The rules:
Take a mini that you love or has a complicated design and recreate them as if you were a first time user of Heroforge. That means no pro features, no glitches, no custom colours and no fancy advanced techniques!
(Must provide before and after pictures)

Cobalt is my oldest OC. He's been around since at least 1998.
First character I tried to make in HF. He's gone through several revisions.
Started with just base colours and no understanding of how the body sliders worked. Now all his colours and fine-tuned and he's got a better body shape.

Both are amazing for different reasons. I'd probably use the one on the left personally, but can't help but be drawn to the matt black on the fight.

Left: Jessy (he/him), a recently created mini.
Right: How he probably would have looked if I made him when I'd first discovered Hero Forge.

Here is a Glow up I did for a character I made even before face customization was available. Faux the Satyr.

He turned from an high elf emo ex-experiment, to a sophisticated archeologist who was cursed by an ancient Aarakocran dagger during a break in at the dig site. An antimagic ring stopped the full transformation
