OK I have idea:
Normal logi runs: Main -> FOB; resupplies and heals ground vehicles at the FOB repair stations.
"Reverse" log runs: FOB -> Main: Gives supplies to some sort of main base FOB or some shit that is used to spawn/resupply/heal aircraft (helicopters).
It's an idea, idk if it's a good one. It would have the effect of making air vehicles spawn late and maybe encourage logi runs idk? Also might make people bring logis back to main since it contributes to the air vehicles instead of abandoning logis as son as they are on the front line.
I would start with the fact that they cannot spawn on vehicles, and FOB only in a controlled zone.

The only problem with the "reverse" logistics is that it might reward an already winning team even more and become a steamroll.
Because the team with better logstics is most of the time already a better team and would probably win without any aircraft.

If vehicle ammunition replenishment is limited and repair on FOB people will leave vehicles that are not completely destroyed or no ammo, be sure to do self-destruct if the vehicle is abandoned.

Yes Yuppy has vehicle claiming disabled. When claiming is disabled anyone can steal your vehicle. That is one of the reasons why the vehicle claiming exists in the first place. To stop random people from taking your squad's vehicle.
How about blocking their ability to drive for 15min? Forcing to go infantry. Just to make keeping a vehicle alive more stressful for the driver

Also I think it’s best to do a “temp ban” for vehicle usage if that happens to someone but also tricky because what if they get spawn camped and know what their doing but got u lucky now they can’t help the team?
Could do a dual supply system, one for first match start, they use Logi to go build HAB and supply it with repair and ammo supplies for vehicles, then it can grab a supply from the HAB that would be gained from players spawning on that HAB, more players spawn the more supplies that HAB has. The Logi brings that back to main for the Helicopters to spawn. Players will use this since if they want a helicopter they have to use this method and survive and they will abandon Logi at main for someone else to use once they get their Helicopter.
Also I will mention I have seen a lot of people place HABs on my server even with vehicle claiming disabled, sometimes players still don’t use vehicles, not to mention they don’t show on the map sometimes until they respawn which is a weird bug.
The problem is when you need get out from vehicle to make FOB they stole the vehicle, so long my ass is on seat is not big problem, just make a squad.

I think that would be an amazing option. They have to do offline singleplayer training in order to be allowed to fly the Heli on a server that has that "rule" on. Would be great, then you know the Pilot at least had to go through the base training of flying.

I think progression/chaescter stats here or having some sort of filter especially for something so high in tickets is ok. Most people dont like progression because they think of ranks which makes people not want to play as team and progression unloxks because it gives an advantage to people who play more.
