collecting crops, Gothel bent down to get more Okra for me and the game decided to pan out really far over the valley and then snapped back to where we were but Gothels okra didn't drop. I've tried farming again with her but she still hasn't dropped them so have lost some extra okra.

My game on numerous occasions decides to pan out really far and show another area for a split second before going back to where I was. Its almost like it's panning to an area to show me something, except it doesn't show anything important.

I realized I gave Merlin a item I apparently can’t just reorder. I found out that any item you give a character you need to first make sure you have at least two on hand otherwise you won’t be-able to reorder it from Scrooges shop. I hate that this item is in my “collection” but yet I can’t just go reorder it. I’m trying to determine if I should just restart my game or not since it is giving me a lot of stupid anxiety.

When leaving rearrange mode, one of my lemon trees turned into an apple tree, one of my gooseberry bushes turned into a lemon tree and a gooseberry bush disappeared. Issue: Can't find Celestial Pennant Light
What you were doing when this happened: I was fiddling around in build mode, placed my Celestial Pennant Light down near my house, continued placing/moving other objects for a while, then saved. After going into a couple of buildings, some objects naturally switched around or disappeared entirely, including my Celestial Pennant Light. I'm usually able to fix this after going to the menu/restarting the game or my laptop, but I've done so several times now, and it's been days since I've seen my Celestial Pennant Light now. I've looked in my inventory, even checked my Furniture Sets to make sure I didn't imagine collecting it.

Really not sure if this is the right place. Every now and then my game camera decides to zoom out really far, pan out over the entire map and then snap back to where I am. No big deal I can deal with it.

What I'm concerned about is when this happens I catch a glimpse of at least 2 memory balls! Not sure where they are (I have everywhere unlocked so far) and not sure how to get them 🤷‍♀️

Issue: When saving progress after decorating the base room on floor 1 of my house, all the items I had accumulated in the game and put into my storage room disappeared. The door to the storage room moved to a different wall and leads into an empty room of the smallest size. My storage room had 25 chests full of sorted items, and was the biggest size room.
What I was doing: I was decorating the base room of my house after setting up a storage room. When I saved my progress the door to the storage room had moved to a different place and my storage room with the items was gone.

Issue: Bought 3 Celetial Pillars (already had 1 from unlocking it) to decor the Plaze area messed with some bushes and trees around the pillars. I clicked out to see how it looked from my avatar pov. Noticed the trees i just placed was gone and some bushes and tress i had removed reappear. So i went into edit and redid it how i wanted it but after going into avatar again 2 of the Celetial Pillars got removed. They aint in my funiture inventory anymore and when taking the 2 pillars i had left they only stacked up as 2. So i lost 2. I am scared to place more down before i get more dublicates since i dont want to lose the ability to buy those items again.

Issue: On Moana's questline: Fixing the Boat - it says a strange object has appeared next to the boat but there's nothing around the area. I've tried moving the boat and any other nearby objects in case it was stuck underneath but there's nothing to pick up. Tried rebooting the game but still nothing there- am I missing something or is this a bug? What may have caused in issue is that I upgraded the boat before looking for the quest item, so perhaps that caused it to disappear?- EDIT: I found the fix & posted in my bellow message

Just found the fix online- if anyone else has this problem, the quest item seems to spawn wherever you physically are when you hand the materials to Moana, which may not be next to the boat (I had to go back and get wood out of my storage after meeting Moana at the boat, and as she was my follower, I was able to hand the items over in the Plaza, thus breaking the quest)

Platform: PC epic games, Issue: I was rearranging my house and could not delete the Lion King dining table. It would always revert back to the place I originally put it down. I tried many different ways of deleting it before restarting the game a few times. Now my lion king dining table, nautilus lamp from ursula, and rafiki's bowl that had both been on the table are no longer in my inventory.

Issue: Table and flower pot disappeared
A while ago I was modifying my home after unlocking the second room where I would put my kitchen, after put everything in the furniture mode inventory, the table too, I got out to move in the newly unlocked room to put the items there but the table returned back in the main room, on the spot where the kitchen was. After a lot of tries it continued to spawn there so I decided to but the flower pot on it just to decorate it.
When I returned to the game later that day, when entering my home the table and the flower pot disappeared, I've searched in the furniture mode and they don't appear, I've tried order them from Scrooge but they don't appear there too like I've never unlocked them.

I received this piece of furniture, Donald's Repaired Couch, from a gold chest that was contained in the mushrooms in the Glade of Trust. In addition to not having an icon, no piece of furniture was actually put in my inventory, nor does it show in my collections tab.

Issue: Goofys house is gone; Goofy appears and disappears

I changed a few things all over the map, in every area. As I replaced Goofys house to the peacful meadow, to have him near by mickey and minnie, it suddenly disappered. Idk if I restarted the game or I was going into my own house.
Goofy is lost most of the time too. But suddenly he's running around and doing stuff like fishing. If I want to sell or buy something on his "Stores" he is always there but gone instant when I am done with buying.

I purchased a white turtleneck from Scrooge's catalog, and it is gone from his shop inventory, but it is nowhere to be found in my inventory.
I fed one of the birds on the Sunlit Plateau and it dropped an item. I went to pick it up and the item was a black raven. I thought I had received a companion, but when I went through all my inventory, it was nowhere to be found. Then, I find out that ravens haven't even been added to the game yet. Very strange!

Issue: Lost Diary Entry missing
What you were doing when this happened: Nothing in particular. I've been reading up on guides and they say that there should be a lost diary entry at the base of the ramp between the Forgotten Lands and Sunlit Plateau. When I checked the area, there's nothing there. I've also double checked the collection page and cross referenced it to the screenshots of each entry and their respective locations, but it doesn't show as being collected, nor do I have a screenshot of it. (If anyone can tell what "number" it is from the collections page, I can look it up once more and triple check)

I was cooking pumpkin puffs and got 2 memories. One was orange and one was blue. The blue one was next to my character to the left and the orange one was to my right. When I was done cooking and clicked on the orange memory (don't remember which disney movie it showed) it's froze on the screen and I couldn't click out or move or anything so I had to force close the game and restart. Upon re-entering my house, there was 2 blue ones instead. The same blue one I hadn't touched to my left and a new blue one that would've landed behind my character and not the orange one that was to my right.

Just recooked the 12 pumpkin puffs that didn't save from the last error^ I ended up getting the same missing memory. Still strange as I should've only had 2 memories but ended up with 3.

Officially bored and stuck. Unable to progress with the following characters and they are all Maxed. Even if new stuff comes out I won’t be able to progress as I am still unable to progress in the main story and no one at gameloft has responded further regarding the support ticket I opened back on 9/9. Only thing I can do is farm for resources and that gets boring fast.

(As a side note, is it possible to change it so the items we can reorder from Scrooge are just everything we have unlocked in our collection? Right now, Scrooge’s catalogue is based on what we currently have in our storage so if we are using an item as decoration we can’t order another from Scrooge unless we go and put it back in storage first.)

Her friendship increased and reached level 10, and if I'm not mistaken, they told me the pois dreass had been unlocked. Issue: Table and all items on top of table are missing after furniture mode bug
What you were doing when this happened: Used furniture mode to place a Square Glass Dining Table. Placed other items onto the table. Tried to move the table with said items on top to a different location, but after save & exit the table snapped back to its original location. Tried removing all items off tabletop then moving the table, still snaps back to original location after save and exit from furniture mode. On one attempt I remove the table from the room and place a different wooden table in the same spot, the glass table still re-appeared in the original spot, essentially impossible to move.
Later that day (after closing the software and putting Switch to sleep mode) I come back to the room and discover the wooden table is present and not the Square Glass Dining Table. The Square Glass Dining Table and all tabletop items that were on it (4x Basic Tableware and 4x Coconut Beverage) are now missing from my inventory and I cannot re-buy them from Scrooge (except the Coconut Beverage because I had one spare). I can still see all 3 furniture items as "unlocked" in Collection > Furniture Sets. I wish we could use the Scrooge mail-order system to re-purchase anything unlocked from our Collection instead of just our inventory. It would also solve the "Oops, I gave Merlin a piece of furniture I can no longer recover" problem I was unknowingly a victim of.

What you were doing when this happened: This happened back in mid-September. Moved Celestial Dresser and Golden Plant from housing placement to inventory so I could buy duplicates from Scrooge. Realized I didn't have enough money at the time, but left items in inventory to purchase when I had the money. When I went to buy them later they weren't available from Scrooge and they aren't placed anywhere in my home/in the valley.

All the level 10 items are tied to a quest, that's why they have that little purple quest symbol next to them. Minnie doesn't have a level 10 quest so you just can't get the reward yet Wall-E is the same way

Did you buy them every day? Since they're clothes eventually you'll unlock all of them and there will be nothing new to sell, same with the other clothes, but there is a much smaller selection in the windows. Seems like something should be there once you hit that point, but probably not a bug. Gold Scrooge statues seems fitting.

While there is absolutely no hint what you're buying, or that you've unlocked anything, they will show up in your crafting list. The left set is various moss covered stone ruins, while the left is various nautical things, which currently seem to be the only stuff that used dark wood. I'm pretty sure both are intended to be random, but the complete lack of any info after you buy one even if intended for some reason is annoying. A pop up telling you what you just unlocked at the crafting table would do wonders.

Platform: switch Issue: goofys scrapbook disappearing when game crashed Situation: ok so this happened a couple weeks ago at this point before the first bug fix update that stopped the switch from crashing so much just to preface. i got to the end of goofys level 10 quest and needed to place the scrapbook down and take a selfie with him but when i placed the scrapbook and exited build mode the game crashed which at the time the game crashed like every 4 minutes but when i went back in the scrapbook was gone wasn’t in my inventory wasn’t where i placed it. i put other items there and it wasn’t like hidden or anything it was just gone. i went back to goofy and he said the quest was over gave me his beanie and that was it. wish i could get the scrapbook back idk how that works but if anyone can help id appreciate it sm ❤️

--The item "ScrapBook" has disappear

•What you were doing when this happened:
--I was doing the "Scrapbook" mission, but at the time of placing the "scrapbook" object there was wood in the way, so I exited edit mode and collected the wood, went back to edit mode to place the "scrapbook", then I positioned it in the world to see how it looked. So far so good, but when I exit the edit mode it skips the photo mode to take a picture with Donald, Goofi and Mickey. Okay, I take the photo, although I notice that my avatar doesn't look at the phone, it looks at the ground. Ok, I exit the photo mode and when I exit the "scrapbook" is not there, it is not in the inventory, it is not in the world, it has disappeared.
What can I do now to have the "scrapbook"? Thanks.

Issue: Furniture Disappearing

What you were doing when this happened: I haven't been Decorating my house for awhile so I decided to do it today. I started designing and putting the furniture in the room. Then I decided to do the 2nd floor a couple mins later it shows an error and crash. I relogin try to redecorate, I noticed that some of my items are missing... so I try to exit out the game and relog again.. its still not there. I panic and didn't know what to do. 🥲😥
I think the items that wasn't in my furniture inventory is: 2 of the "Coral Reef Lounge" and 1 "Large White L Couch".

I spent two days buying candles from the shop so I'd have enough to place once beside every rock so I could see to mine since I have vision issues and the game can be really dark.

I finally got enough candles and spent hours placing them (because I'm on switch and every time I finish a biome I have to stop and save or it'll crash. And sometimes it still crashed.)

I finally got them all placed except for the plaza and suddenly they're all (mostly) gone. None in my inventory. None in the Biomes where I placed them (except maybe one or two that survived). Just. Gone. But they were working yesterday when I had half the biomes done. I've restarted the game 3 times! My money and my candles are gone and now I can't see to mine all over again.

I can't buy more today I've already reached the Max purchase limit at the shop buying them today.

Now everytime I reload the game some may reappear (in groups of 3 or 4 where I've attempted to replace them) and some that actually remained poof instead.

Issue: Pink, Red and Purple Flower Rectangle (x3) have disappeared out of the blue. Unable to place any items in those places as it appears red.
What you were doing when this happened: After designing with those items, I saved, logged out and returned about 2 hours later to see this issue. Have tried saving, returning the title screen and restarting the game and issue still occurs.

Can't finish the Treasure Hunt quest. I was digging in the area just before the quest and saw a sparkly area that I couldn't interact with. Then I got that quest and realized that's the area it would be. I've closed out, and restarted my Steam Deck with no luck.

Issue: one of the two outside grills that we get from unlocking the last areas disappeared. I had it in my inventory and went to place it an hour later, and it's gone. I've looked all over the forgotten lands and can't find it just in case it glitched out

Issue: Rearranged my house to another biome/area. After leaving the game and reloading I spawned where my old house used to be, but it is now in neither spot. It is also not in my inventory, or anywhere else that I could find while roaming around.

I also can't do Maui's level 7 quest because the fishing spawn is too close to the raft and it won't let me fish there.

serene otter I just had the exact same issue!

So the cave you put the plant infront of isn’t the correct cave. The mystical cave is the one with the ruins infront of it. Heaps of people are making this mistake including myself so don’t stress about that. I did however find the plant ontop of the cliff in the forest near Elsa’s house right above that caves entrance, try looking there ♥️

Issue: 3 items just disappeared off my Mickey Blue Dining Table and cannot be found anywhere. 1 is from Pixar event (little space ship model that sits on table from Lightyear set), The Wreck It Ralph PC, and the Phial Holder from Sword in the Stone. BTW.. your game is amazing and I totally love it even though my things vanished.. I know it's new and things can happen.. I just wanted to let you know about it.

issue: whenever in the room on top of my house, it randomly bugs for me when placing furniture. i put something down, leave the buying mode, and it goes back to where it was immediately and seems to be locked in place - whenever i move it, it will go back there. usually, i relogged and it was fine. but now the item in question entirely vanished from my furniture inventory and is nowhere to be found. can only assume that it got kicked out the walls of the house to somewhere i cannot reach. i submitted a ticket because i want this desk back.

Issue: WALL-E’s garden is gone
What you were doing when this happened: Moved WALL-E's garden from the Meadows to the Plaza. The move reset when I exited build mode, so I tried again. Same issue again. Went to check in the Meadows and tried to harvest plants from the garden, but nothing happened. Saved and restarted the game and the garden had disappeared.

Issue: Decorating in the Glade of Trust, when hitting escape to save and exit, it began loading items in that I had not placed and removed things I had placed down and then the game crashed. Upon relaunch, most things were in the correct places minus a few extra bushes or rocks, but my thorny pillar (not sure on the exact name but it was a character level up reward) is completely missing. It's not placed nor is it in my furniture inventory so it appears to just be completely missing. I hadn't ordered anymore either so I just don't have that reward item anymore unfortunately :(( hopefully there's a way for me to get it back

Issue: Flowers disappeared

I was moving furniture around in my Plaza and then went to go order a few more items from scrooge. As I entered scrooge shop the game crashed. When I loaded back in, 3 of my rectangular flower beds had disappeared and my whole rainbow flower garden was gone. (I have a big stockpile of flowers, so I'm not too miffed about it.)

The flowerbeds aren't in my build mode inventory either

EDIT: OMFG literally as I send this, I turn my head back to the game and the flowers are back??? I have no idea. Disregard this i guess 😄

Switch- I have done very little decorating since being forced to restart my game but I did place some items in my home, all exclusive non-purchasable (so they cannot be replaced) including Remy’s stove, the fireplace from Coco from the last Star Path, and the Tv/table that came with the ultimate founders pack. All of the items disappeared. They are not in my inventory. This is totally unacceptable. I have frequent crashes and am generally a bit scared to go into my house for this reason so it’s hard to tell which crash affected it.

Enchanted Flower from Ursula's 'The Ritual' quest is missing. I am having trouble with Ursula's 'the Ritual' Quest. I have completed the tasks such as: get the seashell from Moana, craft an empty vial, get 6 squid, get 5 aquamarines, crafted the enchantment for the potion and have brought the enchantment potion to Ursula. The instruction now is to 'place the Enchanted Flower near the entrance to the Mystical cave on the beach. However, there is no enchanted flower in my furniture inventory.

I play on PC (steam) I was decorating my meadow, placed my enchanted fountain continued to decorate I saved to the cloud/save. Logged in the next day and almost everything I did disappeared including my fountain and I can’t buy another one 😢. I was also decorating Merlin’s area as I hit exit to play again a lamp that I placed disappeared too. Thankfully I had another to could buy more. Thanks for your help

Platform: Switch issue: after doing the quest with Moana she says something shiny fell out of her boat. But as she said it the screen drift into the town and corrected it self. But by doing that the item she was talking about disappeared. Ppl have told me it ends up some where else. Probably is I’ve been looking since the first update wave. I’ve look in houses and every land place. Nothing!! She is max level 10 but still stuck on that quest. I can’t move on

However, when I exited furniture mode, all of what I had done had been reverted, and Minnie's house completely disappeared. I have exited the game completely and logged back on, but to no avail.

Issue: Fountain disappeared
Situation: Hello, unfortunately I have a small problem with your game, namely with Donald's last or almost last task, which is called dreamlight fountain. I gave donald the well and then the game crashed, I went back into the game and should then put the flags and wells next to each other, but I can no longer do this because the well seems to be bent away by the crash, I can't make it again and then use it for this. I would not want to start the game again as I am almost at the end and have invested a lot of time, please find a solution to the problem, thank you in advance.

Issue: gardens are missing from all biomes

Issue: Minnie’s clock tower vanished
Situation: was remodelling and after placing the clock tower and saving the game, the items just disappeared? It’s not in my storage anymore either

Issue: a few clothing items that I have bought from Scrooge have not appeared in my wardrobe and I’m unable to buy them from him again, is there a fix to this or maybe a place where they could have gone?

I have been redoing my meadow ( wasn't even moving minnie's house at the time) checked today and it was gone and not in inventory.```

Issue: plants and minerals disappear.
Situation: when gardening, mining or foraging one will spawn multiple items to pick up. The music starts to play and I’m only able to collect 3 items before the disappear. However, the music will continue to play to the end. When it’s the coins that pop out, it’s fines and they coins will stay until the end of the music.

Not sure if this is the right place but last week I purchased this hairstyle from Scrooge but I couldn’t find it in the hair section. I thought it was weird at the time but then I also thought maybe it was just a male hairstyle. I just found it in the all section.

Issue: Multiple Decor Items Disappearing
What you were doing when this happened: Both times I've placed a table in my house with some decor on it and hit 'Esc' to save, the table teleports across the room and eventually vanishes, along with all the items on it. I've searched my inventory and they are all gone. I've lost around 10 items, including quest reward items. I have no idea how I'm supposed to replace those.

I can't find pebbles on my card anywhere and the refresh rate no longer works for this item. Same thing for the snowballs, I have to wait several days for Kristoff's stand to reset to be able to go on my quests

Platform: X Box
Issue: Missing nightshard powder
What you were doing when this happened: Merlin quest, The Final Trial. I was able to collect all the items, even though the mushrooms were tricky and moved the well because they would not respawn. I was able to take the purified nightshards to Wall-E and the quest currently says: Craft the enchantment. I can't! They disappeared and wall-e will not make them again... please help!

Issue : trap disappearing

What you were doing when this happened : in the quest "Bury the eel", after I crafted the trap, I put it in the water and it disappear ; also I can't find it in the world or move it and it's not in my inventory anymore and I cant recraft
