so aparently vigilante creates custom high detailed game assets for simulations
They get paid by the manufactures or sim companies to make the assets.
They also are part of the UE mega grant that funded free assets from what I understand,
The current vehicle mod uses the same companies assets

The original intent was for making simulation so it's better to do custom assesst than dealing with mega corp so. You don't know when they will switch their mine like some EGS store creator just remove stuff and boom you no longer have access to it.

Honestly having custom assets built from the ground up is better, because it is unique. Some of the vigilante assets are not as detailed.
