I’ve been following this tutorial (https://www.vg-resource.com/thread-36986-post-659208.html#pid659208), I’m following the base game only section, and I’m on step 3, which requires me to use the name of the “biggest base game nca file”, how do I find that after getting Hactool up and running?

from the example in your link hactool.exe base_nca/your_base.nca -k prod.keys --romfsdir --exefsdir="exefs" it looks like the romfs extraction directory wasnt set
if you have emulators up and running, you can also use those to extract the xci/nsp as well without command prompt usage
