My guess would be long after release, that's kind of a tough system to implement due to how much it adds to vector checking I assume - especially when there are more pressing system to fix
not sure when but its planned. @rotund geode already has a little prototype project of this actually, he was streaming it yesterday during the playtest
Seems like a great start. I'm assuming an exit decal on the opposite face of the material shouldn't be too difficult.
Material types, thickness, entry and exit effects, penetration on player models parts and then assuming this all works in a networked environment, maybe sooner than later?
