I'm not sure how far ill go with this mod (Casual mod is still being worked on, but this one seems a little easier and I think would be beneficial for the community)

Here is the list of features I have planned initially

Crouch and prone sprinting like squad

1:1 movement speeds with squad (so generally reduced across the board)

Override stamina system, new one which allows for constant sprint (at stamina 0 player continues to sprint but at severely reduced speeds)

Iron sight zoom by pressing shift like squad

#

will also help me to learn some replication stuff which ill need

Tomorrow ill set up trello links for both this and the casual mod which will be developed in parallel (whichever one I feel like developing more)

#

to keep development updates more organised, keep bugs noted

Aswell as github repos

maybe try if you can add more delay to free aim, i think it was reduced in the recent build but it was there previously

the biggest thing that stops me from playing squad is actually it's movement speed, it just feels so bad but i love these other features

I think I just want to see more variant movement speed in general, i dont mind being slowed down to that pace under certain gameplay conditions, i just dont want to run through an empty boring forest at that speed when the ADS speed isn't that far off from a game like CoD or Battlefield

#

so it just feels like the gunplay speed of a faster FPS but slowed down in terms of movement speed to make targets easy to hit, which is just less interesting

and while im not entirely against the concepts of deviation based on stance and aim control that PR has, they look like they just need serious work because the idea of turning around quickly to shoot isn't absurd, it's called pivoting. what matters is what else you are doing while turning around.
