Hey guys,
We are seeing downtime due to database errors from prisma accelerate once again.

Your service has brought us down several times over the last months (cloudflare downtime, ipv6-migration and others). This was one too many times, we‘re leaving next week.

This is too bad because we like your service for connection pooling and would have loved to try the caching features soon-ish. We also like the idea of paying for accelerate since we like the orm and would love to contribute in that way.

Nevertheless this is just too unstable for prod use. Maybe we‘ll reconsider in a few years in the hope that you manage to make this more reliable.

Best,
Michel

Turns out we‘d need to upgrade our plan but honestly, this can‘t be happening. I do not care at all about what plan we‘re on and we should have gotten warnings about this long before shutting down our production deployment.

Hey @gaunt whale im sorry to hear this. I completely understand your frustrations and would like to be able to help if possible. Could you share anymore information with me? Either here or in a DM.

  • What type of plan do you currently have?
  • What is your github account name associated with your PDP account? Email would work great as well.

@gaunt whale If I understand the current situation correctly, are you still getting P6003 Plan Limit reached error even though you are on a starter plan?
I am referring to workspace named: "farbenmeer".

Can you share the full error message here?

Yes

This is the message

#

It would be fine if we were billed with overages if we reach a limit
