Give players ability to alter the loadout of a kit based on the class of the loadout, things such as more weapon options to choose from in that class (that are relative to the class), weapon customizations (add/remove, suppressors, sights, etc limited to class specs), ability to add or remove specific gear (ie AT can remove bit of ammo and meds or grenades to make space for more AT ammo)
This could be balanced/regulated based on the Loadout specs or its team and sub classes.
