#1051225367807000706 is more of a datapack/commands help channel, and I imagine the error is with the command in some way, so there is probably the best place to put it, our helpers are more likely to see it there than here, plus they have access to more tools in those channels, #1143095605577654392 is really meant for things like modding, plugins, traditional programming, or things like general minecraft questions ("how do i make a nether portal" type questions)
