I have like really good suggestion. What do I mean loadout customization? Well I mean like at start of the game or in lobby you can chose your cosmetics like np: Ski mask, eye wear etd. and like weapon attachments like supressor or laser.

weapon attachments sounds good. But character customization im not so sure. I feel most of the time character customization is added in games it just doesnt feel right.
I think a better choice would be that your characters look is completely randomized. And i dont mean like crazy randomization. I mean randomization depending on what kit ur using and what map ur in.

Well thats my bad for not being as knowledgeable but still kind of against the character customization.
I suppose it would be fine as long as the devs keep it limited and dont add ridiculous looking weapon skins and clothing.

Agreed, customizing character gear can turn into camouflage/disguise game really fast
