The helies (blufor) are way to agile. Takes not much skill anymore to fly it. U can do a barrelroll really low and not touch the ground after, that should not be possible. wouldnt overdo it though, Mi 18 u cant even J hook really anymore. so make the mouse delay a bit more and slower ( heavier on the left right front back axis )

is it possible to measure the rotational acceleration along the diameter of where the rotor tips spin and multiply that by the degree of throttle applied in each moment in some simple lowcost cpu way and feed that into a vehicle wear stat for "rotor blade stress"? thus the harder you fly the more you damage the helis agility?
until you repair, which maybe rotor blade repair takes muchhhh longer than armor repair
basically the more work the rotors have to do above a certain threshold of impulse the more the blades wear
not necessarily hyper realistic of course, but it gets the idea across i think
